Christina is a wonderful massage therapist! You can tell that she is very conscientious about her clients and her work. She remembers your preferences from your last appointment and checks in with you before and after the appointment to make sure you are getting out of it what you need. I would highly recommend this practice!

Truly enjoyed my 90 massage. It was on point with what I needed physically and mentally, really increased my mobility and decreased my stress. Might be a gateway drug to taking better care of yourself
