Excellent customer service, friendly personable, honest and nice. I’m a very nervous person and they make me feel very comfortable and explain everything to me as well as are available if I have questions or concerns. I highly recommend them for all your hearing needs!

Great service I have been put on the right track to hearing in the future

Tracy served us today in the Bellingham office. We both had hearing tests as well as our hearing aids were cleaned and checked. Our appointment was scheduled for 90 minutes and we were out out of there in 75.Tracy answered all of our questions and gave us important formation about features in new hearing aids (I will need to replace mine fairly soon).All-in-all, a very productive appointment!

I loved going in there because the atmosphere was great and the doctor was so friendly and personable. When she did my testing, she gave me my options. She didn’t just try to sell me something. She gave me her perspective and then gave me my own choices to make. I really loved coming there. I felt like I was in good hands! Very professional!

I have had hearing aids in the past so somewhat knew what to expect...NOT! The staff at Hearing Northwest are top notch at the very least. Extremely knowledgeable about their field and personable at the same time...a great combination. Im very glad I found this group for my hearing issues.

I called asking for some help with an old set of Audibels I had been given. These were over 10 years old and had been well used by the previous owner and me.. Tracey took my call and set up an appointment. She rebuilt both units, cleaned them and installed new batteries and brought them to me in the parking lot due to Covid 19. Total charge - $20!! Pretty amazing. This is a very good place to get help.

I’ve been to several hearing offices in Washington, and there is no place like hearing northwest. They have the kindest secretary and I would love to spread the word to any and all people in need of hearing assistance. There affordable prices helped me save tons of money on top of the line hearing aids!

My dad had a hearing aid appointment to get hearing aids adjusted. He drove himself from his house to his appointment. As soon as he arrived something wasn’t right with his words and mumbled his words. And the company failed to call my mom to and failed to call 911. He could killed himself driving or killed someone else. He ended suffering a stroke all this could have been prevented by doing the right thing.

The woman working there today is an angel. I believe her name is Candie (if I read her name tag correctly.)A dear friend of mine is a Vietnam veteran and was waiting for VA beaurocracy to come through while he suffered without his working hearing aid. Finally, we got fed up and by chance I just walked in here and she took one look at the hearing aid, fixed it, and sent me on my way. All in the span of like, 10 minutes. And now my friend isnt isolated in his own world with no one to talk to. Today was a great day thanks to her.
