I visited Breathe Total Balance as a result of winning a self care pack through an IG page contest and it came at the perfect time. I was in much need of a self care day. The staff was attentive & friendly, guiding me each step of the way. I began my experience with an infrared sauna session for 30 minutes. The room was so quiet & I was able to meditate while I sweated out toxins. I then took a quick shower rinse, put on a cozy robe & was escorted into the massage room. After the massage I went into the facials room. Rosa took really good care of me. She used a rose clay mask that was divine. I walked out of the facial feeling so relaxed & I was glowing! Last, but not least I went in for a basic chiropractic adjustment. The practitioner was friendly & knew exactly where my back needed relief from stress. I walked out of BTB feeling like I was on a cloud lol. I look forward to going back for another pampering experience!

Breathe total balance is a MUST GO!!My husband and I went in for a couples massage, chiro adjustment and cupping treatment.The staff was super friendly and helpful. The building is beautiful, clean and has such a luxurious feel. The couples room had soft blankets, champagne, and robes for my husband and I too go to the sauna (NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE). They even have a shower so you can clean up after the sauna or after work before your treatment!Sharon and Madison were amazing! 😍 They were super funny and gave the best amount of pressure during the massage. They also asked whether it was too soft or rough. They explained to us the benefits of cupping treatment.Dr. Naveen Sharma was also great! His adjustment was so painless and relieving. My previous chiropractor could not crack my neck and Dr. Naveen cracked it perfectly. Just what I needed!If you want to have any adjustments or are looking for a masseuse and are in the LA area, BTB is the place to go!!

My experience here was just wonderful ! From making the appointment to receiving the service , this visit exceeded all expectations ! When you walk in, your greeted with a sight of a beautiful waiting room & the most beautiful banquets of flowers ... as well as a smile from all the workers . They are all super friendly and very informative about the process of the service your requesting . I requested a 30 min massage and I left feeling amazing ! Whenever someone asks me where is a good place to go I send them to Breath Total Balance . Im excited to return for my next visit !:)
