Worst doctors office Ive ever been too. People are rude and disrespectful. Only come if you have all day to sit because they only sit on their butts and do nothing...ridiculous!

If I could I would give them no stars this place is probably the worst clinic to ever go to. They don’t give you your test results after they take your blood they have taken my blood about four months ago and I have tried multiple times calling them and they won’t receive calls because they are too busy giving out Covid shots. I go there today to get a Covid test after reading the sign saying that they take people for testing and they said they don’t do it on certain days and made me wait for two hours outside after telling me They do test.

This place is ran horribly no organization or professionalism. I’m sure a group of high school kids could run a better situation.

Does not deserve 1 start but I have to do it to leave my comment. Horrible Horrible. My appointment was at 1pm waiting into 4pm still nothing yet. I had to just walk out the place .

Very unprofessional establishment. Some of the front desk associates are very rude! Called to get prescriptions filled was put on hold for 10 minutes! Called back put on hold for 6 minutes. Called back put on hold for 5 minutes! I’m thinking dang they must be swamped! Went to office and it was completely empty (Live less than 3 minutes away)! No to mention pharmacist closes up 1 hr before closing time. Currently searching for a new doctor for my daughter.

Their phonelines doesnt work. You have to go in person make appointments.

Shortened Review: Please block out 3 hours for your visit.Longer Review: I never write reviews, but this place deserved one. This was my first visit. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment , but was told this was a WALK-IN ONLY CLINIC. The purpose of my appointment was for a Tb test. I came in and waited for 40 mins for before being brought back for my vitals to be checked. (During my wait time I did hear appointments being made by receptionists which leads me to believe they are not WALK-IN ONLY.) I then had to wait an additional 40 mins to meet with the doctor for 10 mins. Prior to administering the PPD vaccine my arm was not cleaned with an alcohol swab which is a major concern. This whole process could have been completed in 20-40 mins. Hopefully the reading of the test will be much quicker when I come back in 48-72 hours. I will update this review accordingly. However, after it is read I do not plan on returning for anymore of my medical needs. 2 stars because the staff seemed nice and helpful to me, as well as others.Update: Took 40 mins-1 hour for test to be read and paperwork to be given.

Terrible service. All of the Latino women want to argue instead of solving issues. There is an urgent care in dupage on Roosevelt i recommend superb service friendly and very professional. Doctors immediate care i believe. Stay away.

They are horrible staff the doctor that does the covic testing is a liar she dont know how to do her job right I would never come back here again

Horrible waiting time! They lie about that too. They give you appointment at 11:00 and you wait three ours starting getting everyone that comes after you who speak Spanish! I am sad to say that but that looks really racist! And if you came 10 min after your appointment they put you the last patient they see before they close! As a punishment!!

4 stars because the doctors are great. NOT 5 stars because calling the office is a nightmare. I have been hung up on twice. I have been on hold for over 20minutes. Its better just to go in person sit and wait. Phone service is horrible! Doctor care is wonderful.

I love this office! The staff is very friendly and the drs are extremely attentive. They will answer any and all question you may have about your child.They also have a convenient pharmacy on site.they also do ear piercing here as well.

DO NOT GO THERE!!! Overpriced practice!! I used to take there my son for years, up until their practice was bought out by new people and then everything changed. It just all went downhill. Their billing is outrageous and they bill you for every little thing even if it was not a sick visit.And because of their screwed up billing, my insurance no longer wants to cover my son, nor his visits. This practice just wants your money! They billed my insurance for $2500 bill for a yearly lab check up, and on top of it I got additional bill from the lab for $250, AND a $35 copay. I couldve gone to a perfect private lab that Ive been going myself in Hinsdale and done the whole panel, same tests my son got I paid for $150. Some labs have promotional codes online, if you provide them that code youll even have less to pay. On top of it I can check my results on line, nor I need to make another appointment to see a doctor that I will be charged for AGAIN. And anytime I call there, I can never got a doctor on the phone to give me a straight answer. Their receptionists just let me run around in circles over and over, and over all I hear: Maam just make an appointment, maam just make an appointment, we cannot say anything over the phone, because of HIPPA act. Well, let tell you something, I talked to US Dpt of Health and Human Services and my lawyer, and come to find out that they cannot throw HIPPA in my face. THEY ARE LEGALLY OBLIGED TO GIVE MY SONS INFORMATION TO ME OVER THE PHONE, OR IN WRITING OR FACE TO FACE. Since I told them that I do not have time for appointments when I work 12 hours a day, and I would get charged for visit again, just to talk to a doc, they still did not care. No care or compassion from these people whatsoever. NO! No more! Changing doctors immediately and not letting them rip us off again!!!

My children changed doctors and I could never see the doctor, they always came up with things that I decided on in the clinic and the ladies who work there do not know how to treat people when one asks them something, they just shake their heads.
