Great experience. I was 10 mins before the scheduled meeting. No delay. Got prescription with in 5 mins after test. Receptionist explained the bill.

Got the eye checkup done from here. The doctor put the light in the eyes and it hurted way too much. An experienced doctor will put the light in a way that it doesnt hurt much. Then she laughed when it was paining. Stupid experience.

The anti-reflection coating added without asking me and then added 35 usd to bill. When i complained the response was not very friendly we can send it back and you can get it in 7 days. As i had to travel urgently i end up paying. I feel its not a customer friendly and also not a very good business practice. I will go somewhere else from next time

The appointment was at 2.30 pm but they told me to sit the appointment was late for 30 min
