Experienced a long wait time for appointments. Almost 3 hrs. This is the third time happened to me.They don’t allow husband/wife go together to see the doctor. They have a very low communication.

This office is amazing! They are patient, and helpful. The doctor takes her time with each patient, and gives you her full attention and she answers every question you have. The office staff know there stuff, and are very time efficient. I would recommend this office to everyone!!

Staff is good but Paty is one of a kind ,she treats you with respect and answers ANY and ALL questions you have.She goes out of her way to make sure your kids are happy & always has my referrals ready and scheduled. Patty called and tried to ask for someone in our house. When I said the person you are asking for is not here, she didn’t want to say where she was calling from not even leave a return phone number. Apparently Patty doesn’t know how to leave a correct message and DOES NOT have customer service skills. Very rude and no professionalism!

They take forever to see you. The doctor gets here late everyday, the nurses dont know how to properly take your blood pressure always using the wrong cuff size. Just a pain to come here

Horrible Service / No communication skills... i told the doctor i was there because i thought i was pregnant, he said he will request the nurses to give me a urine test... i waited and waited no one ever came back to tell me what to do.... when i went out to ask they told me why was i waiting just to do what i had to do in the bathroom.... my follow up visit was supposed to be a pregnancy blood test instead the scheduled a regular physical check up blood test and they didnt notify me of this so i had to miss work again for the pregnancy blood test.... had they communicated everything would be understandable but they just do what they do without notifying the patient.... i switch clinics after this.

Very bad customer service. A lady by the name of Patty called my house and was very rude. She wanted to leave a message but didnt want to give a number or the place of business. Party needs to learn or have training on how to speak to the patients.

I had a horrible experience here. They refused to see me and said I had to be referred by my primary care doctor, for a check up?! And when I offered to pay the consultation out of pocket the front desk person told me it was cash only when I tried giving her my credit card. They are so rude and made me feel so unwelcome. Please if you need to see an OBGYN for any reason choose a different place dont bother with this one .

This clinic is very unprofessional. The nurses eat and talk about personal conversations in front of the patient. The wait is the worse. I still dont understand why i had to wait 3 hrs to be seen when there were only 2 patients ahead of me. The doctors are great but not being able to contact them when you have a concern is a huge red flag for me. Defenetly changing clinics now.
