I have worked at many other places and have left because that standard of care was too low. I will only ever work for this place, the standard and expectations are what I wish all other places were...This loving facility is more then just assisted living, but an Alzheimers and dementia unit, were all staff are specially trained and kept on their toes in an environment developed to gift the residents and their families with the most lucidity quality moments possible in their journey. This specialized care facility is more than just a facility, its a home... I wouldnt work for anything less than the best. This is the one place I would trust my family too.
