Airway Oxygen in Benton Harbor is an excellent choice if you are using a CPAP machine. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and most important knowledgeable. The staff member that helped me find a new mask was awesome. He took the time to make sure I had the correct one and took the time to answer all my questions.I use to be a customer at Vans and it was a horrible experience. Airway Oxygen is definitely the choice and thats why I give them 5 stars!

My mother and I have visited this Airway Oxygen store over the years for various items and have never had an unpleasant experience. All of the different people who have assisted us have always been very patient, kind, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

Bought a wonderful lift chair their today. The salesperson felt bad because they couldnt deliver it until tomorrow. Wow! Most places make you wait days or weeks for delivery.

First of all, Airway Oxygen hounded us by phone and email to get new equipment from them for my CPAP machine. So i made an appointment online to pick up a pillow for my mask. The appointment was for 10 a.m. this morning. I put it on my calendar and showed up at 10--and they were CLOSED! WHY does a person need an appointment in the first place just to pick up equipment? And then why would they let me make an appointment for a time when theyre not even open?

I had never been to this store. I passed by it going into the Plaza area quite a bit. I called them to see if they had the product I needed AND they told me my insurance would cover it. Sherry treated me with patience and she explained everything to me so that I could understand. Both the girls got REAL busy right after I arrived . Since they were patient with me I gave them the same respect. Airway Oxygen isnti really a place you WANT to go into but as you get older stuff happens and you may NEED to go in there. I didnt want to be there but Sherry was very kind and respectful to me. Thanks Sherry P.
