Back in May I had a crown put on and Saturday the crown came off. Dr Bethel put the crown back on and was so very nice about it. Lisa his office Manger had to help him because the office was so busy with other Staff was with patients. Lisa was so very nice and knew what to do. Lisa is the glue that holds that office together. Thank You Lisa and Dr Bethel for y’all’s help. This office and staff go out of their way to do what is right. Love Dentist and his staff.

I have used this Denial office for awhile. Lisa is not rude she is just straight with her answers. She is the glue that holds that office together. Dr Bethel is the best dentist ever. Good experience with my extractions, the DR was businesslike and i plan return trips . the University of Tennessee turns out some of the very best dentists. there used to be a free clinic in Memphis where students were allowed to work and supervised by their instructors they did excellent work as many deputys and other police personnel go there / am impressed.

IF I COULD RATE THEM A NEGATIVE 5 STARS I WOULD. MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OVER $1500 FOR DENTAL WORK AND HIS CROWN FELL OFF IN LESS THAN 7 MONTHS. WHEN HE WENT BACK, THE MONEY HUNGRY PEOPLE WANTED AN ADDITIONAL $600 TO FIX SOMETHING THAT THEY MESSED UP. NO OTHER DENTIST WILL EVEN TOUCH IT NOW BC HIS ORIGINAL TOOTH WAS GRINDED SO FAR DOWN THAT THEY ALL RECOMMENDED HE SEE AN ORAL SURGEON!!! I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK OR RECOMMENDATIONS THEM TO MY WORST ENEMY!! NOT TO MENTION THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND LIED ABOUT THEIR AGREEMENT TO THE DENTIST WHO THEN DUE TO NOT WANTING TO LOSE MONEY JUST AGREED WITH HER. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

This office is small & simple. I always know Lisa will greet me with a smile & know my name. I always know Dr. Bethel will be the one working on my teeth. Never any surprises. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Teeth turned out okay. But remember to ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECIEPTS FOR EVERY PAYMENT YOU MAKE TO THEM. LISA WILL FAST TALK YOU AND TRY TO OVER CHARGE YOU OVER WHAT YOU REALLY OWE! AND ALWAYS ACT LIKE SHE SO BUSY BUT NEVER TOO BUSY TO CALL YOU BEFORE BUSINESS HOURS ABOUT A MISSED PAYMENT AND NEVER RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS. BETHEL IS GOOD ON TEETH, BUT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL RECEPTION.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I could go on and on about how bad this place is, but I’m just gonna say that Lisa is rude and incompetent, this place is unprofessional and I often wonder if anyone in here has an actual license because it seems like no one has the slightest clue what the hell they’re doing.

Lisa that works front desk is horrible. Dr. Bethel is awesome and does a great job. Lisa needs to learn to be kind and more professional. She is just a very rude inconsiderate individual. I will not be going back. I dont have time for individuals like her. Negative people ruin things for others.

If there could be no stars this is what the front desk receptionist Lisa deserves at this office. Dr. Bethel I am sorry you are the best dentist Ive had in a while, your techs are so welcoming, and when it comes to working with you my hat is off to only you, but Ms. Lisa is a horrible customer service advisor. Your business will suffer greatly because of people like her. On top of being down right rude, she has an attitude and is very short with people when they have questions or need help with something non apologetic and just doesnt care. I have never met someone whom I think should be immediately fired as soon as they open their mouth. She may have gotten you this far by working with her, but Doc she will certainly be your businesses down fall. I nor my entire family will not be returning until she is gone.

I love doctor Bethel and his staff. I saw some other reviews saying Lisa is rude? Not true. That woman is so pleasant and greets me by name when I walk in and when I couldnt find a babysitter she watched my son while I had work done. But I am always polite to her, maybe just try that and youll never come across a better dentists office. I cant say enough good things about them. Doctor Bethel has done an amazing job on my teeth and is so nice and caring and downright entertaining to talk to. Go here if you need a good dentist that doesnt make you feel like youre just a number.

Hello to all thats is deciding on a dentist or looking for a good experience . Also, if like me with high anxieties and worry about the experience you will feel going to a dentist....all I can say if like me with the high anxieties then Bethel Smiles is a wonderful environment and a place you can relax as your being helped with your dental worries. My experience everytime I visit for dental work has been the best experience above all dentirtys. Im 38 and my life of seeing different dentist.. Bethel Smiles is best dentist office in my whole years of dental work done. The actual dentist whom does the dental work distracted me as he went along for me to not focus on the work and to remain comfortable and less anxiety. Ive had an extraction today and I didnt even know the dentist had pulled the tooth as he was doing the extraction. I asked him (the dentist), did you pull it?, He said yes, its out! Which he said poletly. All I can say really is .. please take my advice and go to Bethel Smiles, you will walk away with a smile, also your experience will not leave you feeling disappointed. Incompetent staff to get information correct.

I like Dr Bethel, looking forward to see him again. Having said that i had cancel my first appointment for being sick. Lisa is very short on the phone needs be friendly. I will not put up with her . Seems kinda rude. May go elsewhere if thats how its gonna be.Scott Newcomb

This dentist is the worst. His office manager Lisa is extremely rude and unprofessional. My son in law Rodney went there for debtures. They lost his mold and had to re do it. Then they called him and out someone elses dentures in his mouth, and then laughed about it. So six months later after being let down over and over, he finally gets his dentures. They were hard as a rock and didnt fit properly. He was extremely disappointed. This office beeds

I needed some dental work done asap but couldnt afford half of the cost of front and they were willing to work out payment arrangements with me.

One of my brackets broke off & the wire was cutting into my cheek. I Called& even though they was closed the office manager came in to cut off the wire that was cutting me.

This office is great!
