DBT Eastside is an incredible organization with even more incredible people operating it. If you are looking to feel seen, heard and valued I highly suggest checking them out. There is no shame or judgement involved in their care ((even when you are just calling to figure out how to make an appointment)) which takes a lot of the fear/hesitancy out of seeking help. I am truly thankful for them!

The services were poor quality with a minimal focus on actual DBT practices. I tried to give it a shot but was baffled by how they ran their practice. I ended up canceling services but was charged $400 for canceling!?! It amazes me that they can even get away with that! I came here because I needed help and now I am worse off because of them. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

They have a you pay us money if you cancel within the last 48 hours policy, but they themselves just willy-nilly no-show on appointments and do not even have the decency to let the patient know in advance that they cant keep the appointment.Very unprofessional.

I am a big believer in DBT Eastside! Our experience working with therapists one on one, as well as the group sessions is far beyond what I have come to expect from therapists. Ive previously gone to therapy on my own and have taken my child to different therapists over the years. Mary Erickson and Michael Savage are my new go to referral when people ask me for help finding a therapy program. Very professional, knowledgeable, kind, responsive and insightful. I wish I could give six stars!

Very grateful to have found DBT Eastside for both my husband and I and our teen. Through the peer groups and individual counseling they teach invaluable life skills. Mary Erickson and Melissa Galvez have been professional, compassionate and bring a grounding influence to us all.
