Sara Rice is by far the most unprofessional and unresponsive lawyer I have dealt with to date. She can not be bothered to show up in your or make phone calls to say she wouldn’t be there. Mrs Dabler was the mediator for a child custody case between my ex boyfriend and myself she ignored my wishes and gave my ex who is not paying for a attorney legal advice. Went as far as to ask him what legal questions he had and continued to answer them when in asked her why she was giving him legal advice she became rude in my point of view. She completely ignored my parenting plan and was very biased and took my ex’s side on everything. She did not help she ended our sessions a hour early every time and ran with a agreement I didn’t agree to both times I wouldn’t recommend heather to be used as a mediator for anyone’s case especially if the other party has no lawyer and you do. She’ll give them every thing they need to make it harder for yourself.

She always responds to your questions in a timely fashion and her staff is the one the best, they reply quickly and just a joy to work with. Heather Dabler: Worst attorney I have ever known. Took a slam dunk case and lost. Put in no effort and did not care about her client. Just ran up the bill. Took two years to get a court date. More dates more money. In the end through her client under the bus.

What a lot of litigants dont realize is that the best family attorneys maintain good relationships with other family attorneys, the judges, and court staff. Let me just say that Caitlin Embrich is fantastic! Shes very personable, says what she means, means what she says, and does what it takes to get the job done. She was respectful and mindful of my desires throughout the course of my legal separation and divorce and never made me feel that she was putting her bottom line above my desired outcome. My situation could have been quite ugly and could have generated a lot of revenue for Caitlin and left me and my ex-wife with tens of thousands in legal fees, but instead we took the high road at all times and even forfeited a lot of little battles so that we could ultimately win the war...and the war is the health and sanity of my three small children. Life goes on, and Caitlin Embrich helped me get on with my life as quickly and easily as I could have ever imagined.

If you are looking for a divorce lawyer who charges more than twice as much as a fairly straightforward divorce should cost, who provides poor to non-existent legal counsel, who is non-responsive to repeated questions/inquires (until you finally send an email indicating you are upset that you haven’t received a response), who repeats hearsay from your legal adversary back to you as if it were fact, and who takes months and months (and months!) to complete tasks that should take a few weeks - then this is the lawyer for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere. Oh yeah.... if you complain about the service (no matter how legitimate) expect to be personally attacked.
