If I could give negative stars I would. This place overcharged me. I had to have a new debit card issued. They charged me twice and triple what I owed. I have attempted resolve and nothing. BBB here I come. Now they are claiming I still owe them money 3 months later. Disgusting!!!

Im pretty shocked at all the negative reviews here. I have had wonderful service from Apria in Bellingham, WA. Mind you, during these trying times I have had some trouble contacting people, but they do get back to me as soon as they can.I use portable and in-home oxygen. Right now my insurance wont pay for the actually portable oxygen in the purse-like carriers. The Apria reps have gone out of their ways to make sure I can still get my oxygen with me to where I need it, including getting me one of those cart/trolley things like the hospitals use. The reps have always been patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable about their products.I recently had some trouble with my oxygen equipment and was very concerned about the safety of it. I did state that it was not an emergency when I left my message, but they still got back to me within 3 business days. The rep who came out was able to reassure me, and educated me further on how the large in-home units work. He closely inspected all my equipment, describing what he was doing the whole time. I learned much more than my doctor had time to tell me. All the employees at this branch have been helpful, courteous, kind, and respectful.

We use to use Hoaglands for CPAP supplies and the service was exemplary. Now we have to use APRIA and I have NEVER had so much trouble. Everything from the girl hanging up on us when I politely told her I was frustrated to the wrong equipment to not processing the order on time to losing things. We filed a complaint with Kaiser as well.

I needed CPAP supplies to replace a part that broke. When calling Apria, they have a phone tree that routed me to a dedicated line for Kaiser patients needing CPAP supplies. Waited online 45 minutes hold. Finally gave up. Tried to access chat line, no one available. Will file complaint with Kaiser.Next day (today), got call from customer care. I couldnt answer, but returned Caseys message within an hour or so, and dialed the extension she gave me. First try it rang for about a minute, then I got a message System problems, call back later. Then tried my local (Bellingham) office, but that just routed me to the same phone tree....apparently no way to talk to a local person. This time I waited 20 minutes before giving up. So I tried Casey once again, and got her voicemail. Left message, havent heard back.Update: I finally figured out, by chance, what number to hit on the phone tree to get a real person at the local office. She said Im not supposed to do this...., but then agreed to fill my order locally. My equipment arrived 2 days later. Casey from customer service then called me back today and left a message, but I really do not want to spend any more time on this.

While on vacation, I failed to grab a part of my cpap that I needed. After calling and driving around for an hour, I stopped here at Apria. After a bit of a struggle to realize what I was looking for, they thought they would not have one as it is an older model. The gal I dealt with was very awesome and checked in the back. They happened to have a humidifier for my machine that had the silicone seal I needed. So very thankful to you, Apria!!!

Id give them a zero if possible. Im still dealing with billing issues from 2017. Just when I think it is cleared up, in fact I have emails from Apria saying I have a zero balance, they send a new statement with old charges again. The billing is horrendous! The resolution team as they call it, has not resolved anything. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! You will be sorry and it will affect your credit score.

Horrible to work with. I would give them a zero if I could. They cant seem to bill my insurance correctly, they keep sending me bills for the incorrect amount that does not match what my insurance says I owe, and now they cant seem to get the note from my Dr. that says it should be purchased because it is neccessary so we can stop this rental that cant be billed correctly!

This company is horrible!! I called a local office they couldn’t help me and transferred me to an off shore office where I could not understand the person. I asked where they were located and she told me off shore. I asked to be transferred to the United States and she was rude to me. When I got someone in the US she was nice enough but literally laughed at me for having a hard time communicating with their foreign office. It was a joke to her that I wanted to be helped by an office in the USA! I would give zero stars if I could. My mom is coming home from the hospital today and her order hasn’t been processed! It was started weeks ago.

I would give a 0 if possible. They just sent me the CPAP and mask with a whole bunch of stuff to read instead of arranging a fitting.

A component of my mask broke and I am new in the area. When visited their office, they produced, free of charge, the exact part that had broken. They were courteous and made every effort to help me and I wasnt their costumer....but planning to be one,

I have been very disappointed in Aprias customer service. There is one person in the reception area whos job it seems is to clear up problems with billing on the phone and not to answer inquiries or give any kind of service to walk-in patients. There is no system for back-up for this person although there are many people milling about in the backroom at a leisurely pace. One cannot see products nor even talk with a knowledgeable person about anything without a formal appointment. I am looking for another provider with better service.

Have tried for MONTHS to switch to Hoaglands Pharmacy. Cant get supplies locally, have to go through HUGE phone tree in another state that handles all orders. Made numerous calls, faxed requests for records and assured they would be sent. NEVER RECEIVED. Had service at Hoglands Pharmacy request, NEVER RECEIVED.Finally reached a person who understood and is handling my request. At one time it was possible to order locally, to make an appointment for new masks locally. NOW everything is handled even for appointments out of state. Stay away. NO STARS

What customer service? I have spent 3 weeks trying to order CPAP supplies after getting a doctor prescription. Apria CA had my order and all related information. Apria WA is unresponsive to my needs, I need a new Dr.s order, and they will not transfer the information to WA. I have to provide all relevant data as if I am with a new company. And, Im still waiting for my supplies. The customer service people are defensive about their procedures. When an issue comes up with my order, they take an entire week to process the issue and then call me back.

Terrible company. My friend and I have the same medadvantage ins.but I only had apria as a choice for oxygen as a the time my oxygen was ordered apria was the only co. Offered. I got a massive amount of equipment including a Concentrator at least 8 regular oxygen tanks (empty) and a huge thing to fill the tanks with. When all was said and done all equipment except the concentrator went in my garage awaiting return to Apria which approx. 4 years later has never been picked up. My friend had same equipment through different provider and her copay is $15/.mo. Compared to my copay charge of almost $60/mo. At the first of this year I changed insurance to Medicare supplement and changed oxygen provider. Apria had no contact with me except to call about my copays which I had not paid as I cannot afford that amount and its a total ripoff.
