Please avoid this company at all cost. This place has a very toxic, stressful, negative and unhealthy environment full of drama. The executive director of this place along with the job developers are very immature, unprofessional and will cause you to lose your job over lies and gossip.They’re not good at helping clients seek employment or have good communication skills with the clients. It’s very unfortunate that this is a small area with no other better services to offer for the disabled. Gateway is a fraudulent and misleading company that needs to be exposed and investigated for all of their wrongdoings that goes on behind closed doors. Their company has the potential to be great only if they eliminate certain people. There’s a saying, be careful how you treat people, what you do to others has a funny way of coming back on you.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. They sabotage jobs for the clients and have this unusual rule about clients can only get picked up from home and dropped off back at home when a gateway employee comes and gets them. The job coaches/developers are very poor at training clients and are either not on time picking up clients or don’t show up at all. Also if they don’t like you or if you don’t do what they say they’ll fire you.

Disorganized and unprofessional. The executive director of this place Tami Gould is horrible and a joke. She fires people for no reason and needs to be replaced along with the job developers.
