Very relaxing. Had trouble booking on online system, just call in for appointment. They take walk in but better to book ahead

Today I got a massage here and the man couldn’t understand me that gave me my massage.I was telling him about 30 times it was too hard and he was hurting me to the point where I can feel where I’m going to get bruises. It wasn’t relaxing whatsoever. And at the point where you get wiped down with hot towels the towels were cold and wet and smelled like rubbing alcohol leaving my skin with a burning itching feeling. Then he proceeded to give me the rest of the massage without lotion on my dry skin which really hurt. It also felt very rushed. I have gone here quite a few times before it’s nothing to write home about.Though this time I couldn’t relax the entire time to the point where I feel I need to get a massage somewhere else to relax from this experience. I’m not saying I wouldn’t go back because it is very close to my house it’s convenient and well priced. I would’ve appreciated after telling the person at the Front desk when she asked how my massage was. I relayed that I didn’t have a good massage maybe they could’ve compensated me. If I do end up having bruises I will go back and complain. I probably will not continue business there anytime soon. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but if you’re somebody that likes really deep tissue massages I think he would be perfect for you l. They lack of communications skills and understanding their customers. This is a big put off!! I feel as though for a company you shouldn’t have to have a translator come in to make sure that everything is to your liking. No one did come in to see if I was OK and no one asked me anything I was taken to the room and given someone that couldn’t understand me . I feel like they should at least learn enough words to communicate with the person that they are working on. In the past it hasn’t been a problem but today it was. And as I said it’s nothing to write home about I go to a place called Izumi but they book up really fast so I chose to go here I think I will just wait next time for the other place because they are amazing also I have a membership there. Never have I left in pain or have to correct them on the massage itself. All I can say is go here knowing that you may not leave feeling better. This was also for a full body massage not what they’re down for but I feel like if you don’t have people that are capable of giving a proper massage be a place for just foot massages. Communication is a huge need it in a place like this

Expectations exceeded! Admittedly I came in with low expectations as often my experience with these types of massage shops are fairly average. Color me stunned when my massage therapist actually felt like a therapist! Her name is May and she really LISTENED to my body! My back is very sensitive so she adjusted pressure accordingly without my having to be explicit about it. She was quite outstanding! I am an athlete and have had many many massages from all types and May is definitely special. Too bad I dont live in the area and am just visiting because I would make a monthly visit to see May if I could. In fact, I am going to sign my athlete husband up to see her tomorrow too. Make an appointment with May, you wont regret it. And tip her well. Apparently cash is preferred for a tip so have that on hand when you go. Thank you, May!

Without question, this is the real deal for a wonderful massage, and the prices are outrageous (literally the best price you will find in the states) and a top level experience from start to finish.The foot massage was full body for me, 1 hour, just amazing.Emily was my massage artist, and I couldnt recommend her more highly.

$75/2 hr massage. Yeah you read that correctly. They were running a labor day special and I found the deal on their website. It wasnt promoted anywhere else, and you have to call and ask about it. As much as I hate talking to people on the phone, this was worth it.Hour foot massage, hour full body deep tissue massage. Totally worth it.

I went in with a friend for a relaxing massage. We each did the 45 minutes body/45 minute foot massage combo. I had Jason and she had May. She said hers was relaxing, but mine was not. Jason is very functional, working out the knots, but his movements are too fast and aggressive to be relaxing. Also we got put in a room together as if it was a couples massage which was awkward for both of us. I will try this place once more with a different therapist since its reviews are so good. Also the staff are friendly, the place is nice, the atmosphere is relaxing, and the online scheduling is great. I didnt get a bad massage, but I wouldnt go back to Jason. For me massage should be relaxing, the movements smooth and fluid, not fast and disjointed.

Got a couples full body massage for an hour and wowza! Definitely my new go to.The therapists Jessica and Kayla were so friendly and did such a wonderful job! I had a couple knots in my back and shoulders which my therapist found and worked on and it felt so much better. (And at such a reasonable price!!)Clean and cozy, calming music as well.👍👍

Just got a one hour foot/shoulder/back massage from Kevin for $30. If you dont like hard, intense pressure, hes not your man. Me: I love a strong (even painful at moments, but it pays off at the end!) massage so I found it perfect. The place is clean, relatively quiet, and staff friendly. Ill definitely be back.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place was the best massage place I ever went, so this can be an exeption. I got a recommendation from my friend so i gave this place a try for mother’s day. Me and my mom had $55 1 hour full body massage, and after that i ended up buying 10 body massage membership card! I strongly recommend judy for people who prefer strong massage. (I think she was stronger than any guy massagers i ever tried)
