Holly did a wonderful job on my eyebrows, I got a wax & tint and I’m so happy with the results! It was my first time ever getting them waxed so I was nervous about how they would turn out, but I couldn’t have been happier. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer of hers. 10/10, absolutely recommend.

I always get my eyebrows done here, and they’ve always done a good job, but this time the woman waxed half of my eyebrow off. The entire end of my eyebrow is gone, and I start school Monday. Her name was Hope, and I didn’t realize she did it until I got home. Please do something about this.

He has all the knowledge he’s very friendly and made me feel very welcome! I recommend Grant. Period!Jasmina in Clinique. She was so knowledgeable and welcoming I never once felt like I needed to go away and stop asking recommendations. She has literally assisted me on my path with the excitement of continuing to care for my skin without over doing it or under doing it! She has assisted me with the system to remove these dark mark under my eyes, a system that’s do able and affordable! Jasmina is the bomb!

I went into the Store about a month ago, and I was so impressed with Marian!!! She helped me tremendously. One thing that I appreciated was the way she LISTENED to me and didnt try to just over-sell me in one particular line. We walked all over the store and found the skincare and make-up that met my needs. I just want you to know what an asset she is to your company!!!

Asked sales associate about a certain foundation for my mother-in-law and she seemed totally disinterested in helping us find a shade to match her. So when we took matters into our own hands we decided we needed to check the lighting outside and being polite I asked if we could use the portal Benefit mirrors that are in the store to take out on the sidewalk to see if the shade match was fine in that lighting.... and the sales associate responded “sure?? I don’t care.” How is this place even open? I don’t know.

My daughter and I stopped by to see how the other half lives today 03/24/19. The staff was very very nice to us and so helpful.I absolutely love Ulta beauty and being part of the Ulta beauty family makes it feel like you are at home no matter the location. I absolutely love going here for my hair! Danielle always does an AMAZING job. Both she and Jordan are literally the only two people I would ever trust to do anything to my hair and they are both very knowledgeable in their profession. I tend to have a lot of crazy ideas on a whim and they always help me do them effectively as well as safely. They’re also both great at offering ideas to make my hair better long term as well as color options with what I’m thinking. If you’re thinking of trying out a new product but don’t know what would work or if you have anything you want done to your hair, but no concrete idea, look no further than these two. You won’t regret it and anyone who says otherwise obviously isn’t telling the whole truth ^_^I will also recommend Stephanie for facials. She is literally AMAZING! I’ve never had someone who is as knowledgeable and did as good a job that actually yielded results until I went to her. I have combination skin and it’s sensitive to certain treatments; but she actually helped my skin improve and I’m very impressed.Now- a review outside of the salon since I’m also a frequent shopper: this is the only ulta I love to go to. Everyone is so kind and helpful. Everything is neat and tidy. I love getting to walk in and feel like they actually value me as a customer. There are not enough words to describe how positive of an experience I always have here.

It is so easy to buy my make up now. Before Ulta very few stores sold the brand I wear. Now I can buy everything I need in one store. I love that they have tester.You see the real color of everything before you buy it.

They let my kids play in the makeup for about an hour and they were beyond kind. My 3 year old looked like she got into fingerpaint. (Dont worry. I didnt let her use her fingers. I was watching.) They just told the girls how pretty they looked. They have a HUGE selection! Hair care, skin care, makeup and lots more.

Wasnt pressure into products I didnt want but guided to products that would help my face.

There are some great workers in there but also some not so great. Overall very helpful! Would suggest a makeover at the MAC counter, the young guy (Grant I think) is fun and did a great job on my moms makeup!

Jordan is the BEST hairstylist!! He knows exactly what looks good on you and is no fuss which I like!! He will talk with you if you want but respects what may be the only quiet time you have that day. 100% recommend!!!

Well if your a girl who loves make up then this is the place for you hands down. but if your girlfriend makes you go in its a whole different ballgame and youll learn real quick that it will bite a hole in your pocket book but for girls its great but for guys not so much

Im a c.d. and I have never walked into a store and asked for help because I was afraid of the reaction I may get. I dealt with six different people three of which were men. Amazing experience with Kathleen in the hair salon and Hannah in the brow bar! Highly recommend both. I have been to this store and it is the BEST in the area (minus they dont have the Morphe Palettes in the store yet). I have been to Little Rock and Conway and while they are nice, in this store they seem to go above and beyond to help with makeup applications and general questions. If one doesnt know the answer (which has happened) they seek out someone who does. If the customer service was poor, I wouldnt have made platinum status in one month.....and that is the number draw back to this store opening in Benton you will spend lots of money and keep coming back because they have EVERYTHING!!!!!

