I wouldn’t give this place one star, but I had to to make this review. I took my mother here for 12 o’clock appointment; it is now 3:15 and we won’t be done they say until 4 o’clock. I’m going to take her elsewhere. Be aware of the long wait times and plan to do be here most of the day. I only saw one dentist on staff- looks like they’re running a skeleton crew.

I cannot believe how thorough they do things here...each person that has done something for me here has explained what they were doing...all the ladies at reception are the nicest people...even someone walking by has nice things to say to you....I very highly recommend this dental group..Dr Tsibel is awesome....

The staff was really friendly, I was helped really quick, they guy who took my x rays was really informative about everything they offer , like the free massages as cookies and coffee , the movie theater for the kids , and the day care , which I found awesome . I’ve definitely been telling my family and my friends about this place (:

This place may seem great at fist but please save your time and go elsewhere. They have ridiculous wait times and then once youre finally treated you risk them doing entirely pointless work in your mouth without any explanation.I made an appointment SOLELY for a tooth with a hole in it. I left with 10 fillings in entirely different teeth. No one explained that the tooth that was very obviously in need of help would not be worked on but instead the dentist made a note in my chart and told me that sides done!.
