Dr Ornelas is the best really patient and professional, he take care of my issue and i really recommend him, he is open to answer all your dental questions. Also the front desk and staff is really friendly and they take care of you.

So far, so good.They currently dont have any hygienists, so Dr. O does the cleanings himself. He is efficient, competent, pleasant, and a great communicator. Its a new clinic, so everything is digital and top-of-the-line.Ill definitely go there again.

As a patient, it is not my duty to sign on for procedures that provide the highest profit for the dentist, nor is it my duty to swallow my personal needs and preferences so that the dentist can go about his business in his preferred manner. It actually is the providers responsibility to work within the boundaries of patient autonomy, even if this makes the task more difficult. During my treatment I had to mentally dissociate from the event in order to get through what needed doing. Dr. Ornelas was rude to the point of being downright negligent in patient care. It is fair to say he behaved like a petulant child: never saying hello, slamming his instruments around on the tray and sighing heavily throughout the procedure, exiting the room without discussing what had been done or may still need doing, and acting extremely put out to make adjustments that would allow a comfortable permanent bite for the patient, never giving any verbal indication as to his professional opinion of the state of healing of previous procedures despite being my primary care dentist, ... the list goes on ... to the point I even verbalized from the dentists chair that there was no need to do the procedure today, if it wasnt going well. What is sad is that I know from prior experience he can be very polite and attentive when he doesnt feel inconvenienced by the patients personal preferences or put out by their decision not to have a costly procedure. After my first encounter with him, I was prepared to leave him a 5 star review. Each subsequent visit has been worse, and after today theres no further room for the benefit of the doubt. Heres hoping he decides to bring his personal affect up to where the rest of his skills are 100% of the time. He has the potential to be a truly outstanding provider. The rest of the staff have all been nothing but polite, kind, and highly skilled. I hope that I remain an anomaly in the way I was treated today.

The Front desk was super nice and helpful, and my nurse Inna was very kind and fantastic at her job, she was very considerate and always told what we were doing, she’s very cool. Love this dentistry would 10/10 go again

I had a chipped tooth and they fixed me up! I was also nervous about getting numbing with tooth work done but after working with Dr. Chehab I was good. They numb your gums with gel before sticking that needle in there...that was the cherry 🍒 on top for me. Lol Ive had all smooth procedures so far.

By far my favorite dental practice Ive been to in years. Dr. O. is phenomenal at what he does and is an amazing communicator/educator on top of it. Would highly recommend if youre looking for a great dentist.

I had a dental appointment today and went in very nervous. Ive had bad experiences elsewhere in the past. This staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable! From the laughing gas, to a warm blanket, the care was outstanding.Dr. Ornales was very kind, showed concern and compassion. He was extremely gentle and eased my fears.I am going back next week for more work and feel no hesitation about returning.The office is clean, new and modern. Everyone was extremely nice, courteous and professional.I highly recommend this office!

Dr. O and his amazing team have renewed my confidence with dentistry. His entire team exudes professionalism and kindness. The moment you walk in, the wonderful Simon greets you and gets all the paperwork sorted. Next, ChinJu the dental hygienist takes you in for X-rays and an initial exam. She is so thorough and incredible! I normally hate having X-rays taken, but she did them all quickly and painlessly. And of course, Dr. O was no different from his team. It was a quick, pain-free trip to the dentist. Best dentist I’ve had in well over a decade. If you are looking for a dentist for life, or even just a one time visit, this is the place to go!

I moved a few years back, and I needed to find a new dentist office, so happy I found BMD, they have replaced 3 crowns over the last 2 years with the newer modern technology ( making a new tooth / crown same day) how cool is that! The professional care is top notch, putting in the time make sure the fit and bite are perfect... my overall dental health has never been better.Highly recommend them!

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience in this place was so great, and here’s why:1) I always hated doing fillings, but this time it was so smooth and very gentle. Also to add they seemed very organized with my data which made me feel great (maybe because I’m an engineer)2) with the numbness, I wasn’t able to know if the filling was high or not. The doctor offered I come back the next day to fix it exactly how I like it (like I didn’t have a filling)3) I’m typically very busy, but these people were very flexible with time. My appointment was late at night, and stayed with me even after the closed.4) Overall hospitality was also amazing.

Fantastic dental office. The front office staff was brilliant, the environment was welcoming and comfortable. The dental assistant Chin Ju was so informative and helped so much during the procedure. This place is the true definition of quality service. As a small business owner, I cant turn off the parts of me that evaluate a business and how they treat their customers. With that said, Bellevue Modern Dentistry exceeded my expectations in every way.You can tell Melissa truly cares for people and it may be why you feel so well taken cared for. Dr. Ornelas is also very patient and receptive. I may have asked 16 questions before he performed my crown and he took the time to answer each of them in detail. I also love that after I confirmed my bite was good and he put all the tools away, he pressed me to make sure I felt 100% great about my bite. Truth was, I thought it felt a little different and he got all the tools back out and happily went back into shaping the tooth until it felt perfect. Going this extra mile tells me everything I need to know about a professional.Youll be in good hands.

I had an emergency situation with one of my molars that never fully grew, where the gums got irritated and I couldn’t sleep or eat. It was so incredibly painful, and I was able to get in right away on a Friday afternoon as a new patient, and Dr. Ornelas was so helpful and kind! He prescribed me a special rinse and antibiotics and the pain went away very quickly. The whole office is kept very clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly and professional. Thanks, Dr. Ornelas!! Definitely grateful that I didn’t have to suffer over the weekend, and I would recommend him 100%.

More importantly, it is also maintained with the utmost cleanliness, as well as precautionary measures, to assure the environment is as safe as possible for visits during COVID-19.Melissa and Jaime are both really friendly and sincere. I felt invited as soon as I walked in for my first check in, and the process was super quick and easy. The X-rays are barely uncomfortable, nothing close to what most of us are used to.Dr. Ornelas’s procedures are incredibly thorough, yet impressively gentle. Both my check up and periodontal cleaning were honestly painless. The results were fantastic; I could really feel the difference. He is also completely genuine, informative, and patient. I was encouraged to ask any questions I may have, and he really took the time to answer each of them in a truly supportive manner. I have a much clearer understanding of what I need to do, to not just maintain, but also gradually improve my dental health going forward.On top of all that, they even hooked me up with the coolest dental care package.I’ve fallen in love with this place enough to stop saying “the dentist” and start saying “my dentist”. When I saw Dr. Ornelas and we talked about my dental care, he offered his knowledge and advice as well as bringing in his personal experiences with dental care into the mix. I felt as though I saw my dentist as an equal and he truly listened to my concerns as a patient because he understood and had similar experiences. Bellevue Modern Dentistry it was absolutely fantastic. They got me in without an appointment on the morning of a dental emergency. Another thing I greatly appreciated is I am very difficult to get numb and usually dental procedures are painful. They were able to get me numb successfully and the procedure did not hurt at all. I am very grateful and they will see me again as a patient.

Im an anxious dental client and I dont mind coming here at all! Its such a relief with everything else to worry about, to not have to worry about your teeth/dental visits. I was having tooth pain for months and two other dentists told me I needed a root canal - Dr. Ornelas asked questions, listened, and then in less than 5 minutes fixed it! No shots, no surgery, and actually he didnt even charge me. Hes super knowledgeable, patient, and clearly doesnt try to sell you things you dont need. Im so glad I kept looking for the right dentist and finally this place!
