The best dental experience I’ve ever had! I’ve been in Dr. Xu’s hand for over a year and he is so professional and compassionate.Also every staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially Vivian. She always accommodates to my personal needs and gives me the greatest help she can.

My experience with this dental office has been very pleasant. Just in this year, I have had an emergency procedure, a few routine procedures and treatments, and last-minute changes due to unexpected circumstances, all were handled smoothly and with respect. Just today because of a car problem, I was late by 30 minutes; Vivian replied to my last-minute apologetic text message with sure, drive safely, and then worked around the messed up schedule to still provide the care I required. The whole staff has been friendly, energetic, and easy to work with. Without a doubt Ill keep going to Dr Xus office for my dental needs.

Bellevue Implant and Cosmetic Dentistry has amazing service. The front office staff are always available over the phone and answered all of my questions and were very informative. The office is clean and their technology and equipment are modern and effective. My wife and I got several cavities fixed and the dentists were were gentle and quick. Definitely bringing the rest of my family here!

I have been seeing Dr Xu for more than three years. Dr Xu is an honest and professional dentist. He has always been patient in answering my questions whenever I asked. His staff is very friendly. The environment is clean & makes patients comfortable. I highly recommend Dr Xu as an excellent dentist.

The receptionist(Vivian) is SUPER rude. Once I injured my back and couldnt make it to the appointment. I texted her and she said YOU CAN STILL OPEN YOUR MOUTH DO YOU? If you want to cancel the appointment, there is a penalty. You locked 2 hours with us and now you are mess up our schedule. They just dont care about you at all. Eventually, I went there with so much pain for their benefit. If you are a masochistic, this is a wonderful place for you.

My entirely family comes here. All the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, highly recommend to everyone!

My son is doing his braces here, and the doctor has been great. always flexible to get us in when it works for us, and has been friendly and explains how it will work for my son.

Dr. Xu and Patty are just excellent! The relaxed atmosphere put me at ease and I was so nervous and it was a great relief to experience such precision work that my extraction and post were literally done in minutes with time to spare for an excellent cleaning with Julie. I highly recommend Dr. Xu and his terrific team!

This was our first time visiting Dr. Xus dentistry and we are very impressed with Dr. Xus professionalism and great skill. He has done filling for my daughter and myself. My 13 year daughter commented it was a easy and smooth process.Since we need to pay for our co-insurance, we found out the cost is very affordable compared to other dentistry and there is no hidden fee.I would highly recommend Dr. Xu and he will be our dentist for our family going forward!PS. The facility is equipped with high end new equipment and offers very pleasant atmosphere.

The office staff is rude dont bother calling them because they treat you like garbage. I spoke with a representative of Vivian and she was very rude and nasty. I will for sure take my business elsewhere

What a friendly and calming environment! The pleasant music and friendly receptionist made me feel welcome and AT EASE the moment that I entered for my initial consultation. The doctor and staff were efficient, attentive, and informative for my xrays and reviews.After discussing options, I felt good about moving forward with implants and two crowns.What a great touch!! I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Zan Xu. I have significant dental challenges. Dr. Xan answers all my questions about the ins and outs of everything were doing. He doesnt make me feel rushed or that Im bothering him by asking. Thank you Dr. Xan!2. Vivian (office manager) cares about me having a good experience at the office. Shes been encouraging and supportive. Thank you Vivian!3. Patty (Dental Assistant) and Jamie (Dental Hygienist) are very knowledgeable about their jobs. Patty helps explain things to me and Jamie has a good eye to notice issues when shes cleaning my teeth. I feel like Im visiting with friends when I see them. And they were reassuring about all my procedures in the last year. Phew! Thank you Patty and Jamie!!!4. I can get everything taken care of at this one office - checkups, cleanings, implants, root canals, extractions, fillings, etc.5. Theyre using high tech stuff. I had four fillings in one sitting that didnt require anesthetic because Dr. Xan used a laser. The laser gets part of the decay out, and it numbs the tooth at the same time. Then Dr. Xan was able to use a drill to get more of the decay out. One of the cavities was near a nerve, but it wasnt a problem.I also havent needed an impression for my teeth in a number of years so I was expecting a tray with all that goop in it to get the impression, but they used some digital thing that was much easier.6. I trust Dr Xan. He made me feel comfortable that he had taken into account all the ifs ands or buts about the process. I could tell he knew what he was talking about and what his limits are. As I mentioned earlier, I ask a lot of questions and Dr Xan was able to discuss his thought process the whole time. It made sense to me and I appreciated that very much.7. Dr Xan works quickly, but is not rushed.Things I dont like:Nothing.Overall - a wonderful dental experience. Over the last several months Ive had the pleasure of working with Dr. Zan. Ive had dental work all over the spectrum with implants (with extraction), fillings, a root canal, etc... Ive ever had a cleaning there. Every time I go, Dr. Zan and the staff always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. All procedures are very clear and nothing more than whats needed. I went to a dentist before that quoted much more than I needed and Dr. Zan went out of his way to show why they were wrong and pointed out the spots that really needed help.As far as the work goes, its fast really fast. I had about 4-5 cavities numbed, drilled and filled in about an hour. I recommended my roommate and he had a very similar experience. For more advanced procedures you can get an IV sedation as well. The way Dr. Zan works is aiming for perfection. The timing for your bone to heal, the impressions were done twice to make sure, everything. It was all done strategically so that nothing would go wrong requiring more procedures. He also wont let you make any dumb decision that could influence the healing process. Trust me I tried, when youre waiting that long your brain wants to go crazy and rush things. I even had to have part of my gum opened up to install a healing cap (3 months later), and it was all done so well that no stitches were required.I highly recommend Dr. Zan and his staff more than any other dentist Ive ever been too. Ive always been welcomed and felt comfortable there. And this is coming from someone who has a fear of going to the dentist. Whats crazy is that with all the good stuff, his prices are remarkably low. He works with you and your insurance so that your out of pocket price is super low if no cost to you. I dont know how I found this place but Im never leaving, I recommend everyone else doing the same.
