Dr. Burgos was thorough, understanding and straight to the point. Highly recommend him and his staff.

I give this Doctor 0 stars.My son was sick, I called and was told I could come in for an appointment because there was an opening so I scheduled it. Upon arriving I noticed a Lobby full of people waiting no big deal so I walked up to the counter and provided the receptionist my id and insurance card she told me have a seat. I got there at 10 my appointment was at 10:30 I waited 2.5 hours to be taken back (1 oclock)!!!! My son was sick and needed to be seen to keep moving him around was a no. When the doctor came into our room he asked for symptoms and walked out and sent his nurse in never once did we see him again said he may have a cold/cough go home rest gave my son a script for antibiotic. When we got to walgreens the pharmacist said these pills might be too difficult for your son to swallow. I asked if we could substitute it and he said he would call the Doctors office no awnser we waited 20 minutes for a call back eventually it was switched to liquid. The worst part he billed my insurance an extreme amount for a less than 5 minute visit! Poor bedside manner, staff has NO service skills and we will not be returning this place cares more about billing and making money than patient care.... Save yourself the agony....

I have had the worst experience with this doctor. I have never felt so mistreated and with such a lack of respect and humanity. People like this should never be dictators.I went to see Dr. Burgos with so much pain in my wrists and knees and the inhuman told me that I had no pain ... The pity is that I went to see an American specialist and I was treated with respect and diagnosed.I ve had the worse experience of my life with this doctor. No humsnity, no compassion, not even a good care or respect to someones pain. The worse !!!

What doctor tells you not to take vitamins or minerals?Well this doctor told me I couldnt believe it ...He told me that I could die of an overdose of vitamins. LOL! My dear doctor, everything in excess is bad. Asta the water ... Surely he got angry because I told him that I have never had the flu vaccine and I wanted to put it to strength I told him that I was years old that it didnt make me sick. And that I took my vitamins every day. And that I felt wonderful ... He told me to leave the supplement and go to the walgreens to buy his vitamins. Jajjaja was the first and last time I visited this place.
