I have broken my left wrist twice and have been having chronic pain on and off for the last 3 years. Mark DeJohn is fantastic! I was referred to Mark through Bend Business Group, after taking a fall while running. My shoulders were jammed up and aching. Mark took the time to identify the various mechanisms that were causing tension and limiting my range of motion, which were different for each shoulder! His ART allowed me to control the speed and extent of the various stretches so I felt comfortable as he worked the problem areas. It improved my ROM and I am sleeping much better as a result!

Mark is very knowledgable and helped resolve some hamstring and back issues I was having.
