Patricia A. Oppenheim, PhD is a very experienced doctor. She is a integrity and nice to Asian doctor. I love her professional service. We will satisfy with her. She is very friendly to my Asian daughter. After the evaluation test she explained us a a very details report and suggestions.

Stay away from Patricia Oppenheim. I felt she was really biased against our race (we are Asian) and socio economical status and negatively tested our daughter on her IQ test for Open Window school gifted program admission despite the fact that my daughter is really bright and brilliant. A rude , unkind and biased person cannot be a good service provider regardless what services you are looking for. Do yourself a favor and find someone else! I really regret going to Patricia Oppenheim for the IQ test as you can only test once a year. Open Windows gifted program should remove her name from their list of approved Tester unless she goes through some courses on ethics to leave any biases and understand knowledge is not intelligence
