Everything.. Everything is beautiful in here... And they have the professionals to match it.The masseuse was excellent.. I came for first time as customer and the heated stone massage therapy was extremely relaxing as they massaged without.. I could have fell asleep! Not only was the therapy great, but afterwards they have an area where youre able to relax for as long as you want and drink from their beverages.. Then you can head into the showers or changing room to dress. Youre really paying for the whole experience, not just the usual therapy

Pretty expensive but its a reputable establishment which is often hard to find! I highly recommend Kim as a massage therapist shes great! Add in some hot stones and a perfect spa setting and this is a hard place to beat on long island! Gift cards are great too, I save them for a rainy day and use them all at the same time. The escape massage is 80 minutes and those minutes go by way too quick!

First of all, I want to say I love Leah! She is so professional and caring. I’ve been coming to Elizabeth Arden for years, love the service and I have to say this NEW wax is just so amazing it is so soft, so silky. I Felt no pain. Highly recommend it!

The staff from the beginning was amazing. All my inquiries and questions, and there was many! They were quick to respond and find an easy way to accommodate me and my party. We were celebrating a Bachelorette and mommy to be. The day of our services they helped with every detail, even helping surprise our guest of honor. They went above and beyond to ensure our day was nothing short of amazing.

Ugh. what a disappointment. was taken there for a deep tissue massage. asked the massage therapist twice, to please use more pressure. No deep massage. Did not get what we paid for! Women are the worst massage therapists! They dont seem to want to put any work into their practice. A child could have done a better job :-(The place is all show -- outwardly attractive -- but with no substance.Will not return. Buyer beware!

My daughter and I went to the red door for a spa day. From the second we entered into the spa until we left we were pampered. The manager even came out and took a picture of us in front of the door. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The spa is a calming place and very clean. My daughter and I felt relaxed the entire time we were there. The staff was always checking in on you to make sure everything is good and if there’s anyway they can help you. We had facials, I spa lunch and her hair blown out. While I was waiting to make up artist invited me to a complementary makeover. We loved our day together, we loved our day at the spa and we plan on going back soon! I always get my hair done with Taylor, shes super sweet and knows how my hair works better than I do! Shes very knowledgeable and does a great job shaping my hair just the way I like, and gives me suggestions that might get me out of my comfort zone but will always looks amazing. If youre going to request an appointment, book with Taylor! She wont disappoint

I have been a monthly customer for almost a year, and a sporadic customer before that. Tami provides an excellent massage! Ive tried the body treatments, too - theyre great. I wish I could afford to come here more than once a month!

Im rating this location poorly because I believe I was racially profiled. I booked my appointment online for a massage. I submitted my credit card number. When I arrived for my 4:30 appointment on 6/20. I was asked if I had a gift card. I replied yes. I was asked to leave it at the desk. I asked why since they had my credit card information and she replied it was their policy. I knew this was not true because Id been to this Red Door before and was never asked to do this. I was at one in MD in March 2019 and my daughter nor I was asked to do this. So why here and why me? If this a true policy then respond. Other customers if you can vouch that this is SOP(standard operating procedures) please vindicate them. I do not want to stop going here the service was and has been excellent. Kim did a great job that day she is 5 stars.

My favorite part of the Red Door Salon & Spa experience is everything. You are always greeted warmly, once you go through the doors to the bathroom/locker rooms its instantly a soothing and relaxing atmosphere... from the dim lights to the music. The relaxation room is perfect to sit before or after a service. Ive gotten every service available, pedicure, blow dry, massage, scrub, wax and my all time favorite is the facial. Its not always easy to find a salon & spa that offers amazing facials but I highly recommend it here and I love Leah Perez for both wax services and facials.

I scheduled a facial and had Morgan as my technician. This was an absolutely wonderful experience! First of all, the spa itself is inviting, clean, and caters to clients comfort, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. As for Morgan, what a gem! She was so knowledgeable, courteous, professional and truly invested in my getting the most out of my visit. She is well educated in her field and was able to offer me excellent suggestions on my face care regimen and took interest in asking me specifics about my skin concerns and my skin care practices. I will definitely be headed back to Mynd Spa in Bellmore and will most definitely be asking for Morgan once again! She was outstanding and truly contributes beyond favorably to the Spas reputation.

The red door in bellmore is consistently very clean and staffed with calm, knowledgeable smiling people. I always leave feeling relaxed. On this past visit Ida provided me with excellent service and knowledge about my skin. She recommended me products that would help and even took the time to read all the ingredients for me to make sure they contained nothing I was allergic to.

My massage was wonderful I was seen by Lori she worked through all my knots and was a great masseuse. however, as soon as I walked out of the room I was treated very rudely by Diana in the front desk she did not greet me, demanded payment and acted very aggressively. Changed my entire mood right after such a relaxing massage that cost 260$ I very often get massages although after being treated such It turns me away from red door.

