Their only saving grace was being fast. All I wanted was a maintenance on my under cut. Literally shaving underneath. She was rough and uneven. Knicked me with the sharp corner of the clippers more than once. I will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed. Very little care. Never going back. After reading more of the reviews I realized that I got someone whos ruined a lot of peoples hair. I should sue on behalf of all the people whose hair she ruined including mine.

Discount available for seniors and veterans. For the hard of hearing, it isnt easy to understand the workers because of face masks and clippers/blow dryers.

I received a haircut from Rachel today and I was so impressed with her work and knowledge. She was very thorough and also took out time to tell me how to use certain hair products and also gave me some good product recommendations. I will definitely be back for my future haircuts! Where do I even start with this business. I went to go get my daughters haircut. First, they took in another woman under my daughters name and left us waiting outside for 20 minutes. After waiting the woman cutting her hair was yanking her head as if she was in a rush, and did not give her the layers she wanted. My daughter left the salon looking the exact same as before and we had to go home and fix it. They have poor time management and no regard for the customers. I would like to make it clear that although its not everyone in the salon who is rude, but as for me and my daughter... Needless to say we will not be going to this business again.

The gal that was there when my mother-in-law and I walked in was rather aloof and abrupt simultaneously. I didnt appreciate her demeanor or the manner in which she spoke to my MIL whatsoever. She said it would be about a 45 minute wait as she was waiting for 2 replacement employees to arrive. I asked what the matter was and she told me the other two were not feeling well. I thought she meant they werent coming in vs they were there and going home. We waited about 15 minutes and I notice a young woman coming from the back with her arm across her mouth and nose moving relatively quickly toward the door. I scooted my chair a bit further away from the door and she burst through to the outside. I asked the previously dealt with lady if that was one of the employees that was ill and she hesitated and affirmed my question. My MIL was a bit uncomfortable at that point as was I. Next thing I know the second employee came from the back and it was quite apparent she waa most definitely ill. I was very concerned at that point and expressed that to my MIL. She said she felt the same way. My MIL was called next for her haircut and was done in approx 15 minutes. She paid her bill and when she didnt leave a tip the Haircutter #1 made a derisive sound. I told my MIL well find a different place to get her hair cut next month as that was extremely rude behaviour on that gals part. A gratuity is NOT a given and under the circumstances of no regard for public health you most certainly have NOT earned one.I am writing this to warn others thinking about going to here for a haircut to call before and ask if anyones been ill in the last 48 hours that works there. Hopefully they will answer honestly. We are living in a world still affected by the pandemic and now with 3 variants it is paramount we are kept out of harms way in service businesses.

I just moved her from Puyallup and I have to say that this is definitely the best great clips I’ve been to. I checked in online and was quickly sat down with Rachel! She did an amazing job, seriously the best fade I’ve had!! She was very thorough and knowledgeable and I honestly just had a great time talking with her. The entire staff there was super nice and really fun. Definitely a salon that I will be coming back to thanks to the amazing experience I had today!

The lady who cut my hair did a good job but that doesnt qualify (in my mind) for five stars. After all, how hard is it to cut a mans hair in the same way that millions of men get their hair cut?

Quick easy and relatively cheap. I dont like getting my hair cut and I think the person who did the job picked up on that and did what she could to make it more bearable. Plus they did a pretty good job 8/10 would recommend.

I had the best haircut experience with Rachel today! She has textured hair and knew exactly what to do with my curly mess. I came in with a lot of hair that was driving me crazy and she made my hair look beautiful. Im in love. I have never had someone do such an amazing job. Not only am I pleased with the job, I had a great time. She cares for her customers and it never felt like she was in a rush. She was very comfortable and it made me feel comfortable. She was efficient. Felt like I went in and right out. I am definitely asking for my next appointment to be with her!

I went for a haircut on 02/04/2021. She asked how I wanted it cut and I said a close trim and when I walked out and got home my hair was barely 1/4 inch on the sides and back, I pretty much got scalped. Last time there.

I really don’t like getting my hair cut, but Amanda made me feel comfortable and did an awesome job on my hair.

My hair stylist was rushing barely took any time to make sure it actually looked good and when I told her please dont trim it guess what its practically up to my ears now. No conversation and last time she was so rude about my hair looking dry. And I still tipped her $5.00. Done. Dont go there.

Much like Summer, I had the once in a lifetime opportunity to watch Heather cut some hair. Wow! I must say, Heathers finesse really left me astonished and craving more. Her elegance and light touch with the razor was something I had never seen before. I stayed the whole day and watched her. Truly a life changing experience. WOW!

