I have known Behm for over 15 years. He was into fitness and personal training at a young age so the passion has never left. It was exciting to find out he opened his own PT facility. Knowing that if I ever had an issue I could trust and count on him. He’s been working on my pec now for about 6 weeks and we have made great steps. Behm muscle and joint is our go to place for our spinal needs. I would get migraines frequently, but after seeing Dr. Adam for a combination of chiropractic, dry needling, and ART, I suffer from them a whole lot less. S it silly to think you never really knew you needed a certain kind of care until you actually experienced it? Well, thats pretty much what happened after I started seeing Dr. Adam at Behm Muscle and Joint clinic. My sister and brother in law have been seeing Dr. Adam for awhile and now that I have insurance that covers chiropractic care I felt like I had nothing to lose when I was thinking about chiropractic care.Setting up an appointement and filling out the necessary paperwork was a breeze. The clinic website has it set up where you can fill out most of the information online and I think I may have had to sign a few things when I got there but I honestly dont remember because once I started seeing him my muscle pain went away. He starts out asking you a few questions and then determines what the best way to treat you is. At Behm Muscle & Joint I have now had my back adjusted, learned new stretches to help my shoulders and back, had dry needling done and he even scraped my muscles with this medal instrument that looks painful but it wasnt that bad.I love that Dr. Adam goes beyond just adjusting your back, he gives me exercises and stretches to do at home, reminds me how much water I need to drink every day and is always checking in to make sure Im not feeling pain during my appointment. I have recommended him to one of my friends as well and I know she is finally feeling relief.Dr. Adam and his staff are friendly and welcoming. I dont leave reviews but I felt compelled to discuss my experience with Behm Chiropractic. This place is exactly what I needed. Adam is very knowledgeable and is there to help aid you in your return to activity. Specific goals and exercises to perform outside of the office. Ive been very satisfied with not only the results of my treatment but the more modern approach to my knee pain.

Adam is great! He’s more concerned about treating the cause of your issues instead of the issue itself so you have longer term relief instead of needing month after month work for short term help.

So this was my first time at a chiropractor and it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had and the most helpful. I knew I needed to get my back checked out after a month of pain that wasn’t getting better. He was able to quickly figure out what was going on with me, explained it to me, and adjusted me accordingly. He was understanding of me opting out of dry needling but was still able to get the job done. Roughly an hour or so after the appointment i felt relief in my lower back. Super grateful.

The people at Behm Muscle & Joint Clinic are very professional and friendly. Dr. Behm really does his best to make sure you feel comfortable with what you are doing and is very knowledgeable. I have suffered back pain and sciatica for years on and off. I travel with work which recently brought me to Bellevue, NE, during which I experienced debilitating hip and leg pain. None of the stretches I had used previously brought me any relief. Behm asked a series of questions, and after gathering the information he needed administered a series of new stretches. Long story short, in a 30 minute office visit he completely relieved my pain. My first EVER chiropractic experience was with Dr Behm, about a month ago. I was extremely nervous. However Dr. Behm put me at ease immediately. He IS warm, caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail, he used models to show me what my injury was and even drew me pictures.
