My grandmother was here and it is horrible, they will leave you unchanged for a whole day. My grandmother had huge blisters on her but they did nothing. The water had bugs and the food was raw. Never come here if you love and care for your family. Care & work is horrible, the attitude from the cnas & nurses are atrocious. If I could give no stars I would.

My grandma was there for rehab. They did such a great job taking care of her. The staff worked with us and with her to make sure she had everything she needed. I still see staff from time to time out and about and they always say hi. Its so nice they remember us!

The rehab center here is awful. They do not have phones in patients rooms so that you cannot talk to your loved one unless a nurse has the time to go find their ONE cell phone to let them borrow. Also, my mother does not get her medications when she needs them. Terrible care. Also you have to pay for tv in your room. Take your loved one to a different care facility if they need temporary rehab services.

My Grandma was a resident here for 3 years! She quickly made friends with other long term residents and staff! She loved bingo and enjoyed bingo days with the activity staff. Fast forward 3 great years and grandma was called home. Thank you to each and every one of you for the welcoming atmosphere. The smiles, kind approach, and wonderful care did not go unnoticed!!! God bless each and every one of you❤️

Food is terrible. Staff is lacking. Had to wait as long as 5 hours for pain medicine.. Havent had a shower yet and have been here 5 weeks.

I have had both my parents at Autumn Lake. What a wonderful group of people. We are so quick to jump on social media & criticize health care workers. These people give up their time with their families to care for our loved ones so we can be with our families. I highly recommend Autumn Lake if you are looking for security in placing your loved ones. And by the way, it is really a fun place to be. There is laughter, compassion, respect & genuine love for the residents. The activities are outstanding. I never worried because I trusted them with my parents and they never let me down. Thank you Autumn Lake!!

My mom is here. Everyone is so kind to her and to me when I come to visit. The rooms are clean and the staff is always welcoming. She loves it there.

Autumn Lake Healthcare at Beloit has the most creative, kind and compassionate staff. Watching their efforts to keep residents engaged and entertained during this pandemic has been very impressive, entertaining and heartwarming. Thank you for everything you do for the residents!

The staff are so friendly and kind and truly care about the residents. They have a great therapy and activity department too! Definitely recommend!

We had a great experience here. Staff were so sweet and caring. No one wants to go into a nursing home but they made the transition for my family a good one. The admission gal was so helpful and sweet, the activity staff enjoy what they do and make it fun, the food looked good, and the all over atmosphere was welcoming! Looked at several nursing facilities in the area, by far the best! We as a family put a lot of thought into this decision. It’s never easy. Friendly staff, clean facility, lots of fun activities, nice menu selection. We made the right decision.

My great grandmother was there and the care she received was atrocious. The staff never new what was going on and the nutrition was not good. The place was nasty and there was barely any room to have visitors. My grandmother never got her medication like she was supposed to. Not to mention some of the staff members attitude was down right rude and disrespectful.

A wonderful place with wonderful staff member who care about the people they take care of. I would bring any of my family here!

My grandmother is here. The rooms have bugs. My grandma is always dehydrated and dirty and socially isolated when we visit. They have stolen from her, too. Just an awful place. They don’t implement her care plan. Never any change.

I took my grandmom here to get better and recover well after her surgery they stole her money and her phone. Her room didnt get clean often and the CNAs are very rude.
