Called for a prescription refill and as soon as I said hello, I need my prescription refilled I was cut off by a very rude please hold and left on hold for over 45 minutes. I called from a different phone and my call went straight to the answering service. It said for refills press 3, so I did. The answering service said invalid entry, good bye. Horrible customer service and this place is supposed to be helping people with medical needs? This was all before 1 p.m.

The receptionist is very rude, poor customer service, I cant understand why if this is a medical center they dont teach the front desk to be kind

I am beyond upset I just came from this clinic in regards to my childrens physical they were not seen because i was 4 min late this is ridiculous i had to take my kids out from school early to make this appointment and they refuse to see my child when they didnt have any other patients.. the girls in the front are beyond rude, ugly attitudes, horrible customer services very unprofessional, cant schedule an appointment right. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!!!! I ALREADY CHANGE MY CHILDRENS DOCTOR :)

Sanchez medical is a good clinic to bring your family the providers are spanish speaking they understand and listen to our issues. The nurses are friendly they hepl if we have questions great enviroment.

Horrible office the staff is very unprofessional and the receptionist is always with a stank face worse clinic ever will not be returning if I could give them negative stars I would (WARNING DONT COME HERE!!!)
