Such a great experience going to Binyon! Making an appointment was super easy and didnt have to wait months to see someone. Calana called me before the appointment to clear up an insurance issue and review cost options (with or without a HDP) for the appt which I really appreciated. I saw Dr. LeClaire who was very responsive, understanding, and thorough. I also worked with Sarah to pick out a new pair of glasses and decide on which lense to go with. After all the try-ons she had picked out the winners! The whole team was a joy and look forward seeing them all again.

Wow, super service with an excellent and stylish selection of eyeglass frames. My husband bought two frames (one made of wood!) with progressive lenses and he has never had better results. April did an expert fitting, and she laughed at my husbands jokes (youre a gem, April!). They accept VSP insurance, which saved us a significant amount of $$$. Highly recommended!

We were in Bellingham this summer, from out of town, and stumbled into an optical emergency. Binyon Vision Center got us in quickly and went the extra mile to help us out! Thanks again!

They’ve let me drive all the way there for an appointment and didn’t let me have the appointment because I did not stay away from people 6 feet apart they asked me exactly how many people have left with and what I did my free time which I do not believe he’s any of their business and they wouldn’t let me have an appointment that I desperately need and still need because I’ve had migraines for the past few months that are slowly getting worse because of my sight. Even though I had no signs of Covid my temperature was normal and I haven’t been around anybody with Covid . I was also wearing a mask I drove 25 to 30 minutes just toHear that I cannot have the appointment that I had already scheduled i’ve gone to this doctor Since I was born I have never had a complaint until now

I havent even gone yet but I will because the ONLY 1-star review in their otherwise 5-star-only review section is from a Karen who was kicked out because she cant take social distancing. 😂

Best all around service. Everyone treats you like family here. Every optometrist Ive seen here has been wonderful! You can trust their opinions when shopping for new frames as they are very honest and helpful. James helped me pick out my frames a few years ago and Im still in love with them! I recommend this place to everyone!

Professional eye care from start to finish. Time is taken to provide a thorough exam and education as required for the patient. You will always find frames that are appealing and in a range of prices. Front staff are trained to find frames that are flattering to your face shape and will spend time with you as your decide. Individualized attention that doesnt make you feel like someone is waiting for your chair! Love them.

I walked in a number of years ago because a discount store wouldnt take my insurance. I havent looked back. The service has been outstanding. They fixed my glasses under warranty at least twice and always get me in when I need an appointment. I am happy with my glasses and the service from the great people at Binyon.

Ive been going to Binyon for many years now, along with my kids and husband. Dr. McEathron is always kind and thorough, and the staff is BEYOND amazing, every time. Ive always left with glasses that I love and awesome customer service to boot.

The best service and product quality Ive experienced in the optometry business.When my particular frames were delayed at the factory the staff at Binyon provided me with a loaner pair. Then when I could not come in on a weekend to get my replacements they allowed me to setup a time to come in when they were normally closed. Yes, these guys are good at what they do.

From the moment I made the appointment to the time I left I received the best care. Everyone was so nice and gentle, easy to talk to. The MD was super calm, patient, I didnt feel rushed during exam at all. I also never felt pressured to buy glasses afterwards. They allowed me to take home frames to try them over the weekend and bring them back on Monday. I will never go anywhere else for my exams in the future.

Dr. McEathron, Katie Sinclair, and all the staff are great. They are professional, welcoming, and extremely well organized and efficient. Finally I have contact lenses with the correct prescription and fit. Free Parking on the premises too! Their offices are very nice, spacious, and inviting.

My experience with the doctor could not have been better. I had been advised by another doctor that I needed surgery and was too afraid to follow through but the doctor here was so encouraging that I had it done and am so thankful that I happened upon him which may have saved my sight.
