Ive been going to Dr Stacey for 15 yrs now and enjoy the experience as much as you can enjoy going to the dentist. 😊 Wait times arent that long and youre in and out before you know it. His son, AJ, is in practice with him now and does a great job too.

I scheduled an appointment here after having an awful experience at Summit Dental. Dr. Stacey and his staff are amazing. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me in detail and even checked if my insurance would cover certain procedures.I mean, it hurt to get my tartar removed, but that’s my fault for not going to the dentist often. I’ll definitely start going regularly now.Thank you to everyone at Stacey Family Dental for making my visit excellent after such an awful experience at another office!Please go here first, I highly recommend it.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Stacey’s practice for 6+ years. The staff is amazing always gets me in when I needed it. Recently my son had an accident after being referred to everyone in town. From my experience I thought well... Dr. Stacey has done similar work for me. They were able to get my son in very quickly did a reconstruction on his took right there and then! My son was ecstatic and I am extremely happy to see my son’s beautiful smile 😊

Was going to wait for my pre-approval for an occlusal gaurd. Dr Stacey convinced me to just go ahead despite me saying a couple times that Ill wait to see what insurance covers. Insurance didnt cover ANY OF IT. Guess what? I was sent to collections for $500+ for their shortcuts. Shame on me.

I came to Dr. Stacey after having gone a significant time without any dental work due to anxiety. The girls in the office and Dr Stacey made me feel comfortable and didnt judge me at all. I went back today for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I was terrified but they did everything in their power to help minimize my anxiety and discomfort. They numbed me well and completed a filling and removed the wisdom teeth I had. I was in and out of the office in less than a half hour and hardly have any pain post extraction. He worked quickly and efficiently. We will come back again!

Treated my friend extremely poorly!!! Extremely rude and even aggressive! Never ever would recommend! Just because you’re a dentist doesn’t mean you can treat people so disgusting!Horrible customer service! Not knowledgeable in how to treat humans nicely and with respect!

Dr. Stacey and all of his staff are so great and professional. I have had to have ALOT of dental work done and they are always so good to me and getting me in when I need to be seen. I highly recommend this office.

Everything Ive had done at his office has had to be redone. my 5 year old needed a filling and he didnt use any numbing shots! I will never go back!

I had wisdom teeth removed all 4 together he worked fast but felt the last extraction 100%. Even after telling him I was having pain he was angry and was very rude I felt like I was treated like an animal I never went back to Dr Richard Stacey

Went to a lot of dentists, but couldnt find a dentist who was receptive to doing the care in the order I want, until I went to Dr. Staceys office. Great work, and he gets it done quick. I have had multiple crowns and fillings done, and they all look/feel great!

I moved from Ohio several months ago and had not seen a dentist for 7 years. I broke a tooth and was able to get in the first time within 2 days. My stress level was through the roof for the expense and fear of not getting numbed. It took two shots but good to go. They were extremely compassionate and I felt the cost was quite reasonable. He only did what needed done to control expense and after done, he showed me the xray and the areas that still needed filled.He did not shame me for poor dental care or insist on doing more. Today I returned with zero anxiety which shocked me. He filled the two small ones and took xray of the other side and it showed no decay. We talked about the importance of cleaning at least annually. He said my flossing, brushing, and mouth rinse care had done well considering my meds dry my mouth and no dental care in 7 years.I found the office staff to be professional and kind, and Dr Stacey to truly love caring for his patients and he shows you everything. I know each person has their own experience and this was mine that I dont share reviews lightly.

Friend of mine went to get tooth fixed and doc fixed the wrong tooth. My friend went back to address the issue with the doc, doc got mad and became aggressive with her, tried to snatch dental bib off from around her neck and told her if she didnt like the service to go elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

Super incredible staff, quick and efficient, while also insuring your comfort. I have a fear of the dentist and got all four wisdoms yanked and couldnt be happier. Also, not having insurance, it is very affordable. Thank you, Dr. Stacey and everyone else!

Would not recommend, Stacey works too fast and is very rough on your mouth. He did a root canal in 30 minutes and I was swollen and in pain for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks.

If I could give a zero I would. Richard is the most rude and disrespectful dentist. He was numbing me for a wisdom teeth removal, didn’t numb me correctly so I felt it. Then he gave me another shot, but it went into my nerve and so now I have nerve damage. My whole face was numb and I could not move it for a couple days. I had cried and he told me to be quiet because there are children in the other rooms that could hear me. I couldn’t see by the end of the procedure and they didn’t ask if I was okay, just that I should go. Would not recommend to anyone.

Dr. Stacey is a great dentist and has always done exceptional work from extractions to root canal and a crown the man did a phenomenal job with minimal pain. And would recommend him to any all aqquantinces of mine.

