My best friend and i come in usually twice a month. We love everyone here, they’re so nice and really listen to the weird requests we have with our nails. They take their time to make sure everything is just right and that we can relax while we get pampered. With ~800 colors to choose from, highest quality service on the eastside, and a great atmosphere, we wont go anywhere else. Jessica, hats off to you!I do recommend calling and making an appointment, they can be very busy most evenings.

The women working here were so nice and personable. One person was able to get started while the other one waited. They were very detailed in their work and took the time to correctly do things. I cant wait to go back. Very reasonable prices as well. Went on a weekday and wasnt very busy but not sure about weekends. Go here if you can!

I’ve been a customer for 5 times, very satisfied with customer service and prices! My nail technician is Emily , she does I perfect job!every time when I’m there I’m asking for her. Originally I’m from Russia, so we got used to a good quality manicure. I found her professional and she does everything what I heed to.

My tech did an amazing job. I asked for natural looking acrylic nails, very thin, and she did exactly what I wanted. Very pleased and for a really great price too! Love this little place.

The service here was embarrassing. I went with a friend and she chose a sparkly polish. The polish was either old or poorly painted, but her pedicure was lumpy and jagged. We pointed this out and they said it was the nail polish but didn’t see a problem with the pedicure. I couldn’t imagine anyone looking at that pedicure and saying “yup! Looks good!”. We requested a repaint (which they charged us for). They never did a top coat for me. They completely forgot. I was sitting for a long time and only got the top coat when I was able to flag someone down. Then I had to sit even longer to wait for that to dry. There were folks that came after us and left before us.I could barely get anyone’s attention. No one spent a second to hear what was wrong. People were running around like chickens with their heads cut off because there’s no appointment process. The staff is trying to paint 5 people’s nails simultaneously, jumping from station to station and leaving jobs half done, forgotten, rushed, and leaving guests waiting in chairs for far longer than they should.I had to pay full price for a poorly done pedicure, pay for the repaint, pay full price for a forgotten top coat. When I brought this up at checkout, they just showed me the price. It was very frustrating… I won’t be coming back here again. There is no quality bar or care for customer requests. I wish I had taken a picture of the poorly done manicure to post it here.

Probably the best gel manicure Ive had. Quite a different experience than the typical nail salon. Most times I feel rushed and my gel nails chip or peel after a week. I am 2 weeks in and my nails still looks great!

Had horrible experience with this place. I was a costumer and the service was great but the place got busy and everything definitely got pretty bad, unfortunately. They’re always in rush, changing all the time people that are taking care of you. I understand that money is important but I also think that respect costumer is more.People speaks other language all the time, even in front of you and - about you!My last time in that place was awful!!!! I had a bad ideia to bring my little daughter with me for polish her nails while I was doing mine but the staff was rude with me and her (specially the owner), so busy and they did a bad service because they were in rush (I’m sorry but we had two appointments and I paid for both - full pack).My daughter had a very bad first salon experience and so do I bringing her. It was not just one day but that day was the worst.

Dip Powder Nails: I’ve gone here twice now to get dip powder on my hands. This was my first ever experience with dip powder so I wasn’t sure what to expect other than what I had looked up online. I normally paint my nails with polish once a week. I knew that dip powder would last longer then my polish so I figured I should go shorter with my nails seeing as I would have more growth between servicing my nails. This was honestly my first mistake,. The lady I saw my first time ended up cutting my nails incredibly short. My nails ended up looking like very thick square uneven lumpy blobs. I can have a bit of social anxiety and wasn’t sure if I should speak up and didn’t know what they were supposed to look like. I didn’t want to complain about some thing I didn’t know anything about. She also started the nail very far from the cuticle so it looked as if they were already grown out. I don’t necessarily blame her, I don’t think she did a bad job, I could’ve spoken up at the time I just didn’t know.After leaving I had one nail break within three days and several others started to lift. I wasn’t sure if I could go back in and have one nail fixed (yes you can). I ended up taking the nails off at home after about a week and a half and debating if I should go back.My second time in was an amazing experience! I ended up with a different lady who gave me the best manicure of my life. I did not make the mistake of having my nails shortened lol and I made sure before going in to have one nail shaped and at the length I wanted it as a reference for all the others. This step probably wasn’t necessary but I wanted to make sure I gave it my best effort. If I’m going to be hyper critical my only critique is there was quite a bit of product left on my skin and fingertips after leaving the salon. I know this will eventually come off in a couple days so it’s not a problem for me. The second thing would be there is a tiny bump at the tip of one of my nails,. again I’m being hyper critical here and only I will notice this bump. The two manicures are literally night and day different. I’m so happy I went back and gave this a second chance.To summarize I think this place could be hit or miss depending upon the technician you get. It’s hard for me to say if the first lady was bad or not considering I didn’t speak up at the time. I am truly so incredibly happy with my nails I could cry, my hands have never looked as pretty. I will be going back again and requesting the second technician.Photos: I wish I had more pictures of the first manicure. The one picture I’ve posted here doesn’t look too bad. You can’t see how thick and uneven or bumpy the nails are. This picture was taken within 24 hours of getting the manicure and you can see how far they are from the cuticle.

