Faith & Taylor have been exceptional in helping my step-daughters. They have been wonderful listeners and given them the tools they need to deal with the trauma in their life. We couldnt be more grateful for them. My girls look forward to their visits each time.

I would absolutely recommend this agency! I have had such an easy time communicating with them as they always get back to me in a timely manner and are always able to work with my schedule. I always feel welcomed by their secretaries and other staff I come across. My therapist is very down to earth and kind-hearted. I always feel heard. Coming into Stateline, truly feels like family!

Im trying to talk to my kids, then the counselor, Faith I do believe, hangs up on me! This is the first time Ive gotten to talk to them in weeks, and she stepped continuously in, and then hangs up.! I called back, in more than one way, and no one picks up.What a joke of a business. Youre for mental health, yet look at what you just exposed my children to. Shame on you.

I would definitely recommend Stateline Mental Health. My therapist was extremely attentive to mine and my familys needs. Therapist was sensitive, accommodating and very easy to work with! A hard time was easier to deal with and process thanks to their services and prompt scheduling!

I would 100% recommend these amazing people! We have been going there for about a year now and they have made such an impact in our lives. Thank you Stateline for always caring, for helping us push through the tough times, and giving us tools to help ourselves make strides toward happy, healthy lives!

Great place to pick up girls plus they told me i have psychosis

I have used their school-based mental health services for my son. Samantha Ball and Stateline were attentive to my concerns, connected and built rapport with my child and empowered him to make the changes he needed to make for himself! He still uses the tools he learned and Im appreciative every day for their caring attitude and accessibility!

Stateline Mental Health Services is one of the most professional, welcoming, and relaxing environments I have ever encountered for therapy. I was always greeted with a smile and walked back to the room with my therapist. My therapist Kelley was a down-to-earth, kindhearted person who I will forever be indebted to for helping me work through a rough spot in life.

I have been seeing Stephanie since 2017 and she helped me through so much! I have never felt a more comfortable and judge free environment.I will always recommend this facility!You all are doing a great job!Thank you.

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! Faith mattison should have her license revoked In my opinion she has no business being a therapist and the owner does nothing about a complaint won’t even return a phone call !!!!!!!! I would give them 0 stars if you need help go elsewhere

Updated 08/12/2020: I stopped going to this office. It was really great for 9 months and then so many things went wrong in a short period of time that I got so frustrated and found a new office. I hope they can improve on communication between staff members, especially between the front desk and counselors, so they can properly communicate with their clients in a timely manner. Also fix the billing issues.Other than some minor billing issues, I really like this place and the counselor I see. This is one of the best mental health resources in the area.
