I honestly forgot name of the individual who assisted me but she was damn good!! She’s the front desk receptionist or the lady who receives the payment! Yes she! I was very surprised how she showed me around how to select my frame. I was very skeptical about my face layout but she did incredible. Her knowledge about products plus her truthfulness is best. She told me I look like grandma with a frame ( I am 30)… Truly valued her service.

The optometrist, his helper, and the eye glass specialist who helped me were all very friendly, pleasant, and super helpful. They had tons of fun and beautiful frames to choose from, and I left with two pairs that I am super happy with. I cannot give these guys enough praise for how nice of an experience it was. I will be returning, and this is going to be my goto place for eye care and frames going forward 🤓

Also, he is so personable in his dealing with his patients. He will be my eye doctor from now on!!

After looking through all of the optometrist and ophthalmologists in Bellevue, I decided to try out Bellevue Eye Specialists for my annual eye exam and I couldnt be happier with the decision.Three of the things that impressed me the most:1. Before I even talked to them about an appointment, I brought two pairs of glasses I had that needed frame adjustments (the frames were a bit bent out of shape), expecting to have to pay for the repairs, but their optician Diane fixed them for me for free, even though I didnt even buy them from their store.2. Every person I interacted with during my visit (optometrist, tech, optician, and front desk) was both friendly and professional, especially their tech Shannon, who was so careful to make sure everything was exactly correct.3. All of the other eye clinics I called had a wait of over a month before I could be seen, including the one I had been previously going to for years, but Bellevue Eye Specialists were able to get me an appointment that same week.Needleless to say, I plan on coming back to their location for next years annual exam too.

Dr Li, his wife and the entire staff comprise a team who collaborates together, each in their own area of expertise. My recent experience of cataract surgery was superior - and the surgery was delicate due to a previous eye surgery. Dr Li was the professional whom I trusted - and so well deserving of my trust. And they have beautiful glasses!!

I love the store! It’s very clean! They have the newest eye exam equipment available on the market which allowed me to have the choice of not dilating my eyes (my least favorite part) and taking a more accurate photo of my eye. It works well and I am very pleased with my exam.There are many selective choices of unique and trendy frames. Staff are professional. Diane, the licensed optician, is very knowledgeable. She helped me to pick a beautiful frame that perfectly fit me! I have been receiving so many good comments on my frames and how good I look in them. Will definitely go back!

I’ve been in many eyewear stores in the Seattle area, and Bellevue Eye Specialists is hands down my favorite with the best frames and service!They have a large selection of high quality frames with a wide range of brands and price point. The lens I got there is also very high quality that I noticed the difference the second I put my new glasses on. I’m so happy they are in Bellevue so I’ll never need to look anywhere else for glasses!P.S surprisingly, my kids also love going to the store ever since, because everyone was so nice and friendly!

Diane is the best optician to serve me yet. I was disappointed to find her gone when I went to my regular eye doctor for an exam. I heard she was working somewhere in Bellevue... It only took about 10+ phone calls to find her. Shes double the drive now and worth it!

I justs picked up the last 4 pairs of glasses that I recently ordered. I have worked with Diane Charles for almost 30 years and I follow her as she moves. She is now at Bellevue Eye Specialts and it is worth the trip. The shop is beautiful and oh so clean. Everyone is wonderful and friendly and you cant find anyone better to help you pick out your new glasses than Diane. The frames are fabulous and responsibly sourced.

The amount of professionalism shown at Bellevue Eye Specialists is outstanding. I was new to the Bellevue area and didn’t have an eye dr so I tried out a few on a Saturday to make an appointment. The only place that answered was Bellevue Eye Specialists. They didn’t have a time slot on that day but I was able to get in the following weekend. The dr was great at explaining what he was doing and helped answer all of my questions without hesitation. When it came time to order my new glasses, Diane was great at helping me find the perfect pair of frames and lenses. There were no hidden costs when I went through the ordering process, which is always good. My overall experience was so amazing here and I even bought an extra pair of frames and lenses with a perfect tint to use as sunglasses. They even gave me instructions on proper eye glass care from what not to use as a cleaner to the tricks to prevent damage to them and if there are ever any issues with the products in the future to just give them a call and they will try every avenue to rectify it and make it a painless situation. Throughout the process their aim for precision in my lenses was extreme, and produced a spectacular result. Have also gotten a pair there for my wife and two pairs for my daughter. I’m 47 and have been wearing glasses since my junior high years... so I’ve been to my share of optical shops over the years. These folks are legit.

The owner and the staff are very GREEDY. They tried to make fool out of us. The first time we went, we asked them to order a couple of frames to try different colors of a same model. But the owner charged us $30 as a security deposit NON-REFUNDABLE. She said it can be adjusted to future order if we order from this store else $30 is gone.Second time when we were ready to give the order, the owner suddenly increased the prices of the frames that we kept on hold. The staff is not knowledgeable. The owner seemed confused too when we asked her suggestion for lenses configuration. Later, after all drama, when we asked to hold/cancel the order for which we already paid the amount for frames+lenses, the staff said orders are sent to Laboratory. They can contact the lab only on Monday and can cancel the order only if Lab not started working on the order.This store plays Scam after Scam. Better to not to go to such stores where they just try to deceive the customers. The only positive thing is they were never disrespectful with us.