There are only a handful of nice workers. Most treat you like you’re not welcome if you’re not wearing a pound of makeup, 4 bottles of hair spray, and stenciled eyebrows. It’s always really dirty, I keep germ x on me anytime I go in here which isn’t often.

I liked the store, however for my first time in the store there didnt seem to be noticeable signs on where different products were. The staff was very helpful and asked if I needed help, which I did and thanked them. Was out of a particular else lash glue I was looking for but it seems to be available online. I will definitely be back or will shop online. Would love to see this store in the Cabot area.

Smaller than some stores. Not all the cashiers are super friendly, but the staff on the floor are really helpful. If something you are looking for is out of stock, they recommend something else you might like—great customer service. (If you want something specific, I suggest checking the app for availability before going to the store.) Love getting facials there! I go once a month to this location. Stephanie has helped my skin so much over the last year!

The Salon at Ulta in Benton constantly misses the mark due to poor salon management. The salon manager, Jordan, will no show, book you with someone else, or will just plain not execute what you request. The store manager will not get back with you regarding issues and isnt super concerned with the guests satisfaction.Below is the reference photo of the simple style my daughter requested for her prom up do. The second photo is the amateurish work delivered by Jordan. The outcome was much what you could expect from a 12 year old doing her sisters hair rather than the work of a professional stylist. She had to come home and take down the whole mess so that we could straighten her naturally curly hair in order to achieve the desired style. Yes, she wanted a natural look like the photo, but that did not mean she wanted her hair in its natural curly state. An up do requires proper hair preparation to achieve a great outcome and Jordan was not willing to do what was necessary. We missed photos with my other daughter because we had to redo Jordans mess.I am beyond unhappy and will not visit this Ulta again for anything. This is unfortunate because they have a TOP NOTCH aesthetician named Stephanie. She does phenomenal work! However, the general managers lack of response and general disregard for customer satisfaction forces me to take my business elsewhere.

What great customer service .I walked in , needed 4 things . Showed the sales Rep my screen shots . Folllwed her , Boom x1 , Boom x2 , Boom x3 .Got eyeshadow kit and 2 fishing boxes for my girls . Paid , walked right out . Done in 5 minutes . Faster then Amazon.LOVE this Store !!

Sent my husband after very specific Mac make up items. When they didnt have what I wanted, instead of telling my husband to go to another location or simply order it online, the clerk just sells him her opinion of the next best thing. She completely took advantage of the fact that he knew nothing about make up. Not to mention it was my Christmas gift from my husband and it was the first one we had been able to spend together in 8 years. So his feelings were hurt that I was disappointed. And now I have to drive an hour across town to the correct store to return these items that the clerk knew very well were not the specific items being requested.

This makes me sad because I really want to love this store, especially since now there is one so close to my home but after several times visiting this location I have never had a good experience. The employees are never helpful. For example, today I asked for a certain mascara and they were out which is fine except she just said we are out. Never tried to recommend a different or was even concerned about what else I may need. They mostly were busy talking to each other and never made me feel like I was a customer at all. Checking out hasn’t been pleasant either. If you try to use the coupon they send you good luck. It must only work on like one thing in the entire store. I feel like this could be such a fun experience and great place to shop. It’s really to bad they aren’t there to actually help people.

Went to the Salon for the first time Jordan was great. After 14 years finally found a great hair stylist. I will be recommending him to friends and family and for sure going back. 😀

Got no help from anybody, wasnt even greeted when I walked in the door. WONT be back. Went to Sallys was greeted when I walked in & given assistance to find what I needed. Very courteous young man.

I was so very disappointed and embarrassed by how my daughter and I were treated like potential thieves at this location. I have started collecting fragrances and I go into this store regularly to treat myself and my daughter to girl stuff. I picked up two fragrances to purchase and an alarm started going off on the fragrance. The employee quickly snatched it out of my hand. Never explaining the process or saying “We will hold it for you.” They just snatched it out of my hand and put it behind the counter. We spent almost $200 and was wanting to buy the fragrance but Dwayne the rude cashier did not even get it for me but just acted as if we were not allowed to buy it. Everyone was staring at my daughter and I as if we were thieves. I was appalled and had to explain to my 12 year old why some people just see as potential criminals when we were just trying to have fun girls time. What a disgrace.

Great addition to Saline county. I dont have to go to Little Rock for department store makeup anymore! Everyone is really nice and Ive been going to the salon lately for color and haircuts.

Everything from makeup to hair care. Drug store brands, professional brands. Large section of skin care. They always have great sales and some many buy one get one specials.

Really good fried fish, and I love their hushpuppys. I always try to go there at least once when in Heber Springs.

