My husband came in for an appointment a few weeks ago, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the gals working there! Front desk super welcoming and back staff very attentive! The doctor was awesome too! Highly recommend.

I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled and it only took a couple of minutes and it was pain free. The dentist and staff are very good people there.

The dentist can be uncomfortable, the whole staff does a very good job at making you feel taken care of! The office girls are professional and kind, and the dentist listens to me. With her help I am able to smile again! They definitely live up to their name, and I would recommend this place to my family & friends!

The dental assistants are extremely nice. The ortho dr is fantastic. But ALWAYS ALWAYS even when just seeing the general dentist have to wait at least an hr past the appointment time.

Confident Smile Dental are star. We’re new to practice after long time dentist retired. Entire office staff is very friendly and professional. Haven’t had much experience yet with the docs themselves but I expect it will be favorable as well.

NO STARS!!! This place is disgusting. The dentist thinks that just because you sign a consent form stating that you are aware that during a deep cleaning your teeth may be loosened she could destroy your teeth through her cruelty. Stay away from this place no matter how sad and desperate you are for answers. The ramifications of being treated at this facility are a life of suffering and confusion.

Im giving them a 1 since you have to leave at least 1 star! I took my 7yo here for a cleaning and to check out his gum that was overlapping. They hurt him cleaning his teeth!!! He begged me to never bring him back again and take him back to his normal dentist! Never will I step foot back here or ever recommend them to anyone!

UPDATE: This was clearly a lack of training and through no fault of the employees on site. They have address my concerns and handled it appropriately.If you value your safety I’d recommend to choose somewhere else! I got a tornado warning to take shelter and asked if they had a shelter no one knew 5 minutes pass they said let’s go in the back, then a few more minutes, they said our boss(not on sight) said we have to leave because there is a compressor here that would be bad if it was hit. So pouring down rain in a TORNADO WARNING we (my husband , myself and 2 children 16&5) drove home. Thank goodness we are ok and made it safe but how unprepared they were was completely unacceptable. They have been reported to OSHA and the city of Belvidere.

Just had a emergency root canal performed today. Staff was very kind in helping me. The doctor took the time to explain so I could understand what and why I needed everything done. She periodically checked on me to make sure I wasn’t in too much pain; she was very concerned over my whole wellbeing. I will be going back!

I had an amazing experience at this dental office. The Doctors are great, and best of all caring. The whole staff was very nice and the place was very clean . I also did not have to wait at all. Great place! !!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The staff is nice and I went in for a cleaning. It was literally the laziest cleaning I’ve gotten. She didn’t even brush my teeth. It was like 5 minutes long . I think she just wanted to charge my insurance since I was covered. X-rays plus 5 min cleaning for $150

Waited 2 frustrating long hours the only time I went to this office. I had an appointment, wait in the waiting room was 45 minutes which is tolerable, and the wait in the chair was more than an HOUR!!!! I get in the chair, dentist doesnt even introduce herself or tell me what she is doing at all. Im a person. Youre in my mouth. Tell me what youre doing and communicate, be friendly, and be apologetic that I waited so long. All your girls passed by repeatedly and knew I was sitting there waiting in the dental chair for so long. The girls were nice despite that fact. Got referred out for work all the way in Chicago, didnt even ask if I wanted to be referred for an out of pocket in-town specialist. I absolutely recommend Affordable Dentistry on Riverside for their fabulous, FABULOUS BEST work, staff, and dentist or (if you have the medical card) a different office!

I bring my family here and we all love it. The Dr.s are very nice and they explain everything to you with detail and whats going on. Its always a good appointment whenever I go.

Friendly staff, short wait times.

My experience with Confident smile has been horrible. I’ve had quite a few problems when I came there. They’re not organized at all, I complained about my tooth hurting me, went in to get a filling put in... when I left I realized he filled the wrong tooth. I called and they just said the tooth they filled needed to be fixed too. I then had to go in the next day to get the right one filled. I had a root canal done, they forgot to have me sign the receipt for the charge on my card then called me because of it.I have a cracked tooth that is in serious need of getting a filling but they preferred to put a crown on it instead, my insurance denied it, I asked if they could just fill it (the tooth is cracked in half) they said they wanted to appeal it through the insurance for a crown and see if they approved it a second time.... that was in November. They haven’t called me. I called them today 1-10-2020 wondering what is going on and they said they called me.... they gave me the number they called (which was not my phone #) and said the appeal was denied again. Granted I filled out a form when I started going there which hasn’t been long and my phone # is written on the form. I also got a cleaning if that’s what you call it, it was more like a quick brushing.I will be looking for another dentist, worst experience ever.

I really like this place, they take walk-ins and have really friendly staff, their prices are reasonable and they always have a special for patients with no insurance, I love bringing my kids their Doctors are real patient and listen to you I recommend This place to whom ever is looking for a new or good dentist .

I just have to day that in my 69 years that Ive gone to Dentists, that Dr. Siti is THE BEST!!!! My teeth really needed help. Last June we started fitting me for New dentures and bottom partial. She measured, took her time with visits. Actually spent time with me. My concerns. Anyway, I ended up with the most beautiful smile. The teeth fit perfect. No adjustments at all. Now who can say that. Dr. Siti is a great Lady. Id recommend her to anyone. The staff also is very friendly. This is a visit you would not regret.

This has been the WORST dentist Ive ever been to. If I knew that all he was going to do was brush my teeth, I would have never came. I could have brushed my teeth on my own. It only took 5-7 minutes. He never introduced himself or even talked to me. He didnt even scrape or floss my teeth. Toothpaste wasnt even washed all the way off. Walked out of there feeling like sugar was all on my teeth. However, the other staff was polite.

Do not bring your children here dentist is so rude and not professional at all. Took my daughter in and she the dentist refused to fill the filling she had done a month ago. I was in shock she blamed my daughter for not participating but hey shes only 2, and it serms she does not like children. Shes really rude and I do not recommend this place at all.

Horrible, horrible!! Dr Syed was amazing two weeks ago when I seen him, along side w his assistant Angie! The front staff thou was horrible, disrespectful, and faulted in what should have been done. I called to confirm and talked to Daisy about a denial over wrong xrays being sent and she asked me if I had gotten a root canal which I didn’t! Obviously had the wrong file pulled up said she would call my insurance to clarify everything and never did! So when the following day came a young lady name Linda called to confirm and I asked her if Daisy had called my insurance as she said she was going to do. Well Linda clearly said there was nothing noted in my account, so I asked her if I could have someone else other then Daisy look into it! Daisy called me back to tell me I’m no longer welcome in the facility, and that I could no longer keep my upcoming appt!! So TRUST ME I WILL STEER MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY AWAY FROM CONFIDENTIAL SMILES!!!