The staff was very welcoming and sweet. The color selection was enormous which is always a plus! Their shellac stays on for 2-3 weeks and their color selection is robust.

The service was not as described. Supposed o have cuticle care and relaxing massage, didn’t actually get either. They just want to rush people through. I am used to the staff speaking Vietnamese while they work, no issue. I got uncomfortable when she repeated something I said and then went on giggling and talking so I couldn’t understand. I had to laugh at the bizarre situation, but I also can’t be bothered to go back there. Not worth it.

Ive only been here a couple of times and my nails have always turned out PERFECT i recently got the pink nails with the heart done by a nice girl and she did and amazing job. Def recommend coming here their customer service is so nice.

They made my nails look amazing, I’ve personally never gotten acrylic nails because I’ve always done my mails myself. But they did everything so well and made my nails look so good. Im definitely going back there to get my nails done again. It’s so quiet and peaceful in there, and since I have social anxiety it was super nice not to feel any pressure picking out the colors. They’re super patient and listen to what you want. Also I called them an hour before I showed up and they fit me in that day which was super nice because I’m definitely very spontaneous 😂

I have been coming to see Jessica for a wax for the last year. I live in Shoreline and having to drive all the way to Bellevue for a wax speaks volume to the service I receive at this establishment. I have also gotten my nails done and let me just say my nails have never lasted this long when I get it done anywhere else. I have searched high and low to find a place where I can get a quality wax and nail service and I have found it. Jessica is the absolute best!

Almost $200 for the worst experience of my life. They were extremely slow unorganized and over priced it took me throwing a foot to get a girl who knew what she was doing. I will never come back and i will never recommend them to anyone! Do not waist your time and money!!!!I was there for 4 hours I’ve never had to wait that long at a nail salon and they were not even busy... also social distancing is NOT being followed like at all. Worst Pedicure EVER!!!!!!The service more than deluxe seemed like express. Not tranquility, just rush to get other customer. Do not recommend this place at all. Saw people doing job that looked like they didn’t know what they were doing. It was HORRIBLE!!!! The photo I’ve posted was just minutes after the pedicure and you can see how bad work it is.

The owner who is a mature lady is very rude and unprofessional. She has no kindness in the way she speaks. I wanted to be sure about my nail colour because I was getting shellac and she kind of shouted at me and said we can’t wait around for you we have other appointments after you. This type of attitude will cost you your business to shut down.

I called these people to make reservations. He said he can’t take appointment because he is busy. But someone called him on the phone right in front of me he took the reservation. These people have done this before also me and my friend went with the reservation but he took care of another white lady and he ignored us.I will never recommend this place. These people are really arrogant.

Went for a Spa Pedicure. Felt like the whole process was a formality. I couldve given myself a 10x better Pedicure at home with barely any equipment. I see zero difference. Every step was like 2 seconds long. The lady doing the pedicure barely even scrubbed my feet. Will never visit this place ever again. Such a waste of money.

This is my third time coming all the way from Millcreek to do relax and do pedicure. As some reviewers said, the quality and service had gone down. Im very disappointed by the rushed service, fast and mediocre massage, unfriendly service, didn’t get any water or drink, and the worst thing of all, Im forced to sit at the broken massage chair when I need it the most! I was wondering why they gave me a pillow on the chair. They didnt tell me that the chair is broken. I realized about it after its too late. I regret that I spent half an hour of my time awkwardly sitting on an uncomfortable chair, getting the pedicure from someone who didnt even say hi to me, and not doing a relaxing deluxe pedicure as it described to be. Not coming back and not recommended!

This was a gel manicure with an accent design for $40 total!!! I gave her a nice tip so $50. Also, I had Mary do it in two directions until I decided which way I wanted to do it for my Star Wars themed wedding. I love it!!!!!

Great selection of shellac nail colors. The arm and hand massage afterwards was decent, but the whole experience is a little fast. They are well known so they might go a little faster than some places in order to get more people done, but they have the skills to get away with it so I didnt mind. The speed might be good for others who have a lot to do even if its just their day off.

