I had my six month checkup and cleaning at Kinard Dental Arts in Benton AR this afternoon. Even though I had to change my appointment time, they were so kind. My wait was short, and I was greeted by the sweetest dental hygienist! She was efficient and gentle. Dr Kinard is always very friendly and talkative. He makes you feel like you are the only one in the office. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful to have found this dental office for all my dental needs and they take my insurance!

My dental assistant was very nice, polite, and knew her job. She let an old man flirt with her, some, but kept it professional.Dr. Kinard is excellent in presenting information and options. He is very truthful about whether may or may not work. In my case, reattaching a broken crown. Plus, he wears awesome sneakers.Highly recommend this office. I drive from Arkadelphia just to have them work on my teeth.

Obviously has way more patients than they can take care of dont care to much for receptionist either, little snotty and unconcerned about waiting patients that were on time and waiting way ast their appointment time also took day off work for nothing lost a days pay will never go back there again.

Always nice and friendly. Although I miss Dr. Phelan, they are making the transition easy and comfortable.

So pleased she had a smile on her face through the whole appointment, even being a little nervous about having 3 teeth pulled! Jamie the dental hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was going to happen during the appointment. Dr. Kinard was also knowledgeable and personable. He was accepting of my needs and provided my viable options for future treatment. I would recommend them to anyone and feel that they really care about their patients! It felt like a family and like a team there!

Kinard Dental Arts was absolutely amazing! Dr. Kinard and his staff did not make us feel like we were just another patient or number, but made sure we were physically and mentally comfortable with the procedure and our surroundings. All anxiety was put at ease from the time of entering their establishment, throughout the visit, and upon leaving. By far the BEST dentist that I have ever had! I will never use another as long as he is practicing.

Dr. Kinard, Lexie and Brittany are all wonderful! My daughter started seeing Dr. Kinard at the dental clinic on the campus of Bryant Elementary but needed a more extensive procedure so we went to his Benton office and the experience was fantastic! Dr. Kinard is the best. I had a horrible fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Kinard made sure I was comfortable and relaxed before he ever started any type of procedure. He is very understanding and does everything he can to put you at ease. There is no doubt that his patients and their feelings come first. I will never change dentists again. I just had my bottom left wisdom tooth extracted this morning and it was an excellent job. Never felt a thing the whole time I was in there. My 19 year old son went to Dr. Kinard and he removed his wisdom tooth. His previous dentist said he would need an oral surgeon to remove it. Dr. Kinard removed the tooth in his office and my son was back to work the next day. The staff was very courteous and Dr. Kinard was very concerned about my sons comfort level during the procedure. When I arrived for my appointment I was So Nervous... But I assure you this was the best experience Ive ever had at the dentist. He didnt use my other teeth to pry the extraction out. His staff & himself was the kindest,clean, friendly. They made me So Comfortable, informed me of every thing being done. I cant say enough nice things about my whole was the best. I went to Dr. Kinard to get a wisdom tooth pulled and after all of the negative things I’ve heard about getting them pulled I was pretty nervous on how it was going to go. He done a great job and and it was completely painless. I recommend him to anyone in the Benton area. He is very professional and an all around good guy. You will not be disappointed!!

Very professional and great dentist with great assistants. My 5 year old son was terrified of dentist and had to get a checkup for kindergarten, together they made him feel at home. Makes you feel like a friend instead of just a normal patient. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Kinard is great! I have had bad experiences in the past with dentists, therefore I don’t go until I have to. Dr. Kinard changed that for me, he made me feel very comfortable in the procedures that I needed, explained everything to me prior to and what to expect afterward. He is very professional, he understood my fears put me at ease. I will definitely be using Kinard Dental Arts from now on.

We have been going to Dr. Phelan since about a year after he opened. Thats a lot of years!! We absolutely love Dr. Phelan, Carol, Kaye and the whole office and hate to see some of them retiring from this practice. But I trust that Dr. Phelan was probably very picky and only wanted the best Doctor and staff to take over his patients, so I know Dr. Kinard must be a great dentist, also, or Dr. Phelan wouldnt have the practice to him. Change is always hard, though.We wish Carol and Dr. Phelan all the best. Were going to miss them.

Like always, I booked my appointment six months in advance. One week out I confirmed via text from the office. One day out I receive a call that the office is closed for “continuing education.” The receptionist didn’t even offer to rebook my appointment, her only concern was to tell me the office will be closed. I guess I will take my business elsewhere.... Very disappointed!

Dr. Kinard has earned my trust, and I cannot think of a better care provider.When I moved to Benton I decided to switch dentists, as I have quite a bit of work that needs to be done and driving regularly to see my old beloved dentist in Hot Springs wasnt really feasible. I initially thought I was seeing Dr. Phelan, as my first appointment was scheduled as they were making the transition from Phelan family dental to Kinard Dental arts. I was surprised then when Dr. Kinard did my examination. I thought maybe I had gone to the wrong clinic.I consider that a blessing. Dr. Kinard is always willing to take the time to explain exactly what hes doing and the reasoning behind the decisions he makes. His staff is amazing, and everyone seems happy to be there. While I cant remember her name to save my life I have had the most lovely woman accompany me twice during procedures, and listen to my crazy NO induced ramblings while waiting for Dr. Kinard. I recently had an extraction done, which was rather nerve wracking for me, and he has seen me through the entire process, offering me a spot same day when I was concerned about some debris that got into the open wound.My previous dentist, who was also my biology professor, left big shoes to fill in terms of what I looked for in a dentist. But its my pleasure to sing Dr. Kinards praises to whoever may be willing to listen. Going to the dentist is rarely pleasant, but I go with good faith that I will be well cared for, mentally as well as physically. If you are at all nervous about seeing the dentist I highly recommend Dr. Kinard.

I have very fragile and problematic teeth. I have only ever seen Dr Cooper. Was nervous about a new dentist, however, Doc Kinard is great. He has had no issues taking care of me and I am now on track to get in the shape I need to be.
