My 5 year old had her first filling appointment yesterday with Dr. Scott and I think I was more nervous than her! Dr. Scott was great with her and with me and turned out to be very quick although he gave me fair enough warning that things may get hairy. Very friendly staff and also very accommodating. Thank you for making my daughter love going to the dentist!

I don’t have the greatest insurance, but am happy when I find great doctors and dentists that accept it. I’m thrilled to have found Belleville Pediatric Dentistry. ALL of the staff that attended to us yesterday were beyond lovely, from front desk to dentist ♥️. This was my children’s first visit, but we will surely be returning. A little extra acknowledgment to the from desk. Because of my schedule changing, I had to call them a several times to check for different appointment times, and each time I was treated kindly, patiently and professionally ♥️

My 3 year old daughters first experience at the dentist (a different one) didnt go so great. So we were nervous going into her second appointment. Our experience at Belleville Pediatric Dentistry couldnt have gone better. The entire staff was helpful and did an amazing job of putting her at ease. Couldnt be happier with how things went.

Took my 4 year old here after having a bad experience at another dentist that left me unsettled and my daughter still in pain .. found this gem and my daughter was actually comfortable and at ease, he was easy to talk to and explained everything! We go next week to have a tooth removed, I am so much more at ease knowing we found help!

We can’t say enough about the entire staff at Belleville pediatric dentist, they all go above and beyond to make the kids feel comfortable. Not only the staff is very friendly and welcoming but being able to be in and out with a toddler is a blessing. The office is very child friendly both of my daughter (2 and 11) actually looks forward going to the dentist.

Been coming here for about 8 years with my son and he loves it. It is always a great experience, and I was worried about my 1 year old but after seeing his brother getting checked up, he sat down and the dentist showed him everything and helped him to feel comfortable. His first visit went amazing! The dentist calls you back if you have an emergency and will come into the office if needed. I recommend this office to friends and family.

I have been taking my son there for 3 years now and I’m never disappointed. I like the location, I like the staff and the dentist Kim was wonderful. Kim is no longer there but my husband said the new dentist is very nice. We never wait too long and my son loves going there because he gets to play with the toys they have available. Can’t wait to meet them on the next check up.

They were amazing from beginning to end; everybody from the receptionist to the dental assistants to the dentist. I was running late with my 3 kids & of course I missed my appointment time I called to rescuedule & they letMe come a 15 minutes late which was amazing!! They were thorough and patient with my 11 year old my 3 year old & my 1 year old. My 3 year old has a sensory processing disorder so shes very On edge they treated her with love & patience! They are the best dentist around!!! Id give a 10 star if I could!! Ty Belleville kids dental :)

Dr. Vivian is now at the practice and seems very patient , kind and was attentive as well! I will continue to bring my child to this location.

Belleville pediatric Dentistry is very clean. I love how organized and the staff is friendly and very professional. The Doctor is caring and show genuine concern for all of my kids and gave them tips and tools to keep their teeth healthy until their next visit. There is plenty of parking so no need to look for parking on the street. I appreciate the speedy services and also the convenient text messages I received to remind me of my children appointments.

Dr Scott and his assistant were absolutely amazing with my 2 1/2 yr old the other day. I was ready for my son to have a complete meltdown but their phenomenal bedside manner had an amazing affect and he cooperated completely

I had an appointment at 3:30pm and I arrived couple of minutes late, the doctor wasn’t able to care my kids. But yet there was another patient waiting before me and her appointment was at 3:30 too. I don’t know how the only doctor can see 3 patients at the same time. Also, I had to wait about 20minutes for the doctor the doctor to say that she cannot see the kids. I don’t think she is a reasonable person. I told the front receptionist that last time I had an appointment at 3pm and I was seeing at 3:40. She didn’t care what I said to her she only told me that she only had available 2months from now. ABSOLUTELY NO CARING FOR THE KIDS!!!!!

My son has autism and adhd and surprisingly remained calm during his check up my daughter also has adhd and this dentist made them both feel safe and comfortable definitely love here!

I am very satisfied but whenever I call to make an appointment for my daughter, there are no dates and if they give me it is until after 3 or 4 months later which does not seem fair to me and the person who answers the phone becomes spoiled and has even hung up on me. the phone seems disrespectful to me.

My son has been coming here since he was 5. Hes 8 now and goes to every checkup with no fear because of the caring service and playful bedside manner.

The doctor is great, sadly the people working for her are rude, nasty, answer the phone when they want to. I called so they could recommend me to another dentist since I am now 21, they answer me with an attitude gave me a number for a place that is closed! She should get new staff.

What can I say Dr KIM is the best of the best let me just say my daughter is special needs she has had multiple dental issues that dr Kim always took care of her goal is to keep the kids comfortable and relive them from pain if needed as best to her ability! I have went to multiple dentist who would not be patient and understanding with my child they would send her out with no treatment! For some reason my daughter was able to sit through the treatment with dr Kim her calm attitude and beautiful office that makes you feel your in a friends house gives the kids things to look at while having it done which my daughter loves they also get a beautiful goodie bag at the end which reinforces good behavior esp for special needs kids! Dr Kim is a god sent and honestly I send every friend I have with special needs kids but let’s face it all kids can be difficult at the dentist not to worry dr Kim will get the job done her nurses front desk staff are so nice and understanding my daughter is no longer afraid of the dentist ty so much dr Kim! For keeping my daughter out of oral pain and helping her to feel so much better I can’t thank you enough we need more drs like dr Kim who are devoted to keep the patients in good health dr Kim will make sure your child’s oral health is in check oral health is so important and the pain of it is terrible if your child comes into a situation I have seen my daughter go through so much with a bad tooth and dr Kim gave her Relieve after multiple dentist turned her away for weeks Because she was to difficult to deal with and they was not trained nor willing to put the effort it was devastating shame on those drs!!!! Dr Kim has a way with special needs kids don’t go to places that cause your child stress please go to dr Kim where you know she’s understanding, patient and will do everything in her ability to get the job done!

Very clean office and nice staff. However I think that the dentist need to work on better strategies for children that fear the dentist. I visited her office twice and both times she was losing patience with my child.. If your fears the dentist this isn’t the dentist for her. Because she will stop in the middle of the service with no end solution.

Very upset. My children have been coming here for a while. I received a voicemail for a callback. I called and was told that the doctor no longer took my insurance and that they were taken off the schedule. Well damn, what if her services were that good I wouldve paid out of pocket for a cleaning? What if I had alternate insurance? At least talk to me first... Not good customer service at all.
