All the lady’s in Concentra were really nice and professional. If I asked them a question about a certain shot that I wasn’t sure what it was they would take their time to explain it to me. And they are also cool to talk to. Thank you, I will recommend going there.

My first visit to Concentra Urgent Care was a positive experience. I was there about 2 1/2hrs. From checking in, to seeing doctor and getting an ex- ray for my injury. Staff was pleasant and doctor had good bedside manner and was thorough. I prefer this over E.R. so far so good.

Came here for a job health physical. From the walk-in, staff does not greet you. 3 people working the front reception while I lay one was what seemed all the work. When you fill out paper work and return them to front desk staff seems to be confused why you would be standing back at the front desk with completed paper work. Had a scheduled appoint at 1 was seen at 230 🤯.Staff could be a little more optimistic or pleasant or whatever word would describe people being more friendly then I sent here. Staff should remember they asked for the job, Im sure the company did not recruit the cream of the cropp to tend the front desk and collect paper work. A smile and kindness would go a long way

The staff , Doctors and Nurses was very patient and helpful. My physical therapist was on point with my treatment. I left there with knowledge of how to do certain excersises to help with my back. I was in a lot of pain in my back when I got there and after just 6 sessions of physical therapy I was much better. I highly recommend Concentra Urgent care.

They are literally the slowest & it’s not even crowded here. They’re creating a delay then act like you’re bothering them! So annoying!

Some lunatic came in and was swearing up and down and screaming about laws he knows nothing about. Resisted the cops. Workers remained calm and in control. I was very impressed. I would have lost my temper. I was in my room cussing him out to myself just listening to him be a lower life form.Everyone is very friendly and the doctors are good at what they do. They dont play favorites. I have so much respect for these people. I want to thank that gentleman for putting them in a situation that they can all show their true expertise. All the stars for these people and many eye rolls for that guy.

They have a hard time following Appointment times... is a hussle waiting up to 35 minutes to get in for a 5 minute follow up. Nurse Girls are nice also doctors. Way too many people coming for injuries not enough personal. They need more staff.

Went in for a pre-employment drug screen. They were able to take me as a walk-in, and I was in, out and done in about half an hour. The staff was friendly and professional as well.

I was not able to get an appointment right away for a boil on my leg. Being diabetic this is a serious situation. I came in no line no waiting. The doctor was amazing i wish he was able to be my primary care physician. I was well pleased with the services and would definitely refer others!!

The doctors are super strict. Back and forth. Getting doctors notes and paperwork. My doctor refused to fill out their note but gave me all the notes required for them but still not satisfied. Really hard to pass their DOT physical. Go elsewhere.

My experience was very pleasant the nurses were extremely nice. I went for a urine sample which took all of 15 minutes and I was out the door.

The place was clean quiet and very professional I was also in and out in a timely fashion.

I was summoned to take a pre-Employment physical. The check-in process was swift. The medical assistant was cordial and professional. The doctor seemed befuddled as to why they were seeing me. I was told everything was fine and my paperwork would be submitted. I have since received a request from my employer to have a second physical due to my paperwork being incomplete.

The waiting room was plenty big to allow for social distancing. The facility was clean, service was fast, and staff was friendly and professional.

I was taken care of in very timely manner. Even though there were a few others in the office everyone seemed to be taken care of without confusion in frustration. The information that I was asked to bring and supply the office with was exactly what was needed. The staff in general had a happy vibe. As office visits go, this has to have been one of the best. Was pretty disappointed with the medical exam that I had last week. My appointment was at noon but wasn’t seen until 3:30pm. Also on some of the tests they didn’t describe how to do the test properly. For example the lung capacity test the first girl just said breath as hard as you can. She didn’t say blow out forcefully as hard and smooth as you can. I feel like the second guy around explained how to do it much better and there was no issues at all with my test. The female Dr however was very kind and nice.

Even though I scheduled my appointment in advance, Concentra was not ready to receive me.First the lady in the front desk said that she could not find appointment. She made me call the National Medical Systems to confirm if they really schedule it -- and they did. Later the lady in the front desk said that she could find it.Even with the appointment I stayed in the lobby and had to wait for 1.5 hour. For sure the organization can be improved.

The Staff is very pleasant however while in pain l had to wait to see the Doctor for a hour when my scheduled appointment was at 2pm. Also they were not able to detect my diagnosis properly the Xrays were not done with every view. Other XRays show I have a Metatarsal stress fracture in my foot. There was no foot specialist in hand. Was not please with the mid diagnosis. Otherwise their a good facility

Concentra is located in Bellwood, very neat and clean Urgent Care facility. Polite workers. I was in and out 44 mins. A great place to get ur physical and test done at. Thanks, you guys rock

The staff at the front desk was helpful and welcoming during that Monday morning, but the nurse taking the urine specimen was the opposite. After not providing the enough urine to test, I was advised that I would have a 3 hour window to retest. The nurse explained to me that I would not be able to leave the lobby in that timeframe and if I did I would essentially be refusing to give a new urine sample. In the middle of me explaining to the nurse that I would have to start work soon and would not be able to stay, she just started walking way from me and said to let her know what I was going to do. Very unprofessional and rude to say the least.

Went for drug test, was in and out pretty quick.

This place seems to be prejudice. There are no African American workers. The X-ray tech lied to me for no odd reason. She was very rude and stand off-ish. No smiling not being polite. This is the worse patient care visit I have in my entire life. If I can give them a 0 star I would.

Been waiting on my test results for weeks now terrible service worst place I’ve ever waited for a drug screen result.!

They said the test results would take two to three days. Its been a week going on two weeks with no results and without a paycheck because I cant go back to work until the results are in and no one there seems to know why its taking so long.

I was a little nervous due to the location, but Concentra was clean, quick and the front desk was efficient and friendly. I would have appreciated a little more of an explanation about the process when I arrived, but it was an easy pre-employment drug screen that took under 30 minutes.

The front desk is very welcoming and very thorough in making sure your paperwork is complete. The young man Yogi that helped me was very helpful in helping me to understand the procedures and the processes that had to take place. Thank you for your patience with me and my small veins. lol.

Good morning, I just called this place 4x so I can speak with someone about scheduling an appointment to do a drug test and it seems that the answering service has not been turned off. That is beer rude and confusing for NEW patients!!!!!!

Went in for a company drug text on Christmas Eve. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes (with no appointment) and the staff were all friendly and efficient. It was very refreshing not having to wait 5 hours for something that only takes minutes.

Great providers. Just expect to wait too long. Had appointment at 10,saw Dr at 12 for company physical. This is due to being a busy urgent care and doing physicals with one Dr.

I went to this location a few minutes after they opened for pre-employment screenings. I was done within an hour. So getting there early is beneficial if you have other things to do later in the day. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean.

Paying out of pocket needs a $500 deposit. I still have a problem the same thing as when I left.

Hi my name is DAndrea Kelow and I like to say that my appointment to Concentra was quick fast and easy. The employees there were nice and pleasant. Everybody had a smile on there faces . The timing was fast, I was in and out in less than thirty minutes.

I went to urgent care on Friday afternoon, Customer service unpleasantness, no answers when asking questions! Totally unacceptable, first impression is a lasting impression! I believe in giving a second chance, however, if the second visit is like the first visit, trust and believe it will be my last and I will definitely spread the word!!!!

I came here for urgent care. The staff was very nice from check in, vitals and Dr consult. The only thing I was displeased about is that they have a lot of corporate contracts and I was bumped, had to wait longer for me to receive service behind the contract ppl.

Guess you can say it gets busy I wouldnt choose to come here again on my own accord waited over 5 hours on a appointed visit