Very pleasant people I had my hair cut while I was there while they were Styling and coloring other peoples hair I asked for help trying to find a hair product that they used in my hair to dry it so that it would not frizz out and their customer service is fantastic the store is great

Been here twice with my wife. The staff had been more interested in gossiping with each other than helping out. I refuse to go back and will pay more and drive to Dillard’s or other store for her to get what she wants.

Dont really enjoy going in this store. I was welcomed for once but the lady who I talked to seemed like she didnt really want to help and came off rude to me.

Selection and service are phenomenal. Staff are very knowledgeable about store layout and product advice. Only downside is the prices are much higher then say Walmart. Expect to drop some cash here.

I made at an appointment for a regular hair cut and they set the appointment without asking if it was ok with a high-end stylist with a very higher price for the same kind of service I just wanted 1inch of haircut. When I asked why they never mentioned the difference when I booked the appointment the manager just said we don’t disclose prices on the phone 😮very unprofessional.

I have been to ULTA in different locations and had wonderful shopping experiences. By far, this one is awful. Some of the associates are rude, discriminatory, and it is very obvious, and they seem to be very comfortable and proud of it. Coincidentally, I read another review of this location which suggests some of the exact same behavior that we experienced. Not by chance, I do not believe. It is highly unlikely that consumers will continue to shop there under these extreme circumstances. It does a great disservice to the brand. It would let me post no stars, which it deserves.

Dont understand the negative reviews, the staff has always been very attentive and knowledgeable. Love having so many choices in one place! Will be back soon.

Not sure if all locations are the same but this is a terrible store, filled with people that think they are better than everyone else. The employees are not helpful and only converse amongst themselves. After my fifth time of giving it a chance, hoping things would be different, nothing has changed and I won’t be going back!

Love the chain ,this is the place to host to for all your beauty needs . There is ways a same or coupon if you are apart of the loyalty program they have and a amazing point system as a member. This location is not my favorite of the locations around my area there seems to always be little of restocking done , and the staff isnt the nicest . I would rather drive to Benton 20 minutes away to shop.

I found everything I needed. The lady who helped me was kind and gave me a few tips for the product I was looking at. Very clean store that doesnt have merch misplaced everywhere.

I meant to post this the day of, but my treatment at the clinic that day was so brutal I was down for 9 days. I just want to thank to staff of this specific ulta store for being so kind and dedicated. Im going blind, already mostly there, and had that day had an extremely brutal exam and treatment that was so horribly painful and I could not see anything hardly, moreso than normal. My father was kind enough to stop so I could take advantage of the sale theyd had going on their liter products and pick up my conditioner and shampoo as I can no longer drive. The closest to us is an hour away, this store is three. They were so kind and understanding to an oddball girl wandering their store in sunglasses and extra protective lenses, the girl filling the aisle read the label for me to find my particular wella conditioner, and then it seemed the entire store stopped in its tracks for a good 10 minutes to search the store over for the shampoo, as their system said it should have arrived that day. Constantly keeping me updated. Having worked in retail myself for 15 years.. I was floored. I have never had customer service like this from a team of individuals, especially those obviously busy from what was a monumental sale. Im a huge ulta fan, and a regular customer as much as I can be, and I only hope this reaches them so they understand how wonderfully important their simple acts of kindness were on such a hard day. Thank you Little Rock Ulta and all your employees. You are the standard to which we should all hold ourselves. Im in awe of your kindness.

Service is awful. First time I went there, I was buying something and was also eligible for my birthday reward. You want to know what they gave me? Beard oil...I am a woman and do not have a beard....come on... The sales girl specifically slipped it into the bag and said nothing of it just subtly trying to pull one over on me.Second time I went, the girl rang in all my items. By chance, I just happened to think to ask her if I had any reward points because it had been awhile since I redeemed any. She was instantly flustered and voided the transaction and then went on to tell me I actually had $17.50 in rewards. It paid for over half my transaction, I find it BEYOND rude that they wanted me to rack up earning the points with my hard earned cash but never offer me a chance to redeem the rewards I’ve accumulated!! What kind of loyalty program tries to hide the incentives? She almost had me paying for the entire order when I had $17.50 to take off the total.They are rude. They are careless. They are NOT trained well and bad customer service is definitely their normal. Two bad experiences and I likely won’t be back, definitely not the Bryant location. I’ll take my money to sephora thanks.

No one working seemed to know anything about their products. When I asked about a recommendation I was told they didnt know, and then no one stuck around to help me.

I just went to this Ulta and I have got to say I have never been treated this way, at any Ulta store or any other store for that matter. The girl at the register was very short with me and she acted as though she had no time to deal with my purchase. I dont want to go as far as to say that she was being racist towards me but it sure felt that way. Trust me THEE last time I go to this Ulta in my life no matter how close it is. Much rather go to any other store but this one.
