My feet have been in pain for years and lately, the pain has been excruciating. It took me a few months to get in to see Dr. Czurylo as a new patient and the wait was well worth it. Once I arrived, X-Rays were taken then I met with the doctor. After the exam and a discussion I was given a shot in each of my feet. It’s been 3 days since I received the shot, and the pain in my feet went from an 8-9 pain level, to a 1-2. Amazing!! I don’t know why I waited so long to go to a doctor.

Had an excellent first time experience, and excited to continue working with such a friendly and kind staff. From the front desk gentleman being prompt, professional, and friendly to the Dr. himself being patient, truly listened to my needs, and made me feel super comfortable. Highly recommend.

I was greeted by friendly staff and my wait time to see Dr Czurylo was short. I was very satisfied with my visit - Dr C told me exactly what my issue was with my toe and presented options for care now and options should my condition worsen. He also recommended specific running/walking shoes and where to buy them locally. He was friendly and efficient. Should things get worse for my poor toe I will most certainly go back to see him.

I have been doing hair for a decade and I stand on my feet all day every day and have been dealing with untreated foot pain for 18 months and when I finally saw my regular physician about it, (she confirmed my self diagnoses of plantar fasciitis in both feet) she basically sent me home and told me my BMI was too high and to ice my feet…. Ok? No x rays? No further investigation? I’m just supposed to keep being in pain?…. so I took matters into my own hands and made an appt at Northwest Foot and Ankle (had my regular physician send a referral over after the fact for insurance). I went in and they immediately took x rays, and when I met with Dr. Czurylo he explained that he noticed the beginnings of a heel spur developing in my right foot which would explain why I was in so much pain constantly. He went over some orthopedic shoe recommendations with me, gave me a steroid shot and that was it. No body shaming, no BS. Adequate medical care for once. I have been almost 100% pain free since then and I can not thank him enough. Everyone in the office was kind and friendly and I’m so glad I went with them as my choice!

Always kind greeting and service by the two at the front desk who answer phones, receive patients, make appointments , coordinate everything, etc. The doctor is prompt in attending my arrival and appointment time and listens to concerns and questions i have, then answers the best he can; I appreciate that and feel like they are all trying to help me in my journey of the feet and ankles :)

Great experience! Dr. Czurylo extracted a sea urchin spine from the bottom of my foot. It was in a tricky spot under the surface of my skin; he made the procedure as painless and quick as possible! Front office staff was very friendly.

They kicked our whole family out, because my son missed 2 appointments & with good reason. Whole family is banned for life I guess!

This office has bent over backwards to give a great experience. Jamie knows insurance inside and out and has been awesome. Dr.Czurylo will be doing my ankle surgery in a couple weeks due to the extensive injury not healing.

Im dealing with ongoing issues after a fall. The staff members are always pleasant and helpful. The doctor LISTENS to me and I feel is sincere in his efforts to help my issues. I highly recommend Northwest Foot & Ankle.

From beginning to end, I had a great experience with Northwest Foot and Ankle Institute! Reception was extremely helpful and friendly, it was easy to book an appointment that worked for me. The office is new and clean. Friendly and knowledgeable team of podiatrists with great bedside manner. Also very affordable and centrally located. Hopefully I dont have to return, but if I do, I know my feet will be in good hands!

The Northwest Foot and Ankle Institute was one of the specialists recommended to me by my general doctor. I was skeptical because I dont like people messing with my toes. So I went for a consult and found Dr. Czurylo and his office manager friendly, efficient and professional. He gave me surgical and non-surgical solutions and for the surgery, Dr. Czurylo provided an invasive and less invasive way forward. I liked being given informed options. I then had an appointment to discuss in more detail the surgery that was planned six weeks later.The surgery was performed by a company in the same building. There was some delay of the surgery time, but the NWF&AI office manager liaised with the surgery office and kept in informed. Very professional. I met with the anesthesiologist and Dr. Czurylo on the day. Dr. Czurylo prefers using a dream land anesthesia instead of general so recovery is easy. No pain what so ever. Post op was fine. Great little surgery center.Post op with Dr. Czurylo involved effective pain meds (which I only needed for 36 hours) and two appointments. I was concerned about some swelling four weeks post op, and Dr. Czurylo saw me the next day.At six weeks post op, Dr. Czurylo painlessly pulled the toe pin. It has now been seven weeks post op, and I am pleased with the whole process. I highly recommend NWF&AI.

I have been treated carefully and respectfully by Dr. Czurylo on both occasions when I have seen him. The specific issue for which I see him is improving significantly over the last 2 weeks. I dont think that I could ask for better treatment.Dr. Czurylo is a very caring and efficient doctor. I feel lucky to have him caring for me, something I cannot say for every doctor Ive seen in recent years. Without his knowledge and expertise I might still be suffering from a condition that made walking very painful. I dont quite know how to be positive enough about the treatment and care Ive received from him and his staff. Anyone could do much worse than putting his or her care in Dr. Czurylos capable hands.

Great first appointment experience! They go out of their way to remind you of your appointment. They provide new patient paperwork online, which expedites the process of checking in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was phenomenal! Very clear and concise. He obviously knew what he was talking about. He allowed me plenty of time to explain my issue, and he asked clarifying questions. I left with useful and practical information. I felt like, together, we came up with a solid plan moving forward.
