Ive met many of the caregivers and management that work here, and I have been so impressed with the compassion and care that they give. Ive even met the administrator and she is an AMAZING human being. The food is delicious (home made ice cream with flavor of the day!) and the therapy is the best Ive ever seen. Keep up the great work Hillcrest Health and Rehab!

If you can help it do not send your loved ones to this facility. Unfortunately, this is the 3rd time my dad has been at this place. Each time he was placed here after a fall and this was not the family’s choice but instead the only place that had a bed for him. I believe there is a reason this place always has availability. My mom and I did a late visit yesterday – arrived around 6:30 p.m. to find my dad sitting in a wheelchair of which he said he had been sitting in since 4:30. We were surprised to find him there as he has a fractured hip/femur. He can be moved but with some restrictions. His food tray was still sitting in front of him. He said he had pushed the nurse button 3 times and no one had been in yet. My mom went to find help of which 2 workers arrived. They said they would use a hoist to get him back in bed. My mom had to inform them they could not use a hoist as that was in his orders. We asked how he got moved to the wheelchair and they said they didn’t know because the afternoon shift moved him, and they didn’t receive any updates on my dad from the afternoon shift. Upon moving him we noticed his brief was extremely wet – so wet when he was moved to his bed the wheelchair looked as if someone had just dumped a bottle of water on it. I asked when the last time they checked his brief and again they couldn’t provide an answer. I asked how much longer he would’ve sat in that chair if we hadn’t arrived and they said not long because they were making their rounds to get everyone to bed. Interesting when we arrived there wasn’t a worker in sight. This place deserves zero stars, but thats not an option.IF POSSIBLE DO NOT SEND ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!

Please do not send anyone you care about to this facility. My dad was sent there for rehab after suffering a stroke from the hospital. Upon entering place he was able to feed and bathroom himself. He could walk very well with walker and could dress himself with some aid. While there he declined severely. When I would inquire about his health I was told they only do bloodwork and nurse visits on Tuesday. Long story short he ended up back in hospital. He arrived at hospital from there with no shoes, no walker and a handwritten note with his name and a few medical stats. He died less than two week later. They never found his walker or most of his belongings. This place is the worst. I would honestly give it zero stars.

This place added insult to injury for my 81 year old mother, who was sent there to recover from Covid and gall bladder surgery. She was treated poorly or ignored and given little information about her condition. On more than one occasion, she had to wait many hours for attention. When I called to check on her, either no one picked up the phone or I was passed on to person after person who showed no interest in my questions. I will do anything to make sure no one I care about is stuck here.

Refused to admit my mother because they wouldn’t take care of her serious eye condition due to Medicare rules they would have to pay for it. Went there to sign paperwork when they told me they wouldn’t care for her eye condition. I wouldn’t sent my dog to them for care. They care about money not patients.

My mother was in the facility for a couple months through mothers Day 2020....Then was home and had in home therapy provided by Hillcrest. The guy came in 3 times before she passed away June 15th and her jewlery came up missing when we were going through her stuff. The sentimental side of that jewelry means more then the $5,000 they are worth. Thanks Hillcrest...I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING YOU

I had the most memorable experience at HHR in Bellevue. Although there were some problems with one of the aides not believing that I was not able to move my legs. Once I was diagnosed with Guillain Barre Syndrome which causes paralysis she knew I wasnt playing. All the other staff were wonderful and we have stayed in touch since I was discharged.

Ive worked here for about nine months and its been getting worse with time. Most of the patients that I serve there, are impatient, rude, inconsiderate, and weird. My loyalty and commitment as a worker quickly gets taken advantage of, as I end up doing the same role that Im sick of doing. Most of it involving dishes and having to do all the hard work by myself, with little to no health.

The nursing staff is wonderful, but their billing is dreadful. Had to pay for rehab 2 weeks in advance but only stayed fo 2 days and have been waiting 3 months for my refund. Only got half of what I should have gotten because they billed insurance wrong!!!Great staff. I was very happy with the care my wife received but not at all impressed with administration!!!

My grandpa was here. Aweful care, lack of staff. He sat in the dinning room for over 1.5 hrs 1 night, no one could take him back to his room. They would leave him alone in the bathroom for too long. He was supposed to be walking, they didnt help him. He was there 6 days and went back to the hospital! They also were sharing medical equipment that they shouldnt be! Highly dissatisfied.

My aunt was there for a broken hip, no one knows how it got broken again and this time she had to get a full hip replacement. She has Medicare and medicare and we just received a bill for the ultrasound they used to find out that the hip was broken. Then when my mother was there who happens to be diabetic she was on steroids for the first week they where giving her extra 6 units of insulin shots without testing her blood. When she stopped taking the steroids they didnt stop the extra insulin. If I hadnt been there to question them what they where doing they would have given her the shot. They didnt even pay attention to the doctors order to stop the extra insulin as soon as the steroid was done. About a week later my mothers blood pressure dropped so low I hadnt gotten there around 11 am her breakfast was still sitting beside her bed and she wouldnt respond to me. when I questioned the nurse she couldnt tell when my mother talked to her. The emergency doctor said she would have died if I had gotten there any later. NEVER AGAIN WILL I TRUST THEM TO TAKE CARE OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS.
