I am so glad that I found Prajna that makes me want to come back every week. The classes are well constructed and the instructions are professional as well as caring. Parking is also very easy. Highly recommend that you try out this place!

I am here for a week from New Jersey and decided to take a class I was so glad I did. Yeli’s Class by far has become my favorite on the west coast she is a fantastic leader for any level of a yoga practice.

A friend of mine pushed me to start yoga lessons, something I never thought I would find interesting. However, I am now a big proponent and believer in the practice. I dont think I could have found a better place to start than at Prajna. While it is a very convenient location for myself, Yiwen, the director of the studio is a wonderful instructor and truly wants to help people. I highly recommend Prajna for anyone that is a yogi or interested in yoga.

I attend classes in Prajna Center since September last year. I can tell you that this is my second favorite yoga studio :) First one was butterfly yoga in Foster City - but they had to move out from the building. So, now Prajna is #1The studio is light and very spacy, has a lot of props. Classes are usually not crowded and a teacher can pay a lot of attention to how students do asanas.The staff is very friendly - I have never experienced any problems.The place certainly has the atmosphere of a good yoga studio.I recommend everyone!

Great teachers and lots of class options. New owners have really made it shine. Perfect balance of laid-back attitude and serious yoga.

I used to live in Redwood City and LOVED Studio Rincon so when I moved to Foster City and had to find another studio, I was scared...but I heard Prajna had a good vibe so I wanted to check it out. They had a deal for ten classes for $45, which is pretty amazing!Its a very peaceful studio, which I like. I checked out a few classes and I really like Christine Salahs basic Hatha Yoga class on Monday afternoons. I also tried the Tuesday evening Kundalini yoga but it wasnt my style of yoga, though the instructor is very sweet! I also tried the Thursday night Ashtanga-Vinyasa class. The studio is near the train tracks so especially at night, the train is loud but during the daytime classes, it isnt a big deal.Overall, its a nice, relaxing, and clean studio but my only real issue with Prajna is the timing of their evening classes. As a teacher, I wanna go to yoga right after school so I can come back home for cooking and grading. Prajnas evening classes are at 6pm and 7:30pm, which are both really late for me. These timings may work great for others but not for me, sadly, which is why I was only able to go three classes before my ten class deal expired.So Im still looking for another yoga studio but if I do venture back to Prajna, Ill be sure to check out Nicoles Thursday morning classes; shes amazing at Rincon and Im sure shes amazing at Prajna as well ;)Thank you, Prajna!

This place is fantastic. I learned so much here and continue to remind myself what I learned here as I move forward in the world.

Its a peaceful , and very nice Yoga Studio with great yoga teachers, located in Belmont, California!

Amazing space, clean studio, great teachers, friendly staff, many package and membership options, fair prices, wonderful owners!

My wife and I have been going here over a year. Good instructors, friendly place.