I was looking for a new dentist. I asked a couple of friends, but instead of getting a recommendation I was told who NOT to go to in Bellevue! They both told me to stay away from STACEY FAMILY DENTAL! Of course I needed to know why. Both of these friends went through three root canals, which were all done incorrectly! One of the friends said that she told him after the third time if she received a bill she said good luck trying to collect. She never received a bill. Both friends said that they had to find another dentist to FIX the DAMAGE he did. The other thing that they both described about their horrible experiences was the way Dr. Stacey operates in the office. He rushes around working on multiple patients all at the same time. His attitude appears to be GIT ER DONE as fast as he can. Probably the best tale from someone I know is when their daughter needed to have wisdom teeth pulled and he SUTURED the childs gum to her cheek! Another great example of GIT ER DONE as fast as you can! In order to post this I had to give him 1 Star which this dentist doesnt deserve!

Evidently different people have different experiences. I like Dr. Stacey because he has never tried to upsell me on stuff I dont need done. Post-military I went to several dentists who really wanted to beautify my functional teeth. He never has.

All my life Ive been scared. Of dentists. Dr. Richard Stacey the best there is. From two ladys withkind smile @ front desk,to rest of team. ***** Dr. Stacy respect, give you good amount of numbing medicine before he even starts. He a care man and I just had oral surgery there today. My whole family goes to him. Love the small town feelings. He even gives out home # wow! Nobody else does. Thanks Doc. Love you all. If I could give them negative stars or none at all I totally would. I used to see dr stacey when i was younger but I went back in on September 14 because I couldnt get into my current office until October.. i was having horrible pain from a tooth and pain when anything tapped said tooth, I knew I needed a root canal as ive had a couple done before and delt with this pain before (but it was a little worse this time), well I went in told them what i thought and they did a couple xrays and claimed they didnt see a dying tooth or any infection of any sort so he fixed a couple cavitys I had thinking that was what the problem was. The second he started giving me the shots I knew something was horribly wrong it was WAY to painful And my face felt bigger than it should but I decided to trust him.. Not to mention he drilled on the tooth needing the root canal!! They then schudled me for the following tuesday to fill a couple more cavitys. Afterwards I went home thinking that maybe he was right and it was just the cavitys. But once the shots started wearing off and my face swelling didnt go down I started freaking out. It was that same friday around 8pm that I decided to go to the urgent care because the pain was too much, they ended up prescribing amoxicilion for possible infection and said to get back into the dentist asap. The next day (Saturday September 15) I called the office because they happened to be open that Saturday and explained what was going on and tried to get in that day and the front desk lady LITERALLY told me its not there problem because there booked for the day, not an emergency dentist and closing at 12 I called right when they opened!) This of course made me start to get upset and cry cause I was in alot of pain and ibuprofen wasnt working (hurt to talk or move mouth at all) so my boyfriend got on the phone and talked to her and was getting mad because she kept saying it wasnt their problem and that if he wanted to be rude shell cancel my tuesday appointment like what???!!! i ended up finding a emergency dental place the same day and went to them ( they had me call stacey first because they started the work. They wernt going to see me at first because of that. Until I told them how they acted on the phone to me) he prescribed me anti inflammation pills and said to continue the amoxicilin and to try and get to stacey sooner than my tuesday appointment So on monday September 17 I called when they opened and they told me -and I quote dr stacey had decided that you need to see another office and wont see you because of the incident on Saturday INCIDENT REALLY?? I went to southroads dental(highly recomend!) I ended up having to get a root canal and a giant abesses cut and drained because it spread when he gave me the shot DIRECTLY into the abesses and im still not done with the root canal or abesses as they couldnt finish the root canal until the infection is gone and the cut they did to drain the puss just healed and now its filling with fluid AGAIN. So I have another appointment tomorrow (Saturday the 21) to cut it open again andf possibly a tube to help drainage not to mention the appointment I already had Thursday (September 27) to finish the root canal and cap it. I will NEVER go to stacey EVER again AND I will be DAMN SURE to let everyone know how horrible this office, dentist,and staff treats its patients.

Most awful dentist i have ever been to. Made me pay for a crown i never had. Was working to fast broke my tooth and made me pay for it. Went there about a month ago and my porcelain tooth fell out wich actually is not porcelain, i would never ask anyone to go here. Prices are outrageously ridiculous for stuff that is not worth youre time. Please find someone better. Youre welcome in advance.

I would never recommend going here even for miner things like a cleaning, Dr Stacy is very rude to his employees degrading them constantly, he has a bad bed side manner and the worst part is he does not seem to be able to do his job as the other reviews have also stated every time my children or myself have had work done it was done wrong, broke off, not smoothed, uneven, large gaps left where they shouldnt be! and you will constantly have to go back in to get charged for him to fix his own mistakes.

Do yourself a favor and find a different dentist. Dr. Stacey wouldnt do the work I wanted done that my insurance would pay for he only wanted to do much more expensive work that Id have to pay for out of pocket. One of his dental assistants also put a spacer in my sons mouth and left the wire on it about three times to long so it tore a very painful hole inside my sons cheek the size of a nickel before I could get him back in for them to fix the mistake. Instead of apologizing to my son for the mistake the dental assistant that installed it just tried to make excuses saying It wasnt like that when he left the wire didnt get longer after my son had left the office, very unprofessional.

My teeth are terrible and I had many bad ones and panic and anxiety but Dr Stacey numb everything and got them all taken care of ...best dentist experience I have had ....thanks to nurse and Dr Stacey ...only place I will go from now on
