I really enjoy coming to Pain Care Associates. Dr. Culpepper is super knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. He is very thorough and always explains things clearly. Im usually there about 45 minutes and always walk away feeling better.*Shout-out to Ms. Dee up front for keeping everything running and being amazing! Highly recommend!

I had pretty bad back pain for the first time in my life. It was also running down my leg. I was afraid to go to a chiropractor because my perception was that I would have my spine “cracked,” etc. But I also did not want to go to my family Dr because I did not want to take medication. My son and my husband had a lot of success with their chiropractors so they convinced me to go. I am so glad I did! Now after 3 weeks my pain is almost gone and I am able to start doing light exercises again. Dr Culpepper was very patient and explained everything. He knows I am a scaredy-cat and have a lower pain threshold, so he is very careful and respectful of that. I am excited to continue working with him to feel my best and to get back in shape! I am now a fan for life! Dr Culpepper is the best! And Vicki, his assistant is also excellent!

Pain Care in Benton is always very welcoming! They know how to make their patients feel like they are part of their family. Dee does a great job of getting you in and out of the clinic. She is understanding of whatever your situation may be. Dr. Culpepper makes sure there is an open communication policy between him and his patients. It is evident that he wants his patients to feel better and healthier. If there is a chiropractor clinic that cares about its patients, it is Pain Care in Benton.

As a competitive cheer coachand someone whonworks in healthcare , I know how important it is to maintain a healthy life style. Dr.Stewart and his staff have been amazing, they have helped me through my training for 2 fitness competitions, races, and any injuries I have had. I highly recommend Dr.Stewart and his staff.

Dr. Culpepper knows his stuff and wants you to know exactly whats going on with your back and why there is pain. With back issues my entire adult life, I know Ill be back for he and Dee to take care of me when it flares up again.

I would recommend Dr. Barger to everyone! The staff is always so nice and willing to work with my hectic schedule as a nurse. This is the first doctor I look forward to seeing! He has helped tremendously with my back pain.

Benton Pain Care Associates is an all round great facility 👍 from the reception to the actual care, they make sure you are completely taken care of. Dr. Culpepper knows what hes doing and I leave feeling better every time.
