Booked online for a lash lift several days in advance. I got a text the morning of the appointment saying that they would not take credit cards, only cash or Zelle. I was already at work and wasnt going to have time to get cash from the ATM or set up Zelle. I told her I would need to cancel, and she informed me that she would charge my credit card 50% for canceling the day of, even though they did not make me aware that they had changed their payment requirements. So they couldnt take a card payment for services, but they happily charged my card $32.50 for their mistake.

Me and Kev enjoyed the massage chairs and pedies. I also got a full set and that was several weeks ago. Not only did she (possible owner) do a good job, none hv broken, and they still look good. Well be bk soon! Of course by now, I need a fill. Customer Sold!

Ive been going to Nancy for over 3 years and my eyebrows are always on point! Being a redhead, getting the right shade for my eyebrows is challenging but Nancy always tints them perfectly. She does an awesome job with lash lifts too. Get one and you wont be disappointed. This shop is a must try! My girlfriends and I love it, we come every month! Nancy makes our appointments so fun! This is the place to go for lashes and facials! I Was in a wedding and needed my lashes done at the last min. The lady Angelina did my lashes and she was so sweet. I like my lashes to look natural and she did just that! After I got a Microdermabrasion facial by Cynthia. The inside is clean and super inviting going here from now on!

The location is amazing. The movement you walk in its super calming and inviting. It was super clean and organized. There always calming and relaxing music playing. I love my eyelashes. It is my second time getting a re-fill and I truly love them.

It was my first time getting my eyelashes done and Angelina did an amazing job. She asked me questions to understand exactly what I was looking for me and talked me through the process. This place is clean and created a calm and relaxing vibe. The decor really set the mood for a comfortable and welcoming place. BLL is amazing! I recently had a microdermabrasion and dermabladding facial with Cynthia and it was the best thing EVER! Cynthia was very informative and explained every step of the facial and the benefits of each mask. She even recommended products. I left feeling like my skin can finally breath and the next couple days I didn’t even need to wear make-up.