I liked the atmosphere and the set up of the place. The outcome of my appointment exceeded my expectations and quite honestly this is the first time I’ve ever loved my haircut! I didn’t even have to show pictures to help describe what I was looking for and that just shows how much expertise the hair dresser had. I love that this place is just 10 minutes from my house compared to some other Elizabeth Arden spa locations, so I’ll be coming back more often.

Ugh...Very Disappointed. I hardly ever give reviews but I spent $240 for a facial and I feel like I was robbed. I asked for extractions in a certain place and was told that because they’re not blackheads they can’t be extracted. It was suggested that I am allergic to my toothpaste. Probably not at 40+ years old. Zeroooo pressure on head neck arm massage (that was in the description of the facial ) Never asked how everything was; just if i wanted to leave gratuity?Some customers just want to relax and not hear a step by step process of what the aesthetician is doing. Zero consideration for customer. Ask your client “if you would like more pressure & if they want to be updated on the process ....”It felt like she was annoyed to be at work; she was so cold and kind of rudeClean and relaxing music that’s about all

I came into Mynd Spa Salon with a bit of back muscle pain. I saw Suzy and I have to say that I am not a regular massage going person but the massages I have had .... Suzy blew them away. This by far was the best massage I have ever had and I will for sure be returning!!!

My wife and high had an excellent experience at MYND. We had a couples massage at the Bellmore location. We were greeted and checked in at the front desk. We were shown the locker rooms, which were nicely appointed.At the time of our massage out attendances both reviewed any physical conditions and concerns we had.The massage room was very mood setting. The massages were excellent.We will be returning.

Ive been coming here for years, for various massages/ facials, as well as for Balyage with Amanda. Amanda is awesome. I recommend going to her if youd like great color and style. Shes very professional and I really like the fact that if I show her pictures of hair color, she tried to work her magic! Cant go wrong.

Definitely not worth the money. Got a red door signature massage and the woman did not customize it to me at all. She did not ask how I wanted the pressure and even though she asked me which areas needed more or less attention, she did not abide by it. She also had really long nails that were not conducive to massage. It is definitely way too expensive for the poor job they do.

Used the duo room for Signature massages with my daughter. Love to decompress from everyday life stress. It is such an amazing, and relaxing experience. Always amazing massages, and so relaxing!! We go once a month as a treat, and belong to the rewards program!!!!

I would like to start off by saying the spa is absolutely beautiful, but I wasn’t blown away by the service I received. Everyone was nice, but the prices here are insane and I didn’t leave feeling great. I had a massage and a facial which weren’t even an hour long and we’re extremely pricey which annoyed me because the service was just okay. I had a $150 facial and the woman suggested me to get an add on which was $75 extra I obviously denied because I didn’t see the need to dump an extra $75 into an already expensive facial. Also this is the only spa I’ve been to where they didn’t offer a sauna or jacuzzi. Basically I would say don’t waste your money here go elsewhere.

I’ve been here two times so far and have been very happy with the services. First, I had a massage and it was fantastic! On my next visit, I did hair and makeup for my birthday party. Elizaveta did my hair and Taylor did my makeup. I was very happy with the outcome! I’ll be returning soon for a haircut and another massage!

I had a girly spa day to celebrate my best friends birthday. We did massages and facials and had lunch in between together. I did the Advanced Brightening Facial with Agnes. She was great & very knowledgeable and guided me towards a better nightly regimen.I had Suzy for my Red Door Signature Massage and she was amazing! She used just the right amount of pressure and there was never a moment when she wasnt massaging a part of my body. I felt very relaxed after.The last time I had visited I had written a complaint about how uncomfortable it was to eat my lunch on my lap. Red Door Bellmore reached out to me and apologized and gave me a complimentary lunch, which i used this visit. They were very accommodating and had my friends & I sit together at a table in another room. I was very pleased and i will definitely be back and recommend them to other friends.

