I called several plumbers in my area to help with a shower valve leak. T&C responded quickly and had someone available a day later. Tech showed up on time, was courteous, diagnosed/repaired the issue and even inspected my other shower valves to be sure we had no more leaks. Price was fabulous. Wont be calling around next time, only T&C.

As luck would have it, out of town guest were arriving this afternoon and the septic system decides in the morning to start going the wrong way... I called at 9:30 they said they would try get someone there today but they werent 100% sure. By 12 noon a technician called from 10 minutes away. He quickly and professionally took care of the issue and while he was there he replaced a secondary issue of a busted water spigot. Professional, prompt, personable and a very reasonable price. If anyone ever asks me if I know a plumber, without hesitation I will recommend this team. Thank you!

Called two days earlier to get an estimate on a plumbing job no call back. I called back spoke with the receptionist told me they have one estimator and he just got back to work and could not give me a timeframe as to when he could come out to do a job and estimate it. Told me they were 4 to 6 weeks behind and any jobs anyway. Owner got on the phone and was very rude and basically told me go find another company. This company came highly recommended and I was looking forward to doing business with them however my experience what is that they’re like a lot of other companies when they’re busy they can care less about the customers and don’t even bother calling back to explain their situation. Bad business plan in my opinion because when times are lean I will forever rememberThat this company didn’t even have the courtesy of calling back to let me know that they couldn’t do the work. If through this unprofessional and simply scheduling a job I I don’t even want to think about what they would be like doing the job.

Called on a weekend with a tankless water heater issue. I received a quick response and an appointment scheduled for first thing Monday morning. Dave came out and was highly knowledgable and very professional. He troubleshot my issue, serviced the water heater and educated me on the proper care and maintenance of it. Town & Country is now my go to plumber.

Please STAY AWAY!!!!!The manager said you dont need permits, as soon as Josh stepped in the house he said you need permits. When I paid the deposit I insisted the manager double check the permits scenario and he dismissed me. Also they never let me know that Ill have a hole in the roof in the middle of the winter, and that I need to hire someone else to fix it. They never said when theyre coming back to finish the job.The job is halfway done and they already sent the invoice with a note regarding interest and court costs. They didnt even pass inspection and they want my money.Very hard to communicate with and very hard to trust going forward. The hourly charge is insane. 6 hours - 2 people 95& 60 for a job that is not finished and very inflated material costs.....

The techs from town and country are always respectful. They have never talked down to me or mansplain.They went above and beyond when installing our water heater. It was a mess as the previous homeowners did not install the previous unit to code.Weve had them out yearly to roto-rooter and anything time to fix a broken pipe.*The techs are wearing masks in homes.*

I had issue with sump pump, had a previous company come out and fix the issue but said to keep an eye on it issues was the PVC pipe was loose where it connected to sump pump.. Will came right out, took up the cover made sure it was fitting and not coming loose also secured the pipes so they didnt move around. and sealed the lid to the sump pump.

I was very happy! Mark was on time, polite, and very professional. The jobs were done satisfactorily and within the time frame he gave me. Overall, he made the job a pleasant experience. I will call them again if I have the need.

My sewers drain pipes were totally clogged which, unfortunately, caused sewage to backup up into my house. I called a drain rodding service who upon viewing my problem, recommended I call Town & Country. 30 minutes later one of their Plumbers arrived at my house! The pipes were totally clogged with roots the worst hed ever seen. After a couple of hours he said that he would have to come back tomorrow with additional people to continue digging. At 8 am the next day 2 men from T & C were there and by noon, 19 feet of roots were removed, everything was repaired and back to normal.Amazing! Everyone was professional, informative and efficient. I cant thank them enough for quickly taking care of this issue. Moreover, they were very reasonable.I highly recommend Town and Country Plumbing.

A very pleasant plumber came promptly to completely rebuild a very old leaking three-handle tub/shower faucet, rebuild a poorly functioning one-handle shower faucet and replace a toilet fill valve. He was fast and accurate (everything works perfectly now) and gave me advice about other items that he said did not need any maintenance or repair at this time. Always nice that a person doesnt try to sell you something you dont need.

They don’t call back. Never trust a company that won’t return a call.

Scheduled work was not as promised. They should say, time & material billing

I needed several new outlets installed on my basement utility room. They did a great job with the instalation and also found a defective breaker in my breaker box and fixed it. I will use them again.

Great people, very professional, experts in their field. Trust worthy and pricing is very reasonable. They take the time to figure out the problem and fix what is needed.

Called and asked if Tim would come out to look at a GFI that failed. It was installed only for a short amount of time. Tim came the very next morning and replaced it! Awsome!

Asked for an estimate and they didnt even get back to me.When I asked people around about this company the general opinion was that they go way over the estimates and its hard to communicate with them.

I was charged $95 for a completely unnecessary service call and TIM, the owner would not address my concerns. The company chose to make a quick buck over building a relationship with a client based on trust. I was so disappointed I complained to the Better Business Bureau.

Took two days off from my job so I could be here when Town and Country scheduled us for the removal and installation of tub/shower. Upon waking up on the first of my days off they called to cancel because they decided to give their bath/shower installer a day off. Wanted me to reschedule for a day I did not have off. They had two weeks to call me to reschedule and decided my time just wasnt important to them. Ended up going with one of their competitors who came out that same afternoon and got to work immediately. Look elsewhere if you believe in hiring plumbers who keep their appointments.

Quality electrical and plumbing work IF you can get it. Customer service is an unfortunate afterthought...