Checked in through app. Sign on door says sit down and well come out and check you in. App days 15 minute wait. 10 minutes later employee comes out and asks if Ive checked in, after 5 people walked inside and checked in. Tells me Im somehow last on the list but app now tells me 12 minutes till my turn. (Keep in mind original wait was 15 and Ive been there for 10)Wait another 15 minutes and look to see Im still last on list with three people ahead of me now. App says 0 wait time and Ive been in line for almost 30 minutes now.Wait another 5 minutes before seeing Im now 4th on the check in list.I then leave before I smother myself trying to breath through a mask while waiting outside. Horrible experience!

I dont know the store as a whole but the person who cut my hair did a very poor job. It cost me $20 to get the sides of my head shaved. She did an over all very bad job. Im just very upset I spent the money. I should have just gone to the sports clips thats in the same parking lot. I will not be going back here.

Got a hair cut. Didnt like how the back looked. Went back and let them know and they said it looked fine. Not offering to try and fix it.

Arrived here not quite sure what to expect, and had to make a split decision showing my hairdresser a picture of a haircut I liked. I was super surprised to leave with a virtually identical cut! Since the cut Ive received multiple compliments from my friends on how good it looks!

Ive been taking my young boys here for years.On occasion they get decent haircuts but overall they are rushed and half***ed. But its cheap and you get what you pay for. I was in a couple weeks ago and Heather caught my eye. She stood out like a sore thumb because of her skills . She was obviously experienced. I stayed and watched her do a couple more cuts and was so impressed i signed up for a haircut. I always go to full service and spend a lot on my hair for quality. I cant believe Heather gave me the best cut Ive ever had. And shes fast. Not rushed like the rest but efficient and fast. Basicly this review is for Heather because I was so impressed. (Plus she has a fun personality/style and easy conversation)

I had a problem booking on line ... everytime I try to book on line for bellingham, I get booked at another location in ferndale ... also the price on online states $14 for adult haircut and $12 for kids and seniors but at the bellingham location, it states $18 & $16 ... this is the second time with this girl who cuts my hair and she always cuts it too short ... first time she said she did not have the right clipper attachment ... she did confirm by asking me about wanting just a trim .... she did not have an 8 & only had a 7.... dont know her excuse this time

I got a haircut a few days ago the lady that was cutting my hair didn’t even do what I asked also every time I would tell her what I wanted she would freeze and not understand what I asked for she completely ruined my hair she cut my curls off instead of cutting at my curl also when I asked her to cut my hair a certain length she cut it shorter then I asked it too be this lady is uneducated and shouldn’t be working here if she doesn’t properly Know how to cut hair my hair before was long and curly not it’s very short also uneven and some parts of my hair are straight my hair looks very bad and I should have never went here after looking at the bad reviews of this place has already isn’t good I will never come here again and I don’t even know what to do with my hair now

My son and I went in for a haircut, and while my stylist was extremely nice, she missed a huge chunk of hair that my wife had to cut off. My sons stylist did not follow instructions and got left with really short hair.

Y’know that feeling when you have a bomb hairday and you feel on fleek af and everybody’s checking you out like “hey cool haircut guy” and you swear you can hear James Brown playing from the ether as the soundtrack to your day and you just want to high-five all these strangers as you strut down the sidewalk lookin sassy?Melinda at Great Clips just gave me that. Best haircut I ever got, she literaly gave me exactly what I wanted and hairstylists never do that. Like I showed her a pic (I knew I was askig for something a lil funky but hey it’s me) and she was like “You wanna do THAT? Ok...” and I could tell it maybe wasn’t something she personally thought would look good but damn she went precision-500 on it anyway like she got my fade perfect and everything! She is an ARTIST.Anyways, thanks for making my day Great Clips. 10/10 would recommend.

I have been coming here and bringing my son for a few years. I always see kk and i must say she has been great with my son since his first haircut at 3yo. I always request kk because not only how good she is with my son,she does a great job on my fades. You can tell kk loves what she does and always goes above and beyond even when it is busy. Hairdresser didn’t really talk to me and confirmed how short I wanted my hair. Didn’t really talk to me, and just took a razor and chopped my hair shorter than I wanted. She tried plugging me some hair products at the end, overall wasn’t impressed and wouldn’t go back. Thank god my hair will grow back.

I dont get haircuts often. Lady who cut my hair left it choppy and uneven, and was upset that I had part of my head shaved. She commented on how my hair was bleached and that it was damaged (yes, clearly). I felt like I was being ridiculed for having hair that wasnt normal. Her hair wasnt too hot unfortunately.

We went there earlier today and usually its fine, but the lady who cut my moms hair was in too much of a rush to take her break and she was totally rude and didnt listen to what my mom said, and just cut her hair completely un-even.

TERRIBLE service, the staff doesn’t care one bit about customers... we stayed and waited because they had 5 stylists working & we were told the wait wouldn’t be long, then 3 stylists “went on break” with 6 people waiting in the lobby.... they looked bored unhappy and rude.