I have been to the Red Door Spa in Bellmore many times, and it is always a positive experience. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. As you get to know them, you will find out that they are also very interesting and very involved in their profession. Stacy is especially good. I had my color done at The Red Door for the first time last week. Meghan spent time to consult with me beforehand to determine what I wanted and needed. The actual day of the service Meghan told me what her ideas were and asked if I liked them. She had very good suggestions, and I felt confident that I would like the final results. So, I put myself in her hands and could not have been happier with the final look. This was my first visit to red door after receiving a gift card for Mother’s Day. They were very welcoming at the front desk and the lockers rooms/bathing rooms were beautiful. Nice comfortable robe and slippers and some cucumber water . They tell you to come 30 minutes early to find parking which I found in no time which led me to the “relaxation room” to wait for my appointment time. Room was very cozy and comfortable except for the yappy women waiting for their appointment as well leading it to be not so relaxing but I tried to ignore them. into my massage which was very strange because it was clearly a room that was a shower that they decided to throw a table in. Little weird but no problem . I was getting a prenatal massage which was I was unsure of how this really works but I was excited to finally relax. I told Kim my legs were a huge bother expecting her to work on those and she maybe gave each leg 2 minutes. The tables are also very small and I felt as if I was going to fall off the entire massage. The massage was nice but for $140 I don’t feel as if it was worth even half of that. Next to my manicure with Ester. Subpar manicure for $28. (Price of a manicure and pedicure at a normal salon) I told her not to cut my nails just file and they somehow ended up shorter and shorter and round when I asked for square. Manicure states a 5 minute hand and arm massage which lasted all of 15 seconds . After a relaxing and quiet massage the manicure room is next to the loud salon so completely pulls you out of relaxation. After the manicure I was sent back to the relaxation room with NO ONE there which was way more relaxing this time around . After I was done they offered a free makeup application they then push you to buy the makeup they use and after offering 50% off they still charged me full price so make sure to always check your receipts . All in all it was an OK experience if I didn’t receive this as a gift I would have been horrified spending that much money on ok service.

I went for a facial and the spa recommended a facial for the special needs of my skin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive been there many times and will definitely return. Wish I could afford to go more often. It is a bit pricy. I went back and had a facial and had a horrible allergic reaction. I called and was not satisfied with the way it was handled. They were not helpful or concerned at all. I was not happy. Too bad because it was my favorite spa experience.

From the moment I stepped in there, everybody was very friendly and accommodating. The signature massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep right there and then. Ester did my mani/pedi and she was super friendly and sweet. And I believe Nicole did my blow out, and she did a fantastic job. I feel bad that I don’t remember every single person’s name because everybody was fantastic and sweet. I honestly could’ve done without the make up refresher. But other than that it was the most relaxing day for me and it felt wonderful to be pampered. Even if this kind of thing is not your lifestyle, I would say at least try it once for a special occasion, like a birthday or Valentine’s Day. If it is your lifestyle, I promise they won’t disappoint!

On Saturday, April 1st I went to get a gel manicure and really liked it. I return on the following Wednesday because my nail was chipped. The manager was nice enough to fix it. A day later the gel fell off my pinky nail. I had high expectations based on the extreme cost ($48) . I did not get what I paid for. I do not recommend this place unless you want to throw your money away.

My daughter gave me a day of pampering for my birthday yesterday. We started with massages which were wonderful. Feeling relaxed we went on to get blow outs. Here is where it all went wrong. My hair is fine and straight and typically takes about 10 minutes to blow dry. The woman who was doing my hair, while quite nice, appeared never to have done a blow out before. She loaded my hair with product and didnt use the right round brush and didnt have the correct size curling iron (she only had a large barrel curling iron which was way too big for my short hair). After over 1 hour in the chair, I finally had to take the blow dryer and brush and do my own hair. My daughter was so upset because this day was a special gift from her to me. The relaxation we were feeling from the massage was long gone and we were late for our next appointment. I believe this woman was an assistant and not a hair stylist. I dont understand how a salon of this caliber could put either a customer or employee in this situation. While we werent ultimately charged for my blow out, the time we wasted, and the frustration we experienced really put a damper on our day.

The mini micro facial and signature massage are absolutely heavenly. I had several treatments that day and I will be returning. Very relaxing, but cramped relaxation room.

The esthetician Stacy is incredible she has an advanced knowledge base of the skin and pores especially for African American women which is hard to find. Went to Red Door with my sister for her wedding present. She had never been there. We did facials and loved that we could both do it at the same time. The place is sooo clean and smells wonderful. They supply lemon or cucumber water and. Biscotti. The estaticians were excellent and knowledgeable. I would recommend the place to everyone.

The manager and staff in the Bellmore Spa took lemon and made lemonade. when my appointment had to be rescheduled due to an unexpected development the Manager Jennifer and staff, Meghan, stepped in and gave me a good spa experience. They made me a customer.

I suspect - well actually I KNOW that Stacy is the best asset Red Door Bellmore has. She is the jewel in the crown. I do not mean to state anything in a disparaging way towards their other estheticians. I have tried a few in the Bellmore location but it is my opinion that Stacy is the very best you have. First and foremost, Stacy is highly knowledgeable. It is obvious that she has not only had a lot of training, but has advanced training. Highly knowledgeable in the skin care industry, she is great to talk to regarding the latest trends, techniques and products - as well as discussing my regimen. She knows all of the products really well and is honest about what should be used and what is not for my skin type. She has excellent communication skills - which are a must in the business. She shows care and consideration towards me and I am sure towards other clients. To me, a good esthetician doesnt just go through the motions. They are passionate about their job. They give their undivided attention, they listen to their clients needs and show overall compassion. They customize treatments based on the clients skin care needs and always add a special touch to the service. I think Stacy is the total package. I hope Red Door is valuing her as she should be valued.
