I wasted half a day today because of this place! I drove an hour to exchange one of my 20 pound CO2 tanks. I got there around 10am (they open at 7:30) and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed and would return at 4:00pm but all the lights were on inside and the door was locked.As I was leaving an Airgas tractor trailer was pulling out from the back of the lot so I stopped my car, pulled back in and tried calling them a few times only to get their fax machine. There were people in there, but they decided to close the shop and ignore the phone in the middle of business hours.I had to drive another hour in the opposite direction up to Rutland to exchange my tank. The grand total wasted from my day today was 5 hours due to an unprofessionally run business.NEVER AGAIN. I will drive further next time regardless of how much longer it takes. Covid is over, time to get back to work!