Bellevue Eye Specialists is an amazing eye clinic/optical. Dr. Li is an amazing Ophthalmologist and so professional. He will be able to help you with any needs or questions you have. The Optical is amazing and they have some of the most unique frames. You definitely have to stop by and look at the frames even if you dont have an eye exam! Last but not least the staff is AMAZING and super friendly, they always greet you as you walk through the door which makes me feel good cause there are not a lot of friendly people out there anymore. Another great thing is that they are open Saturdays! Thats amazing for a lot of us who work office hours M-F. I definitely recommend this clinic to everyone!

When Bellevue Eye Specialists opened, I had been looking for an optical shop that offered a variety of choices so I could find new glasses that suit my personal style. As I explored the shop, it didn’t disappoint! I was pleasantly surprised at the large selection of frames they offered and, to help me evaluate the options, the staff was very friendly and professional. I explained to Celina, the optician helping me, that I had bought a pair of prescription reading glasses at another shop several years ago, but had been very disappointed in the glasses. After that poor experience, I had been buying inexpensive over the counter reading glasses, but, with all the reading I needed to do for work, I needed an upgrade. She listened to my functional needs and the style that I preferred before selected several frames she thought would compliment me. The frames she picked out were spot on! After I narrowed down my choices, I finally selected a pair of beautiful, unique, and stylish XIT frames. Celina then educated me on my choices for lenses. I opted for the Premium AR Blue upgrade due to how I planned to use my glasses. When the glasses arrived, I tried them on and I was amazed with how much better I could see! I have had them for a week and have been receiving compliments on how stylish there are. I love my beautiful new glasses and would highly recommend checking out the shop if you are looking for a new pair of glasses

My experience purchasing glasses at Bellevue Eye Special top notch--amazing service and such a cute store! They have such a wide variety of glasses from unique designers that I learned had been hand-picked by the staff. The optician, Celina, was beyond helpful and patient, as she spent a long time with me trying on numerous pairs to find the perfect glasses just for me. They took special care to measure/size my eyes so the glasses fit perfectly to my face and maximize my visual field while wearing the glasses, something I hadnt experienced before. They made the process of going through my vision insurance extremely easy, and they kept me updated on when my glasses would and have arrived. Now that I have the new pair, I absolutely love them. Even better is that they are part of the brand 141, which gives a pair of glasses to someone in need for every pair that is bought. So happy I decided to shop here, and I will have to come back for my next pair.

This place is the cutest eyewear boutique in the area. The shop carries brands that are unique and edgy. I had my eye exam done here. The doctor and optometrist are both very professional and friendly. The exam was very thorough. A staff named Selina helped pick some lovely frames for me to choose. She’s very good at noticing details and matching the eyewear with my style/accessories. She has a keen eye for picking the cutest eyewear frames. Recommend to call and make appointment for eye exam. And bring the glasses and contact lenses you’re currently using. During the test, you will be provided with pupils dilation drops and your vision will be blurry and afraid of light for the next couple hours. So plan your schedule accordingly, make sure to have a short window to rest your eyes. Overall, a 5 star experience about this place.

Bellevue Eye Specialists has an amazing selection of frames for everyone. As a gamer, I appreciate the modern blue light blocker and Relaxor Anti-Fatique technology embedded directly into the lens. This technology helps block out more blue light (~90%), allowing me to play longer with no eye strain or discomfort for more hours. The Bluezero and Relaxor technology cost about the same as less efficient blue light blockers I have tried (most blue light blockers I used only block about 30-40% and wear off after 1-2 years). Since not many optical and gaming companies implement this new technology at such an affordable price point, I am extremely pleased with the quality I got for the price.Additionally, unlike most blue light blockers currently on the market, I can choose to have clear lens instead of yellow lens for everyday use when I am at school.

I must have gotten the beginning Eye Doc (or was he an intern?) for my eye exam appointment. When I went in the Doc and his assistant fumbled around with the equipment... not seeming very familiar with how it worked.When I asked for my prescription they front desk people couldnt figure out how to print it out... so after several minutes and several trys they had the Doc come out and after several attempts he finally figured it out.I took the prescription to COSTCO and the first thing they said was that it was missing critical infomation, (one of the boxes was marked 0 and apparently it couldnt be zero related to the number in another box)So COSTCO called them and the Doc said the 0 s/b 1.5 (or something like that)....Costco made the glasses but I cant see as well with them as I can thru my old prescription. Either the Doc or COSTCO screwed up.... from everthing that happened Im guessing it was the unprofessional Doc.I know I can go back within 90 days to get my eys re-checked by them and get a new (hopefully accurate) prescription but it was such an unprofessional debacle Im not giving them a second chance.
