I just went to get my hearing aides cleaned and serviced at Audiology Services. They did a great job and were able to answer my questions about some other types of hearing aides even when I told them I was waiting to purchase new ones. I am hoping that some of the health care initiatives in the Build Back Better plan will help me cover the cost of new ones more reasonably. I would recommend Audiology Services as their office protocols are covid conscious and their staff well informed and helpful.

They were highly responsive to my individual needs. Reasonable cost, and they were totally honest about my situation. Authorized Phonak center, fixed mine and theyre fantastic again. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here. The staff is very friendly and nice. You can tell they truly care about your health and wellbeing. They also really took their time and were unhurried while still respecting appointment times with each patient. I left feeling pleased with the way things went. ASI is great. We are using Dr. Ella Raposo-Sacks and she is terrific. My mom is almost 95 years old and has hearing aids. Often the hearing begins to ebb. After Dr. Sacks has met with my mom, done an evaluation, cleaned the hearing aids, etc. her hearing is hugely improved. Also, Dr. Sacks found us a way to get a warranty on the hearing aids, despite the fact that we had already exhausted the warranty that we had purchased. She has also suggested several other ways, other than hearing aids, to improve her hearing. She is great!

My dad got his hearing aids from Audiology Services. All the staff were very nice and Dr Ella Raposo was so patient and highly skilled in adjusting the devices to fit my dad’s need. The hearing aids are high quality with very low/almost non background noise. My dad is very satisfied with his current devices.

Everyone is friendly, helpful, and they answered all my questions including questions I didnt even know I had. Office was very clean, lots of air purifiers, plexiglass shields, hand sanitizer, and everyone was wearing a mask to ensure no germ transmission for everyone worried about germs. They asked way more questions about me prior to my appointment than I expected. Sent me a questionnaire to fill out which had a lot of questions that didnt make sense. They never mentioned all the questions I left blank.After meeting with audiologist I had a better feeling about their service. Hearing test was harder than any I had previously.What really impressed me was when they explained that my insurance was part of a group that gave me a much better price and I had a choice of many brands, She suggested a brand that most closely matched my hearing loss. Answered lots of questions ands gave me good demonstration of that brand.I was impressed at the sanitizing that went on around the office. Seemed knowledgeable.

Very efficient office. I was able to get an appointment within a few weeks. I felt the hearing testing was thorough and within a short time I had my hearing aid. They scheduled several follow-up appointments to follow-up on how things were going and to be sure I was using the hearing aid without problems. A very good experience.

Met at entry door for COVID-19 check. Brought to office by Dr Ella Raposo-Sacks with face shield and mask. Plexiglas shield between doctor and patient.Dr was ver pleasant and she cleaned my hearing aids, put new wax guards on. She performed hearing test. Explained results (no change thankfully). My appointment was for hearing test and reprogramming of my hearing aids. The entire appointment took 1.5 hours, and I received very useful information about the nature of my hearing loss and the progress of the hearing aid technology in the three years since I obtained my first set of hearing aids. The reprogramming resulted in an incredible improvement in the sound quality and reduction of environmental noise. Everything was done carefully and with full explanation. Thank you!

Easy to get an appointment. Pleasant office and people. The fee I was charged was reasonable and the service was good. I had bought hearing aids elsewhere and went to Audiology Services to have the programming updated. A second visit to correct something was not charged for at all.

I came 2x to ASI to help me get a better connection between my new hearing aids and my phone. Static and an echo was a real problem for me and those who were calling me. Dr. Nye and Alex listened to me attentively and both spent alot of time and shared their wisdom with me about the technology of hearing aids paired with my phone. They tried different strategies and interventions and my problem has been resolved. I am very impressed with the caring and support they gave me. So very happy with the result. Dr. Nye is incredible helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I have used this office for at least twenty years and have had excellent service through a number of capable audiologists. As I aged into my 90s, my hearing has worsened significantly and it has become more difficult to adapt to the current generation of hearing aids. Very friendly and pleasant staff in a nice and well equipped clinic. I was seen by Dr Alexandra Shevelyov, who was very thorough and verified the audio test twice, since my left ear was congested. Strongly recommend this clinic!

The office staff was both knowledgeable and personable. My Doctor, Dr . Shevelyok bent over backwards to fix my right ears hearing aide that kept popping out. We had to send it back twice before Phonak got it right. But Dr. S persevered.THANKS TO HER EVERYTHING IS FINE.

I am on my second pair of hearing aids from them. I work with Gayle who is terrific and has steered me towards hearing aids that were affordable and worked well for me. Ask to see Gayle if you go.

I got excellent service and very professional treatment. BUT, I was only told about 1 brand and model of hearing aids. They were VERY expensive (over $7000 for the pair!!!), and even when I said I couldnt afford them, the audiologist never offered any other less expensive models. I ended up going to Costco (highly recommended by Consumer Reports) and buying the SAME model, re-branded Kirkland (the Costco brand), for one fifth the price! I feel that Audiology Services acted unethically, preying on the trust that people have for healthcare providers.

Jill Rosenberg is excellent. She takes her time to evaluate you and does not try to sell you devices you do not need. I highly recommend her practic .