Two of my friends and I went to get our nails done and they were unable to perform a lot of the designs that we had chosen, which was frustrating. They had told me my design would be $20, then later when they were finished the tech was like oh $20 to cheap it’s $80 now....what was I gonna do?! She already did my nails!! They messed up on of my friends nails really bad and didn’t want to fix them. And they cause my other friends nails to bleed. Never going back there again.

Hands down, BEST PEDICURE EVER! I’ve had 100s of pedicures over my life and none made me feel as relaxed as Yen’s. She was okay with all the adjustments to my toes that I requested and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. I am so thankful I found this place. It’s a shame that I’m only visiting from Virginia. If I ever come back to Seattle, I’ll be sure to stop here for a pedicure from Yen.

I needed a fill and decided to try this nail salon out since I had a coupon. The inside is beautiful. It gives a very relaxed vibe. There are a ton of pedicure chairs but only about 4 nail booths. The guy who did my nails was nice and seemed to do a good job. He didnt ask what shape I wanted so my nails are now square, instead of the coffin shape I usually have. Overall, I like my regular place better but this is a good alternative.

The technician was friendly and talkative, but less than 24 hours from my manicure and its already peeling. Disappointing.

They do accept walk in a, and theyve done a great job on my groady runners feet. There are different levels that you can get for a mani/pedi, so just make sure you ask to see their little menu before (the hot stone massage is totally worth it though!). Theyve got a pretty big color selection, especially in shellac and dip. I always try to bring cash to tip, but they allow you to tip on your card.

One of the worst spa experiences. They have 6-7 technicians. Average waiting time was 1-1.5 hours for 2 services. They were rude and would snap if you ask them about how much waiting time. No massage during pedicures either.

Yasss.... This is my go-to mani-pedi salon. I dont think I have ever been such a regular client anywhere else. I always have a great experience here. Theyre customer service is on point. They do such a great job. I mainly come in for my manicure and/or pedicure. Its always a relaxing atmosphere and I really enjoy it. I always like to make an apt. ahead of time, just in case.

Found this place when an at home based nail tech canceled on me the day of my appointment and honestly things happen for a reason , Im so in love with my gel x set ! Im going to keep coming back here from now on.

The place is very clean, however they are lacking customer service. Please see photos for quality service. If you want your nails to last more than an hour go elsewhere. I know its under new management and the salon is remodeled but it has a ways to go before they have regular customers.

Visited this nail spa for sns and pedicure, they were extremely packed 6’ apart was not a thing and the techs were rushing through everything. By day 5 my nails had already started surface cracking, I went back and again it’s less than a week since they fixed it and it’s cracking again. I will not be going back here ever again.

My first time at this nail salon. I had a shellac manicure and eyebrow waxing done.I was happy with how my nails turned out, but she could’ve done a better waxing job. I called to see if they had an opening in 5mins, they said “yes”, when I arrived they took me right away. After reading a few reviews, I’m thankful I didn’t have to wait. My biggest advice to them would be their customer service. I was given ZERO time to look through the shellac colors. Right away they had a few of my fingers in foils (to remove old polish) They asked me 6 times if I wanted a design, each time I said “no, thank you” and each time getting more frustrated. I understand upselling, but that’s just too much. My manicurist became impatient with me when I used soap to wash my hands and she snapped at me when she told me to relax my hand.Right before they put polish on you, they ask you to wash hands. She mumbled something about soap, but I assumed she said “wash hands with soap.” She never told me why I shouldn’t use soap, I was too scared to ask. I’m assuming the soap might be to oily and the shellac polish won’t be as good 🤷‍♀️The manicurist was not gentle. I felt she was pushing my hand away whenever she had to keep switching hands and as I’m putting my hand carefully in the UV light machine, she’s already grabbing for my other hand. Also, they didn’t have a price menu up, I always find those helpful.

The design of my nails is beautiful! They were able to copy a design I found online. the first nail tech I talked to gave me a hard time about it though. The only reason Im giving any star is because the one who did the nail art was a a different person and was more gentle on my nails than the first nail tech I had when I came in.I got a full set of acrylics done by a quiet nail tech and she is the reason I wont ever come back. When she was filing the side of my nails, she kept jamming them in so that she could file the acrylics from paper cutting me. Instead she kept jabbing and ramming my flesh and filed not the acrylics but my actual nail bed to the point it felt raw. The nails were attached unevenly and crookedly My pinky nails arent the same length since she was rushing and didnt measure them correctly. For 75 bucks I expected some moisturizer or cuticle oil. Nope. It felt rushed and wasnt a personable or pleasant experience.Also my hands were in a mess afterwards. There was polish on my fingers, some super glue from the acrylics too.Covid 19? Nope. It was packed where everyone gets pedicures. No 6ft social distancing. No acrylic screens between nail techs and clients. I dont think I saw them disinfect the uv lamp that I used afterwards, either. Btw the uv light from the nail lamps are too weak to sanitize, so it must be wiped down with disinfectant.

