A co-worker of mine recommended Dr. Latter fit an eye surgery that I am contemplating. It was the same surgery he performed for her and she couldnt be more pleased! From my first telephone encounter with the Bellflower office staff all the way through my first appointment with Dr. Latter, everyone was professional, kind, caring and accommodating. The office is clean and the equipment is modern. Dr. Latter patiently answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I learned 3 new things about my eyes that I had never known in all of my years of eye visits to other facilities! I would definitely recommend Dr. Latter to other friends and family.

Experience was great from booking my appointment online having someone call me the next day get my insurance info and confirm my appointment for the same week to walking in no wait time and Dr. Latter explaining everything! Worst service received. Doctor has given wrong eye prescription for my son .i have validated the prescription with other 2 optholmoglist And both of them said the prescription is wrong.I don’t have option to give 0 star rating . So selecting 1I came there to get exact reason for my sons cause for increase in eye prescription every year .But I did not get the answer and you guys are not in patient to answer my questions.Doctor said another patient is waiting and moved out from there.When I came out and informed to receptionists about still I have not got clear result from doctor and you guys said “ it’s closing time” and finally asked how your going to pay today’s amount.You guys are money oriented and asking us to give good rating after the service.Don’t play with my sons Eye.I no need any complementary free glass service from your end which you have reply back to me . I paid $195.00$ From my pocket for the poor service.

Where should I start? So glad to have gone to his facility. Dr.Latter really took his time to exam me. The last time I had an eye exam was over 4-5 years which is long over due. I didn’t feel rush when it was my turn to be seen ,he went out of his way and checked for certain things that I didn’t know needed to be checked. My last in countered with a previous doctor else where did not do that. Of course I had a lot of questions to ask and he was willing to answer everything and more. Glad to say I found a doctor that I will go to for now on.😁

Dr. Latter is very nice And thorough. He took time to explain things that we don’t know or have questions about. He seemEd very knowledgeable and diligent in his work . I took my dad for the first exam and he did a lot of tests for him. My parents trust him and I will continue to take my dad to Dr. Latter for future evaluations and treatments.

Great Doc. Very personable and thorough. Usually the doctors that I have seen don’t want you to ask too many questions and rush you in and out. This doctor, from what I see from today being my first visit, explained things in a way that I could understand and he did not seem bothered that he had to do his job! Trust me, some of these doctors act in a way that lets you know that they really don’t want to be bothered. He doesn’t act in this way. Seems like a very good eye doctor. I’m sticking it out until I see different.🤞

Excellent. In the weekend I noticed I have lost part of my flied of vision in my left eye. I searched on line and found Dr. Latter. On Monday, I called his office and he saw me the same day. After, examining me and taking pictures, he told me that nerve in my left eye is inflated, after he dismissing the first idea has been torn. Then, he referred me to retina Doctor. I went to retina Dr. and he first said that my retina has been torn and I need a surgery. After, I told him that Dr. Latter told me it is only nerve inflation, he took some other pictures and reconfirmed Dr. Latters diagnoses. This saved me from a needless eye surgery. The other doctor sent me to my primary care doctor, and he found out that it was my high blood pressure, he gave me some medicine to bring down my blood presure

We are so please how Dr.M. Latter check my sons eyes he s so helpful in so many ways, and his assistant are so proffesional too, Sure we are coming back even me I will choose him as my Eye doctor soon

Dr Latter is an excellent Ophthalmologist. My brother Teddy has down syndrome and he developed huge cataracts in both eyes a few years back. Dr Latter was the one who operated on him. Nowadays, Teddy has perfect vision. Teddy is incapable of speaking, reading, writing or following simple directions. Every office visit is like climbing a mountain. However, Dr Latter always manages to be so patient with him. I feel so lucky to have found a doctor this willing to go that far. Doctor Latter is also ably supported by an extremely professional, kind and caring staff in Sokhom and Zulma. With them, every office visit is like dropping in on friends. Great team. I very highly recommend.

Hands down one the best experiences I have had with a Doctors office period. Dr. Latter goes above & beyond with his knowledge professionalism & expertise. And because of this, I have regained vision/sight that had been lost over more than half of my life. I personally highly, highly, recommend this office!
