Dr brown is very kind and knowledgeable I really like her as my neurological Dr. Unfortunately every time I try to call in my medication refill I have to call 3-5 times before it is sent to the pharmacy. I’m not sure if it is a front desk issue or something else but this has happened 4 times and is extremely inconvenient
