I am so glad I was recommended this salon by a friend. Jila is such a kind and open professional. Very knowledgeable and transparent with breaking down procedures so I can understand what fits my desired end result and my personal skin type. Getting laser hair removal can be an intense experience with sensitive skin like I have, but I felt Jila was so attentive and receptive to my feedback during procedures to ensure my comfort. You can tell this woman is committed to not only her craft, but her clients as well. Also, way easier on my wallet than other quotes I have received around town for similar services. I will definitely be recommending to others.

This place seems clean and nice. Although I would not recommend it for Electrolysis. My skin had much more burns, than I would normally have after electrolysis. Also, I have been overcharged at this place. I paid for much more time than she had actually worked. I didn’t even want to argue about this “extra time” that I paid, and I just wanted to leave...

Shes very knowledgeable and honest. She does the job to the best version of it. . She fixed my skin and Im very pleased of the result.

This review is really late but I just saw old photos of my eyebrows back when Jila did them and instantly got sad because I no longer live in Bellingham and now theyre totally jacked because NOT JILA did them and now everything is horrible. Jila- if youre reading this, I MISS YOU and am considering a weekend trip to Bellingham just so you can work your magic on my brows. Youre the GOAT and a true master of your craft! My brows will never be the same :(

Went here for electrolysis. While personable, she never asked if the settings were okay or if I was comfortable even after I expressed concern that it didn’t feel right. The settings were so high that my muscles contracted with every pulse. She ended up burning the areas treated and they blistered over. I’m still sore and in pain a day later. Looking back I shouldn’t have paid for the full 30 minutes when it was only 15 minutes tops, but I just wanted to get out of there.I will not be going back, and I recommend that no one go here for electrolysis. I would give her less than one star if possible.

Jila is a gem! With wonderfully extensive experience, she knows her color and style and is extremely deft. She knows just what to do to achieve the effect you want. Comfortable parlor is part of her home and she makes you feel at ease. Theres much more to her than meets the eye!

She sounds so confident about her work and thats how she got me. I bought laser package for face and eye brows for $775.00 where she offers one session for free. My eyebrows got burnt in the 3rd session but and when I asked her she says I cant do anything, there are lots of hair and skin repairs itself and it takes a couple of months . Well thats why I am getting the laser treatment. 5th and last free session, she just burnt my face and after calling her 3 times, she got back to me and tells me to use cortisone cream. I missed my work for 3 days because of my burnt face and now I have to put lots of make up on to cover all the burns. I took my mom there too because I trusted her that much and my mom got burn marks around the treatment areas.She never followed up on me herself until I asked to put on the web what she did. I still have one free session left for my eyebrows but I am not going to her again.

Jila is so knowledgeable! It is wonderful having an expert hair designer and master esthetician take care of my hair and skin.
