I wouldnt recommend this nursing home. Due to the fact, that I had a family member who was there a few days ago for therapy from surgery be mistreated from an African nurse. This lady didnt have any sympathy or compassion for my Uncle. She snatched a pillow off under his neck where he had surgery from all because she didnt want to provide proper patient care. The nursing staff need to be reminded of the reason they decided to get in the nursing field and if its not to provide professional patient care then they need to look for another career. Someone needs to ask that nurse, if she had a family member or herself in the nursing home, or hospital would she like for them to be mistreated the way she did my uncle. No one deserves to be mistreated especially when they are trying to heal or just need assistance. Hallmark Living make sure your staff are coming to work at your place of business for the right reason, and not just to make a check. It is family members out here who do love and care about there family like myself. I am very disappointed that my family member was mistreated by a nursing staff. No I dont want to talk to anyone just please work on professionalism and providing proper patient care.

Would deffently not recommend. Staff in front office mainly this older woman who sits behind a glass window is a extremely rude mouthy verbally abusive creature with no class what so ever. I wouldnt recommend putting anyone in this hell hole. Not even my worse enemies. The nursing staff looked very unhappy. I just cant lie and say anything good about ANYONE in that front office and them nurses that looked unhappy i feel for them. So thats why we decided to go with a different nursing home for our love one.

The most rude and inappropriate front desk staff. From this experience alone, I would never want to place a family member here. If they cannot respect you at the door, imagine how they will treat your loved ones behind it.

This is a great place to be they take care of you the staff is excellent the food is great the residents are cool this is a very nice place to stay at I recommend this place to everyone

100% WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Place is very unorganized, had to call in the building to have someone come to the nursing desk, two workers constantly walking pass me pouring themselves lemonade from the nurses desk while Im trying to find out a room number I would never place my loved ones there very unassisted and unorganized, need another management.
