I had a soft tissue injury that wasn’t improving over the course of six weeks so I made an appt with an orthopedic specialist. Got to the appt and staff told me I have to get an x ray before the doc would see me. Being a soft tissue injury, I felt like the x ray was unnecessary and asked to see the doc before we order imaging. This was refused and I was told “he needs something to look at” and couldn’t obtain a history and physical exam first without the x ray. Ok, so I asked if I could go to a different facility and was told no. That I have to use their imaging facility. Eventually the staff cancelled my appt. This was a total cash grab and sad to see them ordering unnecessary tests just to run up the bill.

I loved my experience with the clinic. I spent 10 months at southern Illinois orthopedic clinic, and got no where. This clinic actually heard me and listened to the problem. I was frustrated and ready to give up, with multiple falls and constant pain in the lower back and hips. To find out it was the knee causing me to fall and limp, making my back hurt and making impossible to stand or sit for extended time periods. My knee still hurts but my hips and back are better and I haven’t fallen, I can go up the stairs to my house and get of the floor without help. I can manage the pain with their help.

Staff is uncaring and lacking in compassion. Pretty much wont help you unless they feel theyll be punished as a result. Everyone there complains about how they are the only one that works Doctor I saw was amazing, rest of the staff in the office is hellish to deal with.

I highly recommend, going back its been a year but they will listen and help me as always

I see Dr Anderson and his staff in the Pain Clinic. I drive about 2 hours to see this group because they are so caring and talented. After each epidural shot I go home in less pain. They take care of you, treats you with kindness and not make you feel like your just there for the meds. Which is what the pain clinic in my town does.
