I have worked for this company for about two years and they pay their caregivers quite a bit more than any other agencies that I have looked at. They are super professional but also very understanding. One of the best employers I have had. Paid once a week and you have the option to choose your schedule and if you want more hours they are always available. It’s truly a great place to work but only for those who honestly love being a caregiver and are passionate about taking care of people who can’t take care of themselves anymore.

My 87 yr old father needed help and after a bad experience with a home care service we were blessed to find Superior Senior Care. Carol and Kristy have been so supportive of my family and dad’s caregivers have been great. Most importantly they truly care for him and listen to him. I know he is safe and in good hands. I highly recommend this care giving service.

I’ve been affiliated with Superior Senior Care off and on for over 20 years and I know them to be caring and competent. The team at this office is talented, they know and respect the regulations for the industry, and frankly have set the Gold standard for this industry in our state. This is a tough industry, but this team goes above and beyond to provide the best service possible to our seniors and all persons needing care.

Taking care of my Dad requires a whole lot and truly takes a village. My super favorite person is Kathy, who is literally the smartest person in the room. She really and truly understands and cares about the well being of the client and will take time to humbly explain without defense or frustration to make sure you understood.

Kimberly is very professional, kind, & loving to her patient. She goes above & beyond for her. She is exactly what you look for in a caregiver. I hope when I need special care, Kimberly is available to help me like she is helping my friend now.

Ive had a couple good full time caregivers from here. They are helpful and do what is asked of them. There names are Angela Hufford and Cheryl Waller. Angela had to quit due to health reasons but Cheryl has been a great replacement.

The office personnel does a great job. We love our caregiver. Always dependable, professional, and respectful. Great team all the way around

Kathy George is the absolute best care giver that works there in my opinion. Her work is her life. She has been with the company for 4 years. In those 4 years she has had 2 clients unfortunately pass away. She attended both of the funerals an continues to visit the families regularly! She loves her clients so much an she treats them like family. If you need a trustworthy, caring, clean, full of life caregiver that will give you her all.... she is most definitely the one!

The ladies in the Benton office are great to work with! They work diligently to make sure their clients get the best care they have to offer! They work closely with the caregivers to make sure they understand the needs of the clients. Carol and Kristy pride themselves on always doing their best to make sure the office runs as efficiently as possible. I would highly recommend this office!

Big thank you to the girls here. I am a licensed CNA and needed help taking care of my parents. Not only did they help me find good caregivers they also put me thru an in depth orientation, sent me for a drug screen and then added me to their registry so I can be compensated to help my parents. I have never worked on a registry before but I absolutely love the freedom of working for myself. How fantastic is that!!
