I agree with the ones who disagree with those critical reviews. The PA and desk have treated me well.Be careful how you treat staff and waiters. Waiters are the ones who bring you your food from the kitchen. I worked in kitchens and if you knew what goes on behind some of those closed doors, youd be asking Gods blessing on your food every time you eat out too.

I dont understand why patients are being very negative towards the receptionist and staff in general. My first time I was greeted well the receptionist was nice smile at all times with all patients help me if I had any questions about paperwork. The nurse was nice greeted me as well she took my medical history ask all necessary questions. The doctors are great they listen to our problems and the good thing is a bilingual clinic I will recommend Sanchez medical center.

Had a great experience staff is very professional. Nurse practitioner is nice and I will recommend Sanchez medical my family and friends. People that have bad comments about the clinic they didnt get what they requested it dont work that wayall clinics have protocols and we should understand as new or established patients.

I recently came across sanchez reviews!!!Wow people really take time to say bad stuff about the clinic.My experience 3 months ago was great I had no issues the staff and doctors was very professional and helpful if I had a question they managed to get results. Waiting time is not a problem. I been a patient for 3 months I am happy with the services.

I know Dr. Sanchez for a long time now over 10 years. Even Dr Sanchez was at times uneasy to reach out to even for patients. He could be the reason behind the unprofessional behavior throughout his two clinic company.I liked it when they had dr. Nolan but she is not there anymore.I cant believe they still have this girl Elizabeth working there. She has no place in any public relations position as she needs a lot of people skills to be able to help, people of course.

I have been a patient of this office for several years now and I must say in the beginning I had a very rough time here. The front office staff were not up to par and lacked empathy and most importantly, professionalism. Because I work as a Front Desk Coordinator for a medical office, I understand things can get a little crazy BUT we must always treat our guest with respect. I spoke with the Office Manager at the time but did not get very good results. I phoned the South Gate location and spoke with Management and she really listened and showed genuine concern.The front desk staff and manager are new at the Bellflower location and there has been MAJOR improvement. I am always greeted, listened to and if I call in for an appointment the ladies are always very helpful. I am truly happy with their services and will continue being a patient here.

The Drs are awesome, caring and understanding! The receptionists and office manager not so much, kinda rude. If they had more knowledgeable staff, this place will be perfect.

First time coming and last so i came here because i had and apopointment my ride picked me up late my appt was at 11:30 and i arrived ther at 11:45 they didnt see me because im a new patient and i was late and their bussy according to them their wasnt a damn soul in their but the 3 nurses they said i was suppose to be their 20 min before which i wasnt aware of they never told me and she said we always tell our patients to be their 20 min early well thats weird because they never told me about that save yourself a headache these people are rude

Ive been going to this clinic for almost a decade now and I’ve never had issues. However, the receptionist (Esmeralda) was extremely rude and was arguing in a horrific manner. I am very appalled for having such an unfortunate experience.

They should really consider hiring nice receptionists because they will keep losing patients with the rude ones that answer the phone.

FATAL SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional with her service. I think I would qualify it by removing a star if it could.