Tranquility Spa is hands-down my absolute favorite salon to get my nails and waxes done! I love going here so much, that its the only spa Ive been going to the last 2 years. Jessica, the owner and manager is such a sweetheart. The staff are also ALWAYS kind and courteous. Very pleasant atmosphere altogether. I have not come across a better salon over all my years, as customer service is HUGE for me. Did I mention that I drive 30 miles to get here? I used to live closer, but still continue coming here since I moved a year ago. I only had positive and wonderful experiences.Jessica mentioned to me that negative reviews have been coming in online, that are completely unfounded. Looking at the reviews, I sincerely believe the negative reviews are from rivalry salons! This salon by far better than neighboring ones (as I paid a visit to many of them before finding Tranquility).Tranquility is definitely worth the visit!

If I could give this place a negative zero I would. They charged me an unbelievable $75 for a full nail set first. And at the end they didnt even do the proper treatment to complete my nails so when I got into my my car my nails were still wet and smudged. The manger lady or the one who runs the shop is unprofessional. I wouldnt have them do my dogs nails for free!!

The lady did a great job on my nails, I just got tips put on with the powder dip and a color-they turned out beautiful but the next few days they started cracking and coming up on my nail. Very disappointed in the quality and the longevity of my acrylics. Within a couple days my nails had started to crack. Very disappointed

I was so delighted when I found this nail salon in Bellevue. The place is very clean, the girls are very nice and do such a good job. And....they all speak fluent English! (Youll be surprised how many in this service industry who still cant speak English, my pet peeve). Jessica, is the very professional owner of this establishment. She cannot be more accommodating to her clients, even when I sometimes come in without booking in advance. If I cant find my color she would recommend alternatives. I highly recommend this place. The best in the area within 10 miles radius.

Tranquility is back open after Phase 2 of COVID lockdown and its as good as ever. Been coming here for 2+ years every 4 weeks, and they are consistently good, reliable, good value, etc. Some weird sites saying they are closed for good but NOT TRUE! They are open and Im so happy!

The nail technician did a good job. However, the environment is a lot darker so picking a color was more difficult. Also, aside from masks and gloves there were no other safety precautions taken: there were no dividers between technicians and customers. They did keep spaces between customers though and chairs were wiped down.

Love this spot! it has been my go to for the last few years. I always recommend tranquility to my friends. the staff there are all really nice and the customer service is top-notch. I am very particular about my nails so I usually show them a picture of what I want. I have always been happy with the results.

That being said, if you need quiet - they are happy to let you relax!This is one of the only salons where I felt that upgrading to a deluxe or supreme pedicure or manicure was worth it. They gave me a thorough scrub, mask, paraffin wax, hot towels, and a very long massage!!! Ill drive all the way from Renton to come here now..!!

Nails came out beautiful But I did pay 160$ I believe for a pedi and acrylic set loved the color but but my first nail FELL OFF IN THE NEXT day while opening my fridge door🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ did not even feel it come off 🥺 2nd nail came off by me pulling my pants up🤭🤫 now I did get them a lil shorter than sussual but I do get them longer normally anyway never ever have I paid and have them on for less than a week😒🙄

Went to this place for the first time today. It was very nice, and they had a good selection of polish colors. I got a basic mani/pedi, the woman young did my nails, and did a great job. Everyone that worked here were super nice, and the prices are fair. I dont get my nails done often, but Id go here again for sure.

I am so in love. I tried this place for the first time. I had been looking for a place to do my nails for a while that wouldnt absolutely tear them up and for a fair price I think Ive found it. I cant quite remember my nail techs name. But Im hoping I can get her again by the end of this week for a fill!!

Perhaps I was in the wrong establishment because I saw NONE of the 4-5 star service mentioned in the posts. I booked an appointment, arrived early and still had to wait as if I walked in from the street. I was eventually directed to a chair and James finally sauntered over and picked up my hand to begin removing my old gel polish. No hello or hi until he found me staring at him expectantly. He said hi, but immediately asked if he looked sober. WHAT?!? I shook my head in disbelief as he then asked if he looked suspicious. I asked if he were sober and he laughed. I could go on, but needless to say, he didnt perform my service. If that werent bad enough, they couldnt find the gel color I chose from the color wheel. I wanted a dark brown metallic and they offered a reddish-maroon flat color and said that it might or might not work because of my temperature. Ridiculous! Because I had an early meeting the following day, I stayed and told them to just to a French. First and last time going there.
